I felt like a million dollars, received so many compliments on this dress.  There is a lot of volume in the skirt, so if that is not something you're looking for, just know it has a lot of volume there.  I love the accents across the chest, didn't require a lot of extra jewelry.  I keep looking back to buy this dress through RTR, I love it!! One this is that I wore a size 2 (I have a small ribcage), the four was slightly too large and the size 2 was a little snug across my chest.  I wished there was an in between size. But still. I loved this dress!!!
My measurements are 5'9", 32D, 135-140lbs, athletic/hourglass build. 

I wore this to a wedding. I loved the neckline and the fit and flare style was pretty. The dress was comfortable and I got a lot of compliments. The only issue is that the front poofs out much more than the picture shows. It almost looked like it could be a maternity dress. Despite that, I did not regret my decision to wear it. 

I wore this as a wedding guest and received SO many compliments. The dress is well-fitted through the waist and has the cutest flared skirt. Would definitely recommend! 

Overall, the dress fit well, it just runs small in the ribcage area. Love, love the pockets! I didn't require much more than simple pearl earrings and a bracelet to tie this outfit together because there is so much detail at the top of the dress. Would wear again. 

The dress runs small, and though I normally wear a 0 or a 2, the 2 barely zipped.  It was still very comfortable, but be aware that has no stretch.  The dress hit me at my knees on my 5'2'' frame, and the poof of the skirt was fun.  I would rent again! 

This dress was so beautiful! I love the beaded neckline, didn't really have to wear any jewelry. I rented the size 4 and it was a bit tight in the chest but I made it work. The full skirt has beautiful pleats and the little bow details on the back is adorable. Got lots of compliments army friends wedding and would totally rent again!

The fit of this dress was definitely more snug in the rib cage than I expected. Both the 8 and the 10 had gapping at the arms so I had to go with the 10 to get it zipped. I loved the jeweled neckline, the detail in the fabric and the bow and open detail in the back. This is defiantly a statement dress without being over the top. Perfect for an evening wedding that's not formal. 

Fits tight across the bust which is why I wore the 6 instead of the 4, but super comfortable and looks great on! It also has pockets which is fun!

Loved this dress so much! I will probably rent it again...

Deep navy blue was the touch of class and elegance I was looking for. The neckline beading was the icing on the cake and I paired it with silver drop pears from my own collection. I received many compliments and felt at ease all night despite all that I ate! I am a 34D and would not have been able to comfortably fit any more of myself into the bodice. Still had room to breath and ample room to raise my arms for dancing. I wore to an outdoor ceremony in June and it was a little heavy but not too bad, but I would not recommend for a full outdoor wedding in the summer. Would rent again if the occasion arose.

Loved this dress, very good quality and very classy. I received many compliments.  My only problem was that it was very tight fitting around the ribs and barely got the side zipper zipped up.  I normally wear size 8/10.  I ended up wearing the size 10, but the next size up would be best if you have a broad Rib cage.

I rented this dress for my wedding rehearsal and it was perfect! It is such a beautiful & unique dress! It was also comfortable to wear all night. 

The dress fit perfectly It had pockets, which made it perfect for working an event. I got compliments from people all night - including people who work galas for a living! You can definitely tell the quality. Some of the beading was missing, but not noticeable. The dress was so comfortable and fit like a glove. I tried different kinds of earrings, thought that drop pearls would nicely reflect the top, but it was a bit much. Just went with pearl studs and a simple, sparkly, thin bracelet, and silver pumps. I'm already renting it again for a formal wedding this fall!

This dress is very elegant. From the beading to the classic style and full skirt, it is comfortable and classy!

Three things to touch on. As others have mentioned, the detail of the beading is hard to see in pictures. To help others better prepare for shoes and accessories, the beading has pearls and gold and iridescent beading. I wore navy patent heels, but you could go with gold or a brushed silver as well. 

There is a side zipper. When I first was trying it on I couldn't figure out why the dress would not even go over my head. The side zipper is very subtle and you really have to look for it. Obviously once I discovered the zipper, I was able to get into the dress comfortably. 

The dress runs small in the bust. I am petite (5'2", 120 lbs) but am a 34 DDD. So I usually size up in dresses to accommodate my chest. I am really glad I did when picking my back up because there really is no give in that area of this dress. As long as you take this into consideration if you have an ample chest (or wide back), you should be fine.

I'm busty, so it was a bit tight on top, but not uncomfortably so.  The pockets were amazing.  The opening in the back wasn't too low- I could still wear a regular bra.  The extreme flare definitely makes the dress stand out (literally and figuratively), but it isn't too much.  It was perfect for a wedding with really great food because I could eat everything I wanted and not feel self-conscious.  I wish I owned it, honestly. 

I love this dress on the hanger, but I couldn't even zip it up. I'm a pretty solid 8, which is what I rented. I would have gotten a backup 10, but none were available. I'm sending this back unworn. 

Very flattering silhouette, loved the intricate beading at the neckline. Fit was true to size for the most part although a little tight in the rib cage. 

This dress was beautiful. I wore this dress to a charity event and received several compliments. It was a bit snug--but not too bad! 

