Felt like a more professional schoolgirl
This was pretty cute overall and I got a lot of compliments on it. Fit very true to size for me. I did wish it was a tad shorter because I felt it was a little bit matronly in length, but it definitely made it more appropriate for work at the same time.

A bit gothic

Easy everyday top
I really liked this top! I wore it once to a casual board game night and then to work, and it was just such an effortless, pulled together look. Fabric is very comfortable and print is nice as well. Would've potentially bought if not still so expensive!

Fun sleeves!
Wore this twice - once to an event at an art gallery and then once to work. Sleeves are quite voluminous but I liked it. Glad I sized down one though - I'm normally a small, but I got an XS in this and it was perfect.

Too much green, too much fabric
I did not like this dress and didn't end up wearing it. First of all, it was way too much green for me in real life and the green is quite vibrant. Maybe would be a nice top but way too much all over. Second, the buttons were really big in personal, like on a clown costume, and it was the first thing I noticed. Also, it ran a bit big, so even if I had wanted to wear it I would've needed to size down one.

Love the high neck!
I loved this top!!! If it hadn't still been so expensive, I probably would've bought it. I loved the high neck, the pretty luxe-feeling fabric and the keyhole in the back. So cute dressed up or down!

Beautiful color and fit
I rented this for the opening dinner of a conference and it was fantastic! In a sea of black suits, it really stood out in a great way. Super feminine and form fitting, but still respectable. I did size up one and it was perfect.

Didn't love fabric but really cute top on
When I first pulled this out of the bag, I was disappointed because it was somewhat wrinkled and the fabric felt more papery than I was expecting. Once I put it on, though, I didn't think the fabric felt bad anymore and I was super into the way it looked all day! I would've bought this top, so cute.

Great skirt, but mine had rip in it
I expected this to be more of a knit pencil skirt, but it is just a regular suiting material. Super cute and flattering on though. I really liked it overall, except I realized when I got a block from work that the one I had been sent had a big rip in the back. Luckily I keep a sewing kit in my desk at work and I could stitch it up satisfactorily. I will report this to RTR but overall I liked this skirt.

Really cute, versatile shirt
I love this shirt. I wore it to work with the RTR Theory navy pencil skirt and then again to a museum event with high waisted jeans. So cute for both! It is a bit boxy but not bad, and I wore it tucked in for both events. Feels Japanese to me.

Gorgeous color and cut
This was so cute and classic! I got a ton of compliments all day on the color and fit. Was nervous about size because it didn't have any reviews yet, but I thought my normal size fit perfect. It was quite long on me because I'm 5'4" but I thought it looked quite nice, as did the fabric. Wish I had taken a picture but totally forgot! Highly recommend it, though.

Made me look lumpy
I was really excited about this skirt, but it just made my body look weirdly boxy so I didn't end up wearing it. I think it might've just been too big, but it has a lot of elastic and material up at the top that also made it look like a lot around my hips.

Fit super weird
I didn't wear this because it fit so straight on me. The chest and shoulders were very large - I knew it was going to be low cut so I had planned to pin it, but the material and cut didn't actually allow for me to do that. The way it wrapped around me just made it gape open to where a cami or something would've been super exposed. It was pretty fitted in the skirt part, though, so I'm not even sure an XS would've fit.

Sized one size down and it was perfect. I love this top!! Would potentially buy if not so expensive still. Fabric is beautiful and the colors are great. Cute with pants or a skirt. Definitely had to wear a cami underneath- would've been way way too low cut otherwise.

Too much pattern for me
Admittedly, I'm not someone who likes pattern very much, so probably my bad for renting this. I thought it was cute on the model, but it was too much for me in person with the different types of floral and stripes. Was almost a patchwork vibe.

Overall, this is a very pretty, basic work dress. Shade of blue is stunning and fits conservatively for an office environment. I think I probably could've sized one down and it would've fit a little less boxy, but it wasn't bad- definitely still wearable and tbh not totally sure the shoulders would've fit if I had sized down.

Elegant and fun
I rented this for work, but ended up wearing it to a tennis tournament. Of course, it was a summer outdoor event, so I was quite hot, but that's not the dress' fault. I liked it! It was breezy but lined enough to not be see-through, and a good length. Would've been great for work, too! Very long on me - to about my ankles or so.

Very classic
I love this top! I wore it to work with black jeans and some fun earrings, and I felt so good in it! I didn't feel like it was too short at all and it sat just right over my jeans. The color is very classic but fun at the same time, and there's a lot of ways to make it fun with jewelry. A great basic!

Sleeves a bit tight but cute
I rented this for vacation in Vegas and it was pretty cute. The elastic part of the sleeves is pretty tight and I was worried when I put it on that I would be uncomfortable all day, but it didn't really end up being an issue. It's also a little short, but I just did a french tuck in the front of my white jeans. Looks really cute in my photos!

I bought this to wear in Vegas, but it fit me terribly. It was quite long on me (I'm 5'4") and the top just hung down really far and gapped open. I ended up just wearing it as a pool cover up once, and even then I was kind of embarrassed by it.

Pretty color, gapping top
This color was gorgeous and I got compliments at work all day. I'm 5'4" and it was pretty long on me, but I wore it with heels and I thought it looked very classy. The fabric feels very nice and falls gracefully. The top definitely gaps open, though, and I had to strategically safety pin to hold it close. Might be a dangerous situation for those with larger busts.

