I got to dance the weekend away with my favorite people, feeling my absolute best. That red dress will live in my memories forever.
I’ve worn Rent the Runway for some of the biggest moments of my life—from my civil ceremony to my honeymoon to adventures across the world. RTR doesn’t just dress me; it travels with me, celebrates with me, and helps me feel my best—anywhere.

In 2023, I attended a fashion gala and I knew I had to bring it. I, of course, turned to Rent the Runway to get dressed. The next day, I woke up to tons of text messages and DMs. Turns out, I was featured in a major publication wearing Proenza Schouler. Thanks RTR!

After years of medical gaslighting, chronic pain, rare disease, and dynamic disabilities, I dimmed my style. RTR helped me embrace my true Sarah Style with bright colors, florals, sequins, and glamour that feel like healing. I even wore RTR for my nonprofit’s first Disability Empowerment Fashion Show.

On Thanksgiving weekend, I stood by my best friend as maid of honor and even played the violin as she walked down the aisle with her father. I needed an emerald gown I could move in, and the Sau Lee Jackson Gown made me feel more confident and beautiful than ever. I even caught the bouquet that night—and got engaged a few months later.
We share clothes the way we share stories — openly, intuitively. Even across continents, RTR keeps us close.
One of my favorite RTR memories was at a high profile cocktail party. I wore a tailored jacket and skirt with boots and a wide-brim hat — an outfit that felt playful, powerful, and perfectly aligned with who I am. That night reminded me how RTR supports my creativity and confidence, letting me experiment with bold silhouettes and show up fully.

On a spontaneous trip, my RTR Rachel Antonoff sweater sparked a conversation with a local flower shop owner. The connection led to her gifting us 1,000 daisies, my late mother's favorite flower. All because my sweater that broke the ice and got us talking!

I wore this Summer Away dress to my best friends rehearsal dinner and received so many compliments! I made a speech at the dinner and the dress made me feel so much more confident getting up in front of a crowd!
Being featured on a billboard with RTR is a favorite memory. So is wearing an RTR look to a major welcome event during my first week of business school. My outfits have become the way I document different life chapters, always providing the confidence for major transitions and travel memories.
I wore an L.K. Bennett dress from Rent the Runway to a celebrity book tour—I felt so chic, especially with the pearl buttons. A few days later, I wore it to my 4-year-old niece’s birthday party and she gasped, ‘Your dress is so pretty, Aunt Maggie!’ It made her feel special that I wore something so beautiful just for her.
Since starting my RTR journey, I’ve lost 25 pounds and it’s been incredible to see my body change in styles that make me feel good. Rediscovering how I love to dress has grown my confidence in such a meaningful way.
My mom is a tall, 60-something style icon, and on our first Vegas trip together I rented her an RTR jumpsuit she loved. Thirty years apart but twins in taste, it reignited her spark and reminded me that style is something we pass down. We’ve been double renting for girls’ dates and special occasions ever since.
For nearly a decade, RTR has been an absolute necessity in my life. I wear it for everything: from my baby shower and job interviews to my daily routine, like grabbing coffee or walking my dog, Poppy.
I’d like to think I’ve always been confident, but renting with RTR really shifted something—I became that girl. Since 2017, I’ve leveled up my closet, taking more style risks while feeling comfortable and beautiful in every size.
When I look back on my biggest moments — weddings, travel, and even landing my job — I remember what I was wearing. RTR helps me find the perfect outfit for every occasion. When you look good, you feel better, and RTR makes those unforgettable moments shine even brighter.
I live in a tiny apartment so hosting a Friendsgiving was a challenge. Luckily I own a grill-your-own-steak restaurant and was able to gather all of my guests there! I donned the RTR apron and grilled everyone’s dinner for them. We enjoyed freezer martinis, admired each others rentals and had the best night ever.
I started using RTR about a year ago to diversify my vacation wardrobe, and it’s opened the door to styles I never would have tried on my own. Exploring new looks has been so much fun and has helped me discover more of my personal style.
RTR has been part of my life for so long. I started with work conferences—matching my outfits to the theme—and soon began using it for everyday work wear, special occasions, concerts, and travel. RTR has helped me explore new styles I never thought I’d wear and discover exciting designers along the way.
Rent the Runway lets me show up as my best self for the moments that matter, from family photos to daily office looks and big life milestones. Renting gives me access to pieces I wouldn’t normally buy, but that make me feel confident, polished, and completely me. It’s not just about the dress, it’s about how it makes me feel.
