Cute and comfy. Wore for a work conference. Ran a little big

Nice fabric comfortable to wear all day and polished look.

This jacket is comfortable to wear but really dresses up an outfit. One of my all time favorites from RTR.

Elegant yet slightly edgy, but those weird shoulder pads that have been dry cleaned into oblivion and won’t lie flat. Each one is shaped differently. It ruins the jacket.

Looks like it would be warm but is very light. Loved this top for all occasions. Not scratchy. Slightly high waisted. Will definitely rent again.

I enjoyed wearing this simple cardigan. I chose to wear it open with a blouse underneath but it looked great buttoned up all the way. Comfortable and classy. 

This blazer/cardigan screams professional. I felt confident and would rent again. Shoulder pads were different, but once you get used to that it’s all good!

Fit well layered over a dress and with jeans buttoned up. 

It is a bit cropped, but I'm petite so it worked well for me with a high wasted pant. 

it has shoulder pads, so just be aware of that going in. I liked this for work! 

Very professional. I wore it again with a black blouse and it looked even better. Would love to keep it but I'm trying to show some restraint! It was not too short.

Could’ve bordered on a little boring and geriatric without a funk pant and some heels, IMHO.

This top is cut very flattering. The material is nice, but the best thing is the gorgeous buttons. It definitely doesn't look like a basic top at all. It looks upscale. I thought it looked fantastic paired with fleece.Leggings, for running around for errands, but you could definitely wear it to work or dress it up. Very pretty!

I loved this cardigan.  The first one I received had really mushed up in a ball shoulder pads that wouldn’t flatten. RTR customer service was GREAT. I needed it to travel the next day and they got a new one to me. Which was also good because I realized the silver buttons had very scratched up faces. The new one was much better. Debating buying this piece. 

Paired with jeans and sneakers, easy to wear.

I personally love the shoulder pads, super cute. Well made. Not too thin and not too thick. Beautiful.

Fit well—the shoulder pads were a little unexpected but were not too much. They did need to be smoothed out a bit from shipping. Received a lot of compliments!

Easy cardigan over black work pants for a business casual setting. Definitely on the shorter end so plan accordingly. 

Stylish sweater can be worn with pretty much anything. Easy go- to alternate for plain cardigan.

Liked this sweater a lot. It looked very thick to me in the pictures but is actually thinner than I thought. Sleeves are a little long but I just cuffed them up one time. 

A tad short for me (high waisted)
But great over a black dress

Fit was perfect and the fabric and tailoring are beautiful. Gives a luxe and polished vibe. 

I liked that this cardigan was dressy enough to function as a suit jacket would, but much more comfortable.  I don't wear a lot of black, but having this option to pair with black pants and a black sweater was great.  I wore it on a plane and to the office.  It would look nice with a black dress as well.
