Thick fabric and lined, body skimming without being too body-con. I wore this for a museum gala, but this does feel more like a conservative dress for work. 

It worked for a warm afternoon and a chilly evening

I wore this to work one day and felt like a million bucks. So many compliments. The sleeves give if just right amount of flare while still remaining professional. Then, easily transitioned to a night out with cute clutch and more statement jewelry. 

This dress just didn't look great on me. It was also a bit tight in the shoulders but quite loose everywhere else. The sleeves open to above the elbow. 

Love the sleeves! It's a little short and tight through the hips, but huge in the waist, if you're a pear. I would probably rent again. 

Good length, fit comfortably, sleeves added a nice touch. Would've liked for it to be a bit more loose around my tummy. But overall a good fit. 

Wore this to a business professional convention, was perfect and comfortable in both the cold convention center and hot Orlando outdoors. 

I wore this for a charity lunch for work and it was great. Beautiful and understated, but the sleeves give it a bit of character. It ran slightly big, but not big enough that sizing down was necessary.

I am very much apple shaped and wanted the dress a bit looser around my chest and arms, otherwise for a normal day at office, 14 would have been fine. TV  cameras can be very unforgiving!!!

Average classic navy dress but the sleeves make it modern

This is great simple navy dress for work. The sleeves give it a nice detail and they're not too poofy. Material is very forgiving and comfortable. I would say it's true to size. Only downside is if you raise your arms the whole dress rides up but would definitely rent again. 

I love this chic Memorable Dress by Trina Turk. Running true to size with some stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going one size up for your back up size. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and fitted at the hips. It works best for all cup sizes, since it's comfortable room at the bust. You are able to wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5'5, the length hit knee length on me. The three-quarter tulip sleeves gives this dress a modern touch. Pair it with flats and fun earrings to complete your outfit!  

Wore it to speak at a conference and it was comfortable, flattering, and sharp! It was perfect'

Fit was a tiny bit large but front darts lined up perfectly, so sizing down might have been a mistake. Can dress this one up or down, sleeves are fun but layering won't work, so don't wear if you're going to be somewhere chilly.
