Good dress for a work event but it was too big on me and not really for me.
This dress is perfect for a work event or an understated look. Personally not for me. When I tried it on my husband just said "ehhh, it's OK..you've rented better before"....so I didn't wear it and ran back into my closet. I'm 5'8" and it definitely hit above the knee. The size 2 fit well but still seemed too large and I was swimming in the size 4! This is the first RTR dress that I actually sent back and wore something of my own to the party.

I was looking for a pair of big, elegant stunning earrings to bring some edge to a lace dress but didn't wear them because they weren't big enough. Super sparkly and lightweight. Rent if you prefer understated.:)

My size falls in between a 2 and 4, depending on the fit...and I was able to wear the 2 with no issues at all - it was actually a bit roomy! You need to wear nipple covers or a sticky bra with this dress. It's absolutely stunning in person. Got compliments all night long!!!

FANTASTIC DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I rented this Herve Leger as my backup dress for a girlfriend's wedding and ended up wearing it! Beautiful blue color, really turns out great in pictures. Since this is a lighter dress, I would recommend Spanx that are high waisted. I couldn't find my high waisted Spanx and regretted it because in some of the picturers, you could see where the waistline of the Spanx stops. I wore sticky boobs. The strappy were a little big and I had to keep pulling them up on the dancefloor, but it was fine. The dress was riding up when I walked a bit too. I paired with the Queen Ann Chrystal earrlngs, and the gold cuff. Wore 3" gold strappy sandals because the wedding was outside. I would rent this dress again with the proper undergarments.

Rented this for NYE and it was not what I expected. I should have listened to the other reviews. I am a very curvy size 2/4 and the zero actually fit best. However, I just wore a dress I had hanging in my closet because I didn't feel that this dress was very flattering at all. Sorry RTR!

I rented this ISSA dress for my cousin's wedding which took place on a cruise ship at the Port of Miami in December. The wedding was an afternoon affair, 1pm ceremony so I opted for a light color which is more of a peacock blue...which is even more beautiful live vs. in the pics. The 2L fit me perfectly (I am normally a size 4). I chose the LONG size (I am 5'8") and had to wear 3" heels because it was still quite long and I didn't want to trip on it while dancing. I had so many compliments and paired it with the Kate Spade Canary Statement earrings and rocked it with gold strappy 3" sandals and a matching clutch. Wish this dress was in my closet! Loved it!!!

Great summer party dress....with a twist!
I didn't end up wearing this dress because it was my back up dress and I opted for another RTR Herve dress instead. I felt like this dress was a little more casual and would have been great for a night out during summer. The fabric is thick but in the cotton family. Very sexy...this one remains on my list for the perfect ocassion. Although it fit fine, I have hips so it was a little snug in that area.

Classy Herve-hugging wonder!
This was my backup dress, and I didn't end up wearing it because I opted for the Blue Herve Leger instead (it was a tough choice because both dresses looked fantastic!) I don't like my legs so I loved the length of this dress (same to the knee) which is hard to find being 5'8! I would definitely rent this again...the dress is a cranberry red so good for a fall wedding.

I rented this dress for a May wedding and couldnt have been more happy with this choice. The color is a bit more teal than what is pictured but it is simply beautiful. Anything that Herve creates is forgiving around the hips! I didn't need a bra because it sucks everything in and wore spanx. I found a great BCBG clutch and wore with strappy metallic shoes.

I wore this dress for my cousin's engagement party. It fit like a glove. I could have worn the Small or Medium but ended up wearing the Medium for this occaission because I didnt want to look too "hoochy" for a family event. I would have worn the Small for "girls night out" or just going out with my boyfriend. Got tons of compliments, I would definitely rent this dress OVER and OVER!
