How to Enter There are two methods to enter the Sweepstakes: A. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, take all of these actions: click on a QR code found on an RTR delivery bag insert, answer survey questions regarding your RTR delivery bag and delivery experience, and submit your answers as directed. Entrants are not permitted to use another person’s identity or RTR account to enter the Sweepstakes. The first 5,000 responses to the QR code will be eligible to answer the survey questions and enter the Sweepstakes. B. Entrants may handprint their first name, last name, email address and phone number on a 3×5 card and mail it in a handwritten envelope with proper postage affixed to: Rent the Runway – RTR Delivery Bag Sweepstakes, Rent the Runway, Inc., 10 Jay Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201, Attn: Legal Department. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Entry Period and received by no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Entrants are not permitted to use another person’s identity to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope. Mechanical and stamped entries will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation or generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. 5. Winner Determination and Notification Approximately seven (7) days after the end of Sweepstakes Entry Period, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners in a random drawing of all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. POTENTIAL WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED BY SPONSOR VIA EMAIL (EMAIL LISTED UNDER ACCOUNT OR PROVIDED IN MAIL-IN ENTRY) AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND WITHIN 48 HOURS OF WHEN THE NOTIFICATION OF WINNING WAS SENT TO WIN THE PRIZE. Potential winners must follow the Sponsor’s prize claim instructions and any subsequent claim instructions, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event: (a) potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential winner notification or all required documents are returned as undeliverable; (b) potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, that potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries received. General Conditions Released Parties shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, mail, prize claims, emails direct messages, comments, tags, notifications, or any other communications of any kind that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, garbled, scrambled, delayed, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human, technical, or other error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any website or platform promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes more than the stated entry limits through the use of multiple email addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries.
