This dress was awesome!  It was very comfortable yet had enough elegance to wear to a formal gala.  I received many compliments on this.  I usually wear a 12R and was sent a 10P as a backup size - I was surprised that the 10P fit comfortably and was still long enough with wearing 3" heels!  The 12R was just too big.  Gold jewelry is a must with this and I was lucky to have some nude/gold shoes that worked perfectly.  A strapless bra was all that worked with the keyhole back.  The back part does get a little uncomfortable on the legs when sitting for a long period of time, but it's not unbearable by any means.

I am 5 ft 3 lb, 126 lb, 32DD, 27 pants, and I usually wear a 4P. Petite wasn't available, and the 4R was way too big. The 2R was still large on me as well! But the 2R was the right length in the back with 3 inch wedges.  Until I wore the correct bra, it was also not very shapely, so if you are flat chested, I would go down a size even further. As others have mentioned, the back is difficult - racerback AND essentially a keyhole from top to mid-back, meaning only a strapless bra worked without being seen, and the arm holes are large so you pretty much have to go with a slimmer banded strapless bra (aka less support). The material was a little more stiff than the stock photo suggests, so not as "flowy" but overall it gives the same impression. The nice thing is it hides both your tummy and your hips. I wore this in 93 degree 87% humidity Hilton Head late September, and I bet I was sweating less than all the other ladies in their bodycons! If I were to order it again, I would order earlier to snag a 2P. 

Fit was true to size, meant to fit a little loose and flowy. I like the color and gold trim was a fun pop. The hi-lo was another unique feature. Nice for warm weather and very comfortable and easy to dance in!

I wore a 6 in this dress, but could have gotten away with the 4 for sure. Both looked flattering, but ultimately I figured the 6 would give me more room to eat and drink and dance- a must for a wedding! Loved the color on this dress and the gold accents, the bow in the back is super cute too. Didn't get as many compliments on this one as I usually do with a RTR, so my feeling is that it was a good dress but not a total show stopper. It's ok, they can't all be! I was comfortable and felt glittery all night :)  

I chose this dress for a friend's summer wedding.  I doubt there is a dress out there more comfortable than this one. I usually hover between a size 0 and a 2. At the last minute, the 0 became unavailable (which was disappointing). I had to go with the 2P which was still a little bigger than I would have liked. The back of the dress is quite long. The hem skimmed the floor, even while wearing 3 inch heels.

Fits true to size. I wore low/medium height wedges and skirt/bottom of dress was just right. I'm barely 5'4", maybe slightly shorter. This is a gorgeous and fun Summer  dress. 

I loved this dress! I wore this dress to a bridal shower and thought it was perfect for the occasion. It fit very true to size and was also comfy. 

I wore this to a summer wedding.  The fit was true to size.  The material is very light and was not tight, perfect for a hot summer evening.  The top layer of material was a little scratchy because of the gold designs.  The armholes showed the top of my strapless bra.  I couldn't wear a regular bra because the straps showed.  This was actually a replacement dress that I was sent overnight after my original order was lost in shipping.  RTR customer service was so helpful and accommodating and really saved the day for me.  I got compliments all night from people I had never met before.  Thanks RTR!!

Gorgeous dress.  I wore the size 0 and it seemed to fit true to size.  I'm 5'3" and it did NOT fit me as it did  the model (surprise, surprise).  The high part hit just above my knee; the low part was to the floor with my wedges.  (Wanted to wear flats, but couldn't.)  One odd thing that I only noticed once I had steamed it: the back hem had obviously been torn or cut and then resewn.  Someone probably stepped on it and ripped a hole in it. It would have been better to cut the whole bottom hem off and resew it evenly so there wouldn't be a funky line to the hem.  (I had neither the time nor the skill to do it.) 
I had to wear an adhesive bra because a racer back would show due to the keyhole in the back.  But all in all, a great first RTR experience.

I usually wear a size 2 in evening/cocktail attire and this dress fit a little loose.  If rented again, I would definitely get a size down.

