Nice jacket for winter, keeps you really warm. It does gets hot so pair it up with something light underneath so you can take it off in the office and not sweat in the warm office room. Fits really nicely and love the design. I'm considering buying this because it fits me so good and somethng I'll wear often. Highly recommend. I wore size 4 for me.  :)

Thick quality material. Had to roll up the sleeves but otherwise a pretty good fit. Paired out with navy pants and a yellow top and got lots of compliments at the office.

Super cute and matched a lot. I wore it a few different time with a few different options. Loved it, nice quality and true to size for me. 

Pair with a tee shirt and jeans or with a blouse and slacks. Easy to wear and effective to pack for travel. 

This was a very comfortable blazer that went well with basically everything in my closet. I was pleased with how structured it was without being boxy or uncomfortable. I had a huge client presentation and I felt very confident wearing this.

Rented this for work and really liked it. It's cream and navy but it's such a dark navy that it looked good with my black top and jeans. It's also a nice thick material

Definitely runs big though. I'm happy I went with a 6 and didn't size up (I have really broad shoulders). It fit well across the shoulders and chest but the arms were too long. I wore it with the sleeves just cuffed once 

Cute jacket, nice fit. The jacket is warm, good for air conditioned offices.

This jacket was so comfortable! The material was so soft and was comfortable, even with a long-sleeved shirt underneath. It fit me perfectly and I could button it if I wanted to. It looks great with light jeans for a dressed-down look, or dark jeans for a little more polished look. The 10 was a perfect fit across my shoulders and my bust. 

This jacket is made of a heavy flannel-ly fabric: not ideal for warmer climates or months. But it was a good blazer for work, and would look cute with jeans if you go for a preppy vibe. True to size.

Great spring jacket but the 6 is too small for a full bust. I'll try the 8. 

This is a GORGEOUS blazer and fit really well. But it was very very heavy woolen material and when I rented it the weather sky rocketed to mid-80's. So I will rent again when the weather starts to cool down :)

I wore this for a work conference and it was so comfy, kept me warm, and fit like a glove. Looks so professional while still showing off my style. 

Fit well, nicely cut.  It was heavier wool than I expected but will most likely rent again later in the fall and winter.  It did arrive pretty wrinkled, not sure if that would have presented a problem when wearing.

This item looked spectacular over a dress, or with a skirt for work, and also paired with jeans and a tee for a polished, casual look. Love it!

I get TONS of compliments on this jacket and super versatile! A little but of stretch, which makes it very comfortable to wear.

It was thick - plan on wearing it with a t-shirt or thin blouse. It is not a layering item!

Basically flannel material. Super flattering fit. I should have bought it.

The fabric is a thick flannel, which makes it perfect for fall/winter, both in looks and in warmth. The tailoring was a little large for me: I am usually a size 0, which is what I rented, but it was nonetheless slightly too big in the chest and waist. Nonetheless, I would order it again because it was a sharp-looking jacket.

I wore it to work over a black tank top. It was perfect for a fall day because I didn't need a jacket. It was very comfortable and excellent quality. I plan to rent it again. 

I loved this, wore it to work and it was perfect for that. Wait for fall or winter, though - I wore it on a cool day in August (high of 70) and it was too warm for that day. 

Loved jacket. Great fit. Slightly pilled. Sleeves are long for a shorter person. 

Nice fit, tailored. Good quality, good fabric. Sleeves a little long for me. Had to fold it over which didn't look great. Looking for some petite options on RTR.

Wore this for both work and weekend. Loved the fit and fabric. I thought it had decent stretch and was nice and warm for winter.

This is a really great jacket. It’s thick, warm and super soft with great structure. I have a bit more oomph in my arms so it was a bit tight around my upper arms, and didn’t close on me. I’d size up next time. It looked a bit worn with a bit of piling, not too noticeable. I received compliments all day with this one. 

Would prefer more structure in a blazer.  

This blazer looked very professional paired with navy blue suiting pants and a cream shell. It had a bit of an 80s power suit vibe, but not too much. The weight of the fabric is quite heavy. Would rent again in colder weather.

Good work jacket...a little worn out though 

This was really cute, i would have worn it but the one they sent me had a pink stain on it.

I rented this to wear to work and to work conferences specifically. The blazer is really well made. Thick material so definitely for colder weather. It was apparent that this blazer has been through the ringer because it looked worn. The material wasn't so clean looking and it was pilled. I did not feel so pulled together wearing it to conferences with the condition of the material. It did however look great with jeans to go out to dinner with friends. 

I loved the look of this piece but Arms were somewhat long. 

Wanted to wear this to work, but the summer heat here made it a poor choice :(. It's a heavy fabric. I might try this again in the winter. 

Great fit, but a little worse for wear. There's pilling throughout the jacket and the jacket would have needed to be ironed if I ended up wearing it. I got it in early August, so the weight was heavier than expected. This is definitely a Fall/Spring jacket.

Really nice blazer. I had to send the first one I received back because it had black dots on the collar and fabric looked a little worn and was starting to pile. Great customer service sent me another one immediately.  Fabric on the second one was also a little worn. Either way, it still looked nice and fit well. Sleeves were long (I'm short) but I rolled them inside which worked. Note, the plaid is navy blue, not black. Didn't notice till halfway through the day.
