So I am a different size now but didn't want to wear a maternity dress for NYE. I sized myself up to 10 (normally a 6-8) and that dress definitely didn't fit. RTR customer service was great and overnighted me this and another dress in size 12, but also threw in a 14 just in case. Thank goodness, since only the 14 fit! Also I was able to stuff my Willow pump into the front with easy access. Loved the pockets, and everyone told me I didn't look like I just had a baby; the dress hid it well.

It had adjustable straps that definitely needed adjusting. Overall it's a lovely maxi and still fit me, but there's no stretchiness in the material, so be warned!

I probably could have fit the 8, but not comfortably. I'm 5'4", 7 months post-partum and currently 151 pounds. Not my ideal body weight, but I still felt beautiful and comfortable in this dress at a size 10. It was lovelier in person than in the pictures. The silver thread and the beading/stones around the neckline picked up and reflected light in a stunning way. My one complaint is that the beading at the neckline was so heavy and the fabric so soft that the neckline would flip around a lot. I do not have body tape or fabric tape to keep the neckline in place, so I let it flip. It was still ok, but definitely not ideal.

This dress was perfect. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and have gained 25-30 lbs. Rented the 8 R. I'm usually a size 4-6 when not pregnant. I kinda' wished I had gotten the "tall" dress, or something longer, b/c this floated above my feet while I was wearing flats. However, way better than the other Bagley Mishka dress I had rented (the 10R "Putting on the Glitz" dress in black) that wouldn't zip up around my belly, even though it was "bump friendly" also!). This dress worked out so well, some people didn't even notice I was pregnant! Maybe the sequins blinded them. :) Very happy with the American Liberty Gown for a black tie event during maternity. :) My friend wearing the black dress in the picture also used RTR for a diff Bagley Mishka dress. We had a great time.

RTR is turning out to be my best friend during pregnancy. I'm 20 lbs heavier than I usually am, so I got the Medium and the Large, thinking that I'd most likely wear the large. NOPE - the medium fit just fine. Large was too large! This at 150 lbs and 5'4". I will say it was great for a pregnant woman. Not too tight and flares out. Very beautiful dress. This dress may have been nice if I were not 20 pounds heavier than I usually am. I got the medium and the large, not knowing what size I'd actually be at this time. Unfortunately, the back-up large was not available to ship. The medium was OK in terms of the look of the top, but couldn't be worn as a dress for me. The dress was stretchy, which was helpful, but way too short with my pregnant belly. My butt was basically hanging out of the back, so for me, the dress was unwearable. For someone else, it may have been nice. I probably would have done well with the large.

The theme of the wedding was summer chic, and this dress fit in perfectly. Classy, but lightweight and flowy. It was absolutely wonderful for dancing. Did not ride up too high. Loved the gold. Included pictures here of front view and side view and also one shot with good lighting (in the sun)...not included is a shot of the back, which is also nice and includes a bow. I usually don't go for dresses that aren't form-fitting, because I end up looking like a sack, but this one did nicely. Could've wore either the 2 or the 4, but I felt more comfortable in the 4.

Not my favorite. I got it for new year's eve because it was $20.15 and sparkly, so why not? But I found it unflattering. Super comfortable to move in all night long while still being elegant, classy and formal - I wore it for a black tie optional holiday party. I loved that it was long because it shielded my legs from the cold December air. It has a nice slit in it that's a little sexy and is super flowy and moves really well. Several of my friends and I all wore RTR dresses and were fully satisfied (see photo). I will say, though, that the dress is a little tight on the top. I do not have much cleavage (34B), but it got difficult to zip around the chest even in the 6, when I typically wear a 4-6. I ended up wearing the 6 because it did zip up, and it fit perfectly and was nice and comfortable the whole night, but really if it were any tighter I would've had to abandon ship because it would not have zipped up. Received many compliments, and loved the dress.

I am usually a size 4. I got the size 4 and 6, and the 4 fit perfectly so I went with that. It was formal enough for me to wear as a guest to a black tie optional wedding in the Santa Barbara Zoo, but fun and interesting enough for me to enjoy it! I love the lace. I did, however, hope that the shape of the dress with the lace cut-outs would be more figure-flattering. I felt like it just looked normal rather than slimming me down. But the dress was nice and cool when it was sunny out in the August day wedding, and when it got cooler at night, I just draped a shawl over that and it worked great. The material is stretchy, so there is enough give to be comfortable. Also, as always, super easy to return while traveling (just dropped it in the nearest UPS drop near our Cali bead and breakfast!)

This dress really stood out. I read other reviews about the dress running large so sized down. Typically I wear a 4 or 6, so I got a 2 and 4 this time. I could've warn either - both fit, but since I tend to have a small bust, I felt like the 4 hang a little TOO low with nothing to show for it. ;) Also, the 4 was a bit longer and went past the bottoms of my high heels. The 2 was perfect, and I didn't need a bra! Yay. The zipper caught a little bit at the waist, but once I got it past that zip, it looked stunning. And that's what people said to me at the graduation ceremony "stunning!" and "you look like you're about to accept a grammy!" and things of that nature. Tons and tons of compliments. I loved it. It's fun to sparkle, and this dress is especially beautiful in the sun....though I'm not sure if people might find it blinding at times. I guess it was great for the evening, as well.

Wore this for my birthday and my husband took me to a nice restaurant. Really thick material, but stretchy. Kinda' too hot for our Georgia spring-time. I was able to take it with me and just drop it off in a UPS drop box on the vacation. It was short and I didn't feel too hot in it in the beach weather. Very form-fitting. Both the small and the medium fit well, but I went ahead with the small because - hey, why not if you can fit into it? Plus, the shoulder straps had some extra material that kinda flopped in the back, so I tried to minimize that by using the smaller size. The back was lovely with the lace, but I found that pulling it up on my neck in the back tended to flatten out that flappy fabric, so that made it look better. Nice dress overall and definitely worth it.

Fit well, true to size. I got size 2 as back up based on reviews saying it ran large, but that would definitely have been too snug. The zipper on the dress caught a bit. It was wedding appropriate with a shawl, and perfect for the reception with sexy one shoulder and shawl off. Light purple dress with pale gold shimmer, so definitely go for gold accessories instead of silver. It was super comfortable for the whole night, and I didn't feel too exposed or cold at any point. Had a blast in this dress! The RTR crew was great to work with, too. The dress wasn't going to make it to me because of the snow and ice, but they overnighted it to Atlanta. :)
