It worked for a warm afternoon and a chilly evening

Thick fabric and lined, body skimming without being too body-con. I wore this for a museum gala, but this does feel more like a conservative dress for work. 

I wore this to work one day and felt like a million bucks. So many compliments. The sleeves give if just right amount of flare while still remaining professional. Then, easily transitioned to a night out with cute clutch and more statement jewelry. 

Wore this to a business professional convention, was perfect and comfortable in both the cold convention center and hot Orlando outdoors. 

I am very much apple shaped and wanted the dress a bit looser around my chest and arms, otherwise for a normal day at office, 14 would have been fine. TV  cameras can be very unforgiving!!!

This dress is extremely well made and fit well. I got so many complements-many people said I should buy it. It was very comfortable. Highly recommend

I love this chic Memorable Dress by Trina Turk. Running true to size with some stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going one size up for your back up size. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and fitted at the hips. It works best for all cup sizes, since it's comfortable room at the bust. You are able to wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5'5, the length hit knee length on me. The three-quarter tulip sleeves gives this dress a modern touch. Pair it with flats and fun earrings to complete your outfit!

Love the sleeves! It's a little short and tight through the hips, but huge in the waist, if you're a pear. I would probably rent again. 

Good length, fit comfortably, sleeves added a nice touch. Would've liked for it to be a bit more loose around my tummy. But overall a good fit. 

I wore this for a charity lunch for work and it was great. Beautiful and understated, but the sleeves give it a bit of character. It ran slightly big, but not big enough that sizing down was necessary.

Average classic navy dress but the sleeves make it modern

This is great simple navy dress for work. The sleeves give it a nice detail and they're not too poofy. Material is very forgiving and comfortable. I would say it's true to size. Only downside is if you raise your arms the whole dress rides up but would definitely rent again. 

Fit was a tiny bit large but front darts lined up perfectly, so sizing down might have been a mistake. Can dress this one up or down, sleeves are fun but layering won't work, so don't wear if you're going to be somewhere chilly. 

This dress just didn't look great on me. It was also a bit tight in the shoulders but quite loose everywhere else. The sleeves open to above the elbow. 

Wore this to record a tv interview … perfect for that purpose and fit well. 

The cut on this dress is unexpectedly flattering. I was anticipating it would be boxy/straight fit but it's actually shaped perfectly. The open sleeves give this classic navy dress an unexpected flare.  Recommend it!!

Did wear this to work, however almost a tad too dressy.  

Loved this for work and got tons of compliments. Sleeves are lovely but you can't wear a sweater or coat without them bunching up so plan for a poncho. Great color. 

This was a versatile, professional work dress that accommodated my second trimester bump.

I found this dress to be basic, but after I wore it to work, my husband commented on how good I had looked the day I wore it, (possibly for the first time in our 13 year marriage). In the picture, clearly the neckline is a boatline, but I had not realized that when I ordered it. I was able to wear a standard bra, but I had to be careful to keep the straps near the end of my shoulders. The sleeves were interesting, and they worked well for a day of standard meetings, but I they would have bothered me during a day of much movement or during a presentation. Currently I am 5'7" and 140 pounds, getting back into shape after having three children in five years, and the fit was good, with the cut skimming just in front of rather than against my stomach.

This dress is professional and fits true to size. I love the sleeve details. It is a bit boxy but overall I enjoyed the dress for work.

Sized up to a 12 and it worked beautifully. Tons of compliments and looks professional. Love the sleeves- they're just long enough to cover the elbows and the overall fit and cut is very slimming.