I wore this for my bridal shower and it was perfect! Light and flowy and the high-low made it unique. I got so many compliments. The color is prettier in real life than in the photos. I wore with a regular bra that I sort of fought with all day to get the straps from showing...could have gone strapless.

The dress was lightweight and airy and was perfect for a night of dancing! I wish I'd listened to the comments about the dress running large, though. I wore the 6R and wish I'd rented the 4R as my backup. Also, I'm 5'11" without heels and the length was perfect! If I'd rented the long version, it would've been too long.

I wore this to a Moroccan-inspired party so was looking for something long, flowy, colorful and maybe a little sparkle that I could dance in.  The dress met all my expectations.  As a shorter person (5'3") I sometimes have trouble with full maxi dresses, so I really liked the high-low hem because it game me feel of long and flowy without swallowing my smaller size.  The touch of sparkle was festive and overall the dress was pretty and comfortable.  My only issue is that the color was a little tricky for my fairer skin (pretty much the same).  I would probably not choose to wear this color again.

This dress was very comfortable. It is meant to be straight and hide everything. The high-low is striking and really elevates the dress. Also, the gold in the pattern is truly metallic gold. I loved it - It really make the dress pop! 

I typically am a size 2 but the 0 fit a lot better. This dress was absolutely beautiful. It was very light a flowy while still being very classic and elegant. I highly recommend this dress. 

This dress was so different, and I received lots of compliments. I'm usually a size 8, but that was too small. Other reviews said that it was scratchy, but I thought it was pretty comfortable! And it nicely his my post-baby midsection without looking like I was in a maternity dress. Wore it with gold sparkly heels. Would definitely rent again!

The dress fit great and was very cute. The color and cut were perfect for an ocean-side wedding I attended. I loved how light and airy the fabric was!

The dress fits true to size. I weigh 145 and am 5'3 and the size 8R was perfect. It is so comfortable and perfect for a late summer wedding.

I got so many compliments on this dress!  I also rented the cuff.  I had to wear flats, because it was at my cousin's wedding up in the hills and there was no way to wear heels!  I definitely want to rent this dress again.  P.S.  the bra situation was difficult, so I ended up not wearing one and it seriously was the most comfortable dress I've worn to an event in a long time!

This dress was absolutely perfect for the summer Michigan wedding I rented it for.  The 6R that I selected as my primary size fit, but it was just a little too loose.  I ended up wearing my backup size, the 4R, and it was a fantastic fit.  Nothing was too snug, and it hung great on my tall frame.  The extra touch of sparkle with the gold accents was subtle and fun, and I got a ton of compliments on the dress.  The train did get a little scratchy on the back of my legs while I was sitting, but everything else about the dress was so comfortable that I hardly noticed.  Make sure you have a helping pair of hands to tie a pretty bow above the keyhole!

Dress is comfortable. Lining is more fitted but the dress is flowy. I chose no bra which worked out well. The lining was tight enough for support. A standard bra would show the straps. I got a lot of compliments on it. Very forgiving in the waist. The longer back was very a pretty effect. Overall recommend this dress. It's pretty true to size. I could have worn the 2 but it was tight in the bust. Im about a 32D. 

No surprises here! This dress was light, breezy, and comfortable. I'm 5'6" and the length was perfect with 3 inch heels. 

It is not a boned bodice like the RTR description states. It fits like a sheath. The gold detail was a bit scratchy but I didn't care. I could have dressed it up with different shoes. I got a lot of compliments. It was comfortable to sit in and hides your tummy. 

Such an easy to wear pretty dress. I usually wear a 6, but it was not available. The 8 was fine, a bit loose, but that was fine. Such a pretty color and fun dress. Not an issue for tall girls....I am almost 6 feet.

Beautiful dress, perfect for a beach wedding.  A racerback bra is necessary.  Fit was very comfortable.  The "sparkles" have both gold and silver so shoes with either will work.  The "sparkles" on the lower part of the dress where there's no lining are a bit itchy when sitting.  

