I wore this for a day time work event.  Fit was great.  Zipper was easy up and down, bell sleeves were fun.  Had a little but I'd stretch which was nice.  Length was perfect for me but I have short legs so may not be appropriate for everyone.  Overall a great dress.  Someone who wore it before me wore a long necklace Nd there are a few snags in the chest area but nothing noticeable

I think this dress made my husband understand WHY my Unlimited membership was worth it!! I felt so confident and professional, sexy and appropriate. Love this dress! 

No complaints on this one. The material was heavy enough and lined that it was definitely enough on a very cool winter day. Fit was great on my hourglass figure. Very comfortable and the sleeves did not hinder me. Would rent again.

Good length for my petite bod. Definitely needs accessories because of the high neck.

This dress was a great option to wear to the office. I got many compliments. Even though I'm on the taller side, the sleeves and dress were long enough with tights underneath.

Wore this for the first time today and got numerous compliments from coworkers, my son's karate instructor, even my kids! Is stretchy and comfortable while looking very polished and put together. Keeping this one for a while!

I rented this dress to wear to my husband's company Christmas party! I ended up wearing the 12 and probably could have ordered a 10! Length was perfect. Great for cold weather (we live in central IL) and very comfortable! 

Despite some tummy flab, this dress is very flattering on me. I wish it were a bit longer but it is very pretty. Good fabric and cut.

I got so many compliments. I love this dress so much. It fit perfect and the material was thicker. It did wrinkle a bit when sitting down but they disappeared once up and walking.

I liked this pretty well. The plaid and sleeves are cute. Fabric is a bit thick so regret wearing it in hot July. Only complaint is that it clung a bit to my middle.

Fun sleeves! But not 100% practical as it kept getting wet as I was washing my hands. The dress is pretty fitted and it kept riding up when I was walking (or maybe better for someone with smaller hips/thighs?). All in all, I'd definitely rent again. 

I got several compliments on this dress! My only complaint is that it's a little on the shorter side for girls that are a little taller [5'7"+]. You can see in the pic how short it gets when sitting down. I ended up wearing black opaque tights and flats when I wore it to work. Ralph Lauren is always very classy and a solid choice for the workplace. 

Beautiful dress, comfy but ran small! It's more slim fitting than a shift - which I would have preferred. I got compliments on it! 

Cute dress and I like the sleeves but the fit was off for me. It puffed out in the midsection front and back and was comparatively snug in the thighs and hips. Didn't wear it but someone with skinnier legs might like it. The material was fine and it was comfortable.

Surprisingly my hubby didn't think it was that short, but I would likely go up a size in this designer on further orders. My co workers loved the dress! It fit around my busy and that's a plus! 

Loved the pattern and material as it was stretchy and not tight at all. However the tummy area did not hit me right so it looked kind of boxy there. I have a short torso so usually need the extra cinch in the waist. 

I liked how this dress was styled on the RTR website so thought I'd give it a try.  This dress was at least an inch too short for my comfort level to wear to work so I added sheer black nylons.  This was not quite the vibe I was going for so I only wore this dress once.  The sleeves are the best part about this dress.  It is clingy across the hips so if you have major curves, you should size up.

I absolutely love this dress! I wore it to a work meeting, followed by a cocktail hour social. I got so many compliments! The material is wonderful and stretchy in all the right places. It is so flattering and hid my extra tummy so well. I paired with sheer tights, black booties, and simple silver jewelry. I will certainly be wearing and renting this again!

This dress fit so well! I got many compliments and it was comfortable to wear on a long work day. The sleeves are fun and have good movement. The dress is tighter in the bum, but I have a round bum so that's normal for dresses I wear.

Good fit, except for a slight pucker in the back where the zipper seam ends.  Perfect for work - professional with a flare.  I will rent again.

The pattern and shape make it conservative yet the sleeves make it fun. 

Thought I could pull this off for office even got a size larger just in case. It's just too short for my comfort dress.  Love the sleeves and design and material 

This dress fit perfectly. I’m five feet three and it was the perfect length for work. The fabric has a lot of stretch to it so it was really comfortable. The sleeves are fun but I had to push them up when I was eating! I got tons of compliments at work while wearing this dress.

The sleeves are cute and fun without being in the way. The dress fit nicely.

Great transition dress from work to an evening event. 

Plaid is the latest trend and this dress is on point.  As the RTR saying goes "dress like you're the boss" and you feel that in this dress.  Classy and trendy at the same time.  A tad on the short side but that is just me, it wears just fine.  I might buy it!!!

This dress was very cute but WAY too short for me to wear out of the house

The dress itself was very comfy- stretchy material and breathable. The length was just right for me but may be a tad bit short on taller women. The only thing that bothered me was when sitting down, the back zipper would ride up and poke my neck. Other than that, great rental!