Weird fit and cheap material
I just did not like these beyond the dark plaid. The size four (my normal size) fit in theory, but the top looked so boxy and weird. The material also felt really cheap and uncomfortable. Took back off immediately.

A tad boxy but cute overall
I got several compliments on this blazer. Like the plaid and jacket felt good overall. I normally would wear a small but rented an XS in this and I definitely wouldn't have been able to wear a size bigger than that. Still felt a tiny bit boxy but not bad and sleeves were a fine length, though I rolled them once.

Maybe it's just not my style?
I didn't end up wearing this, and I'm not sure if it's because of the actual skirt or if it's just not my style. I'm only 5'4" and this was almost to the floor on me. I also felt it swallowed me and prob should've gone a size down. I don't usually wear yellow or things of this style, but I do think I might've worn if it fit better. I also didn't like the material on this - was thicker and stiffer than I expected.

Pretty print for outdoor summer wedding, love the neoprene
I had this dress overnighted to me when another dress turned out to be too small. It was really pretty in person! I rented it for an outdoor summer wedding during the daytime, and it was just lovely for that. It is a nice, thick neoprene, but I wasn't even very hot in it outside (since I was in the shade), and it was very, very comfortable. I think the 0 would've fit me better in this because it did look just a tad big on me, but the 0 wasn't available anymore when I rented. It isn't my absolutely favorite dress I've ever rented, but was very pretty overall.

Was stunning, unique dress, but isn't for the shy.
I rented this because I was taking a cute stranger as a date to a wedding, and I wanted to look sexy. Boy, did I. This dress made my boobs look absolutely massive (and that is not my typical). I did wear a strapless, push up bra with it, so that definitely has something to do with it, but it is quite low cut and I felt like I was constantly pulling the top up all night. I am also pretty pale, so the shift underneath was basically skin colored, making me look naked under the overlay. I took the picture featured here the day after the event, so I did wear my hair different for the event (just wanted to throw that out there because everyone judged my hair in the picture). Those issues aside, the dress is so stunning and completely unique. I was happy I only rented it, because it is so unique that I wouldn't be able to wear it again for a long time.

Was so stunning! I was very pleasantly surprised.
I don't typically wear this shade of blue, so I really just rented this dress because I thought the black straps in the back looked really sexy. I ended up being so impressed with it! The dress fit me like a glove and I got so many compliments all night. It is a bit low cut so I wore a sticky bra and it did show a bit, but the lace on top made it where it wasn't noticeable at all (and my boobs looked fantastic). This was one of my favorite rentals ever from RTR (and I've had many).

Adorable silhouette, fit was just so-so
I rented this dress for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was wary about renting this dress because I typically go for very form-fitted dresses and I was pretty scared of the poofy skirt. The dress is absolutely beautiful in person... the fabric is luxurious, as is the color and the crystals around the neck. I had a very hard time getting this dress on, though. It runs super small! I honestly think I could've worn the 4, because even the 2 was so tight around the chest. I had a really hard time getting the zipper up (even on the 2) and it stuck in several places. I was worried about getting my skin caught in it, but a friend was finally able to zip it up! While it felt tight in the chest while I was wearing it, it still looked great and I did get a ton of compliments. Someone even told me they knew the dress was out of my comfort zone, but they thought I should wear that silhouette all they time. They said they thought it was "my silhouette." I'm glad I don't own this dress because I would hate to struggle with the zipper every time, but it was cute for a one-time thing! Unfortunately I didn't take a better photo in this dress, so I apologize for the poor quality of the photo.

Super sexy and fits perfectly!
I rented this for a rehearsal dinner, and it fits so well! The colors were just gorgeous and I really really liked it overall. My specific dress I was sent had a bit of a stain that you can see in the photo and the chest area was just a bit loose, but I know that was probably just the specific one I was sent. The XS was TINY, but I could get the small on with just a bit of wiggling (it is def a body con, obviously). It made my boobs look so. good. I got lots of compliments!

Fits So Well and the Pattern is Beautiful!
I always really enjoy Clover Canyon dresses. My favorite dress I ever rented from RTR was Clover Canyon, so I knew that it would probably be a winner again this time. I am a huge fan of the neoprene and their patterns are beautiful! This one was no exception. I would normally wear the XS, but the S and XS were very similar in size and I felt like the XS bunched up a little because it was tighter fitting. I wanted the dress to stay long and not ride up, so I went with the S. I have no complaints at all about it... I loved it!

Pretty dress for NYE, but didn't fit well
I rented this dress for New Year's Eve 2014. The dress itself is really pretty and I did get a lot of compliments. It photographs well and the sparkles come out much prettier than in the photos of the model. However, there were many things about this dress I did not like. I didn't realize it was going to be such a nude color (I guess I thought it was more white) and nude isn't so great on my pale skin, but it turned out looking alright. It was a tad short and the slip did hang out a bit underneath, but those things were not big problems either. One of my big problems with it was that it was kind of clingy and the fabric would bunch up in places. The size 2 was much too big and bunched up a ton, so I had to wear a spandex cami dress underneath underneath the 0. My main problem with this dress, though, was that it kept turning all night! The dress constantly was shifting so the side seam was in the front of the dress and the zipper in the back was all the way over on the side. I felt like all I did was adjust the dress and it just kept happening over and over, so I found it very annoying and was really glad I only rented the dress!