This was really cute, but too much for a spring wedding. The material was pretty heavy. There is some serious poof to the skirt which I wasn't crazy about, but not enough to deter me from wearing it to the right event. I'm wearing a 6 in the picture even tho I normally wear a 4. I had trouble zipping it around my rib cage. 

This dress was absolutely perfect! The fit was amazing, the cut was amazing, everything was flawless. The fabric was warm enough for a (warm) mid-October wedding, and heavy enough that the skirt held its shape. And can we all just take a second to appreciate the POCKETS! Carrying around a clutch is not my idea of a good time so having pockets was just the cherry on top of the sundae of this perfect dress! I'm normally a size 4, which would have fit a bit more snug, but the extra room in the chest made in comfortable. There were a couple of missing gems/pearls in the neckline, but nothing that anyone but me would notice. I highly recommend this dress!

I loved this dress because I looked really classy.  I like that I could also move around freely on the dance floor and not feel restricted in any way. 

The dress came in perfect condition! It fit perfectly and was so comfortable to wear! I would definitely rent it again for another event!

This dress fits wonderfully. I live the beaded detail at the neckline which eliminated my need for jewelry. It's a dark navy so it doesn't pop out, but is more subtle in saying I'm not your typical little black dress. For my height I would have preferred a little more length because the skirt is full and stands out a bit. Otherwise, the dress is stunning while being remarkably comfortable.

I loved this dress, especially to travel. I didn't need any major accessories and the shimmer of the material and the a line frame made it perfect for standing out at the wedding. 

I ordered this dress in a size 2 as it was the only option available for my dates. I was hoping it would fit as the reviews all said the dress ran small. This was not the case for me. The 2 was too large and I had to end up pinning a little over an inch to make the dress look decent. If you have a small waist/ribcage, definitely order your true dress size or maybe even one size smaller. Overall, the look of the dress was very nice and I received numerous compliments throughout the night. The beads were all in place as well. If you are tall, the length of the dress looks really good as well. I would definitely rent this again in a smaller size.

Really fun dress to wear to a wedding. The skirt is really full, the pockets are great to have and it was longer enough not to worry about moving around in. There were some beads missing which was the only disappointment. I have a short waist and this dress hit me on the perfect spot so might not be the best for long torsos. The 4 fit perfectly with some breathing room in the waist (I have a 26" waist) 

I really loved this dress! It was perfect for a wedding. I thought the length was really good - which is sometimes an issue with dresses for me, being taller. I am usually either a size 4 or 6, but the 6 was unavailable for my date so I took a chance by just ordering the 4. I initially didn't think it was going to fit. Fortunately, it did, but it was very tight in the bust. I would not recommend this dress if you are larger than a B cup. The other areas of the dress fit great.

Extremely Comfortable and true to size. I loved the pockets and the full skirt gives the dress that extra bit of elegance. 

Definitely a sophisticated dress. I wore this to my brother's wedding. The fabric was absolutely gorgeous and luxurious feeling. The skirt is quite wide, more than I would've expected from the model's picture, but it ended up being a plus after dinner and a few drinks.  I went with the size 2 since the size 0 ended up being too tight around the ribcage, which was too bad since the skirt flare was even more pronounced in the size 2. I wore heels that were a liquid silver color like the model's and was happy with that choice. I debated between keeping my hair up or down ; ultimately I left my hair down, but I feel even a casual updo would have complimented this dress better on my frame.

Kate Spade does it again!  This dress is absolutely perfect.  I love the color, the cut, the small bow, teardrop opening in the back and pearl details-the pockets!!  The size 2 fit me like a glove!  It looks amazing with simple pearl earrings and nude heels. 

I rented this dress for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was wary about renting this dress because I typically go for very form-fitted dresses and I was pretty scared of the poofy skirt. The dress is absolutely beautiful in person... the fabric is luxurious, as is the color and the crystals around the neck. I had a very hard time getting this dress on, though. It runs super small! I honestly think I could've worn the 4, because even the 2 was so tight around the chest. I had a really hard time getting the zipper up (even on the 2) and it stuck in several places. I was worried about getting my skin caught in it, but a friend was finally able to zip it up! While it felt tight in the chest while I was wearing it, it still looked great and I did get a ton of compliments. Someone even told me they knew the dress was out of my comfort zone, but they thought I should wear that silhouette all they time. They said they thought it was "my silhouette." I'm glad I don't own this dress because I would hate to struggle with the zipper every time, but it was cute for a one-time thing!

I loved this dress and was sad to send it back.  It was the perfect dress for a formal wedding at a country club.  It did run a bit small in the ribcage and chest.  I ordered a size 8 and a 10.  I ended up needing the 10 to accommodate my bust, and it was still tight.  I had to steam the skirt and re-press one of the pockets, but it looked beautiful afterwards.  

This dress was great.  You don't have to wear a ton of jewelry, and it is fitted at the waist but flares out.

I rented this dress for my friends winter wedding (in Boston). It fit great and the pockets were amazing. Warning the side zipper is a little tricky, so make sure there's an extra set of hands around to help you zip up your dress.
