Love the style, but shoulder pads were bulky
Great piece for work, runs small (I knew that Boss runs very small and went with XL although I would usually order L or even M). The shoulder pads were a bit deformed and I had to smooth them out a couple times during the day.

Fun piece, I really enjoyed the print and the colors. I wore it tucked into high-waisted jeans once, and a pencil skirt the other day. That worked well, but I had also hoped to wear it untucked - but found it not as flattering, it felt too long.

Nice dress but too short for work
I liked the dress, it fit well and the material was substantial. A different silhouette for me and it worked well. However, it was ultimately too short for work, I kept tugging it down while sitting (I'm 5'4''). This made it a one-time wear for me.

Pretty dress but could be an inch longer
The dress is super pretty and was perfect for sunny spring days. I wore a cropped denim jacket over it which looked good. When I first tried on the dress I wished it was longer, at least an inch or even two. It didn't feel as short anymore when I wore it on a very warm day - I guess I'm still getting used to the change in seasons which often comes with shorter hem lengths :-) Still, I think an extra inch would make it look a tad classier. Overall it runs on the small side of 10. So if you are between 8-10 (which I am) I would definitely choose 10.

Great dress for work. Easy, flattering, nice navy color. It's very thin, though, and somewhat see through on the legs. It's definitely a warm weather dress even though it might not seem like it at first glance with the long sleeves and all.

Great pair of jeans
Love the fit of these jeans, found them very flattering. The length also worked really well. Alas, while I love the high waisted style, I was pretty uncomfortable throughout the day. There is no stretch in the waistband and I felt a bit too much "tucked in". I'd wear these again for an event where I'm standing or moving around, but for work (sitting at a laptop most of the day) they were not comfortable enough.

Very fun and easy to wear!
Love this little jacket. It's pretty light, so I wear it indoors over a shell/tee. The fabric and colors are very fun, and the quilting adds a funky touch. I've worn it with jeans so far but also plan to try it over a dress. Definitely plan to wear it more than once during this rental.

Very cute winter dress
Super cute and flattering dress. The material is very thick, which makes it a perfect winter dress. It's warm, but not uncomfortably so. Can be dressed up or down. I wore this to a party with a statement necklace and booties, and plan to wear it to work as well, with chunky heeled combat boots. I'm considering buying it, as it's such a great versatile "go-to" winter dress.

Very cute top, fabulous mix of casual cut and fancy styling (lace). I am glad I ordered L as it runs small (I'm often a M). Wore a camisole under it, and wore it with dark blue cropped jeans and golden shoes to a happy hour type event. Would wear this to work too, but probably not in winter - it's just lace, so really not warm, and wearing a sleeved layer underneath it would defeat the purpose of showing off the lace. I plan to rent this again in spring, it would probably look good with white jeans too.
