I listened to the other reviews and sized up. This was still extremely small and I was unable to wear it

An odd fit
I wanted to love this but the fit was odd. It was oversized, which I expected. But there is no vent in the back (the little slit on a blazer) and so it fit like a straight jacket

Great fit but the buttons are annoying
Believe the other reviews. The buttons do not stay closed. I used pins like everyone else. But they didn't really sit flat and it was annoying. Otherwise the dress fit great and was a fabulous look.

I'm usually an 8 or a 10, wore this in a 12, it fit like a glove. But I loved it so much I bought it! Went past my knee so if you're short, it's probably going to be a little long for you.

The reviews are right - this runs REALLY small. I'm usually an 8-10; the 8 was the only size available and I wanted to wear it for pre-wedding festivities in a tropical location. It's wetsuit material, and it was as tight as a wetsuit would be. I would need a 12 probably to make it acceptable to wear in public. Also, the material was faded.

It was just ok, would have preferred it if it was a little more fitted in the waist.
Ordered this for a rehearsal dinner in a tropical location. It was just ok. Fit the bust, but loose around the waist, even when ordering down.

Can't put my finger on it, but just wasn't flattering.
I can't put my finger on why, but this just wasn't flattering. I wanted to love it but the material was thin and just hung - did nothing for me. Also, runs large, so order down - I'm usually an 8 or 10 and the 6 is what fit. I didn't end up wearing it, though.

perfect dress for pre-wedding event at island resort
The reviews are right - this runs a little small, especially in the bust - so order up a size. But I can't tell you how flattering the dress is on. It's a little casual, which was exactly what I was looking for. The tie in the front makes it and really helps it stand out. I paired it with a multi-strand turquoise necklace (also RTR) - can't tell you how many compliments I received.

Great fit, very flattering
Loved everything about this dress. The fit was great, very flattering! Loved the ruffle, it helped hide the problem area of my belly. The dress isn't a true wrap dress, it just slides on, which I liked. I'm 5'8.5", hit right at my knees.

Awkward fit
Runs large, but that's not the issue. The fit was very awkward and the jacket looked like there were massive shoulder pads in it. I wear jackets to work very often, couldn't make this one work.

I loved this dress. It fit really well and hugged my curves. My only issue was the cutouts on top - I wore a jacket in the office so they weren't as noticeable.

Great fit, very flattering
I loved this dress, it fit like a glove. I didn't give it 5 stars because (1) the seam on the left side, right above the hip, had come unstitched and there was a small hole that I didn't notice until I was wearing the dress and at work, and (2) because the pleated part at the bottom of the dress arrived extremely wrinkled. But it's a good cut, vey flattering.

Perfect for a dressy business event
This dress was perfect for my dressy work event. I'm about 5'8" and the lace overlay Del to a few inches below the knee, so this is not for the petite among us. Only negative was that I thought the slip was a little too short - mid-thigh. But overall, loved this dress, the fit was great and it was elegant without being too stuffy.

I loved this, wore it to work and it was perfect for that. Wait for fall or winter, though - I wore it on a cool day in August (high of 70) and it was too warm for that day.

The fabric and pattern of this dress is beautiful. Unfortunately for me, the liner was very snug and was uncomfortable. I would rent again, just have to size up!

I probably should have ordered a medium, I just didn't know how the fit would be with DVF - I find that the higher end designers run a little small. Anyway, the large was a little bit loose, but still worked for me. I got a lot of compliments on this dress, and the colors were beautiful. With a bigger bust, you'll need to wear a cami or pin the top - it does pull open a little bit. But overall, very flattering!
