Fits well, but had to safety pin the top because it gapped. Length is good and it's perfect for work. 

I wore this dress far more than I anticipated when I selected it. Great for work, family, and out on the town. 

I realize this brand runs a little small on me. I am usually either an 8 or a 10, went with a 10 and it was great.

I liked the style and fabric of pattern. You can tell it is well made. Sleeves are a little long. I wore a cami just to be safe.

Dress was comfortable, didn't wrinkle easily and fun/flirty cut. I wore it with a black leather jacket and black leather boots because it was chilly out. 

Lovely and flattering long sleeve dress with sleeves that are actually the proper length! Wonderful to find something with a flattering cut and appropriate length for work. Wore this to an all day client event and it stayed looking fresh and wrinkle free for 15 hours. Got so many compliments! The overlay flutter panel on the front is great to hide any tummy and/or a day of eating and drinking! Love it. 

Loved this crepe dress.  Easy to wear lightweight fabric. Print is very becoming. Only gripes are that the sleeves were about an inch too long for me and I had to pin the chest area so it wouldn't gape.  

Long sleeve dresses and shirts are usually never long enough for me and the sleeves on the stress were long enough! This dress is very versatile and can be dressed up or down and a good day to night  look

I didn't think I'd love this dress, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is pretty and flattering, 

I count on Slate and Willow for great work dresses. This one did not disappoint. Perfect sleeve and overall length. Like all slate and willow, the hip area is on the snug side but it's not too tight. Comfortable to move and sit and no wrinkles all day. 

I rented this dress for a fancy dinner in Montreal for Christmas. It was so cold that I had to wear long underwear and the dress still fit fine. I'm 5'9" and would say that it was a bit short on me, but with tights and thigh high boots, it was great. Would recommend. 

This dress is very flattering! Perfect for work or a conference. Just be sure to tape or pin the top. Otherwise it's gonna gape!

I would have never chosen this online but I picked it up in the store on a whim and it's a great little work dress. Fun print and I felt fantastic all day. It is a little snug around the butt/thighs but overall the fit was fine.

The bottom was snug around my, admittedly thicker, thighs and bottom. However, this dress is so flattering. I considered buying it outright. Wearing it twice before sending it back.

The waist is more empire than it looks in pictures so depending on your shape, it could be a little tight. Pretty print. 

This is not a 12. It's more like a 10, or even an 8 in the chest area. There was a gaping hole in the bust area and I'm only a full C cup. The rest of the dress is a full size smaller. With zero stretch to the fabric, there was just no making this work. It's a shame because the cut was flattering. 

The top gapes so I used 2 Bobby pins to keep things together. Wore with a brown belt to break it up. Liked it!

Loved the print and style. Runs small, order up one size. Great for work or dinner event, but very low cut.

It was a little deep cut in the neck line to wear to work or church but going out on a date was fine.

I didn't end up wearing this because it was so snug. Beautiful and great quality though.

Loved it! Loads of compliments. Two notes: I used fashion tape on my chest to keep it in place and it's a little long around the arms for petite sizes. Highly recommend.

This dress fits me like a dream. It's not too low or too short for work. The sleeves are the perfect length. I received a million compliments when I wore it and really considered buying it. Will definitely rent again.

I ordered this on a whim and totally love it. I agree it runs a size smaller than tagged. The V was not too deep for a party, but I would wear a cami for work. 

Even with the unlimited discount this dress is still too expensive to buy- but I will rent again. 

It has a lil extra sexy cut in the chest area so better for a night out but still classy and beautiful