Wore this to an outdoor wedding & was the perfect length (I'm about 5'11' with heels) -- the fabric shimmered in the wind and laid very well dancing or sitting. Wasn't a dress I'd typically go for (I prefer black) but my boyfriend was right - I felt great in it and loved the photos of how it looks on. 

This was a backup dress sent when the one I requested wasn't available and I'm pumped about it. I'm 24 weeks pregnant so needed something with a little room. I wore a 6R when I'm normally a 4 and it fit perfectly. I'm 5'7" and the length was perfect with 3 inch heels - AND flats I changed into later on.
It's not as shimmery in real life as pictures but it's really pretty. I'd wear gold jewelry to bring out the gold touches. I received a ton of compliments! Would definitely recommend to other pregnant ladies (just go up one size) and everyone else. 


I wore this dress to my family's Easter dinner and it was very elegant wow wow wow. The material is quite thin so it flutters in the wind. I think the thinness of the material makes it rather seductive (parents said I was not allowed to wear it to church), even though it is loosely fitting and not particularly revealing. I probably could have worn a 2, but then again, I think the point of this dress is more loose and flowing than tight and sexy.

This was the perfect dress for a summer wedding at a beach estate - comfortable, flowy, unique. I could have worn either the 4 or 6 but went with the 6 for a little extra room.  

It is a pretty loose fit, very light weight, with no real definition in the waist so if you are looking for a fitted dress this is not it! It was great for a warm outdoor wedding, very flowy and fun to wear. Between the color and the shiney dots it definitely stands out. The back just skimmed the floor without shoes (I'm 5'-9). I usually wear a 0 or 2 but went with the 0 since the fit was loose.

I love, love, LOOVEE this dress. It wasn't form-fitting at all and flowed so beautifully. The color is exactly as it looks in the picture. It wasn't tight across my chest/back and the front of the dress came to a good point on my legsI really liked the hi-low skirt as well. Paired this with some cream platform heels and danced the night away!

Chose this dress to wear for a friend's wedding in July in the middle of a vineyard. It was a great dress for the hot summer day, and the gold gave the perfect little sparkle in the sun. It worked, but I probably would've chosen another dress if I could go back and do it again.

The hi-low hem is not that flattering on me, and there was no shape to the dress, making it very boxy. I tried to take a couple pictures, and none of them were really flattering. I couldn't find a good angle in this dress. 

The dress sizes weren't that different as far as width wise, but the 10 was MUCH shorter than the 12, which is why I opted for the 12. 

I was worried it might not hang well on my athletic frame (thought it might only look good on toothpick types), but it looked great. It had enough room to dance in, and I got a ton of compliments on it. It didn't look great with my winter pale skin, but it definitely served its purpose. 

some stray threads were apparent, fit was what you would think, didn't hug the curves, which is what i wanted and the length was perfect.  

Really beautiful dress.  Cool for a hot summer wedding outside.  The back piece is lightweight and flows out behind as you walk.  Other reviewers complained that the embroidery was scratchy to sit on so I wore spanx - apparently it solved the problem, because I didn't notice any scratchiness.  I ordered the 8 (my normal size) but ended up wearing the back-up size 6, so I'd say it runs a little large.  A definite rent, you won't regret it.  Also - perfect for tall girls!

The for was true to size. I'm 5'3" and wore a regular size with heels and it was perfect. It doesn't squeeze your curves but still manages to generate tons of attention! It pokes you when you sit down so be warned.. Eh.. Beauty is pain.. 

This dress was extremely comfortable to wear, even in Texas summer heat. I loved the gold details, and the fit was true to size. It was easy to move in, and I didn't feel restricted. The bust doesn't have much give, so I recommend wearing no bra. The color isn't as bright in person, but it is still very pretty. 

This dress was perfect for an end of summer wedding, it's fun and playful but still elegant. It was also very comfortable to dance in! Easy to accessorize with gold pieces. I didn't even try on my back up size as my regular size 4R fit perfectly.
