Gorgeous dress -- the material is stunning and crisp, the cut is flattering and comfortable, and the neckline is spectacular. And, POCKETS no less. Several strangers came up to me to ask "who's dress is that?" I'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

Runs TTS. The size 2 was perfect everywhere but a little bit tight at stomach. Size 4 has more room at stomach but loose at armpits. I ended up with size 4 because it feels better to wear a bigger size in warm weather. I wore the dress to a concert and received a ton of compliments.

Rented this dress for a murder mystery party. I was to dress elegant and classy. This dress was perfect!! Pockets were the highlight as well as the classic Kate Spade bow in the back.

Embrace the puffy skirt! There is no such thing as too much twirling and it's ok to brag that your dress even has perfectly placed pockets. I did wear a size 0, but I wish I had worn the size 2, just to give my rib cage a little more room to expand. This dress is more snug in that area. It was nice to be able to wear a regular bra and not have to worry about any lines showing. The material is about as high-quality as I could ever imagine. The details including the stitching and beading make you feel like you are wearing a one-of-a-kind. As other renters noted, be prepared for compliments - all day and night. The bride, the wait staff at the reception hall, bridesmaids, and guests from other weddings were swooning over the dress and I was too. I was very sad to send this dress back. I wore this dress for 12 hours and it didn't wrinkle or crease. Also, no unpleasant chaffing to report.

This dress is perfect! Everything about it was exactly what I was expecting. From the fabric, the color, the POCKETS, the neck line and the comfort makes this dress even more classy and elegant. If you rent it I'm warning you now you will be overwhelmed with compliments!!! :)

This dress is perfect. The picture's don't do it justice and it's absolutely stunning in person. It hugged me in all the right places and the skirt added a show stopping effect. I received a lot of compliments from friends throughout the night. I'm normally a shy person but with the dress on I felt confident and beautiful. This dress will definitely give you a confidence boost. This was my first RTR purchase and I can't wait to rent again. The only bad part is having to send it back. I wanted it to stay as part of my wardrobe.

The dress was a little constricting through the bust, but I don't have an over ample bosom, so everything there was great!!! The dress gives a great shape if you're a little bigger on the bottom

The 6 was the only size available and was super tight right around the ribs. I just had a baby so the 8 would have been more comfy but once I was in it felt great. It is a very full skirt but made me feel fun and flirty all night long!

The large skirt is so fun! The bodice fit very well despite my larger bust. The length is perfect for taller girls. No need to worry about a peep-show! I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat!

I got the 8 and 10. 10 fit perfectly. The skirt is a bit puffier that you would expect. But I liked that because hid my evil flabby belly better. I felt very elegant in the dress. On me the over all fit was perfect and the length was great. I wanted something not black but not too flashy for our school gala and this fit my need perfectly. Very classy and classic look on.

This dress was beautiful! I was honestly depressed to send it back! I wore it to my law school's Barristers' Ball and got lots of compliments all night. It was classy, elegant, and perfect for a fancy occasion. The skirt has the perfect amount of poof, and the details at the neckline are even prettier in person than they look online. It was also very comfortable. I could go on and on raving about it! You truly can't go wrong with this dress. As far as sizing and fit goes, as other reviews have said, it definitely runs a bit small in the bust area. I was still able to wear my normal size of 4 (without a bra), but I would definitely suggest ordering a size up for the back-up dress. I was a little nervous when I first tried on the 4 and was glad to have it in a 6 as well just in case. Overall, the dress was amazing (and so was my first experience with RTR)!

It was definitely tight around the abdomen but not uncomfortably so. The fabric was gorgeous and I received many compliments. The pockets are always one of my favorite features. The bottom of the dress was indeed quite "poofy" so be ready to make a statement if you are wearing this. I ordered this dress along with one other for the rehearsal dinner and wedding and they were both a big hit. I will add a photo soon!

This was the first time I rented a dress and I was a little nervous. However, this dress was the perfect fit and exceeded all of my expectations. The fit was flawless! I loved this dress. I wore it to a '50s theme party, so the silhouette with the fitted waist and big skirt was great. It was a bit tight around my ribs, but otherwise it was very comfortable. With the embellished neckline you don't need much jewelry. Plus, pockets!

Like others, I couldn't really tell what the jeweled neckline was going to be like. I expected silver or crystals, but it's a ton of pearls, most of which dangle a little bit, so they have some great movement. The bust fit pretty snug when I had a bra underneath, but it's sturdy enough material that you could go without a bra. I've also never worn a skirt this full and usually wear very form-fitting dresses, but I wanted a statement piece because I was the emcee for the event, and this flared skirt was perfect! The big skirt also made it very comfortable and I didn't have to suck in my belly all night! :) I absolutely loved it and got compliments all night.

I was a little nervous ordering this dress because so many of the reviewers were significantly younger, but my concerns were alleviated by Customer Service. She assured me that the dress was "age appropriate" and I was glad I took her advice. My husband loved it on sight. Many times, the smaller size is a perfect fit, but the side zipper in this lovely dress was just a bit snug. The next size up was perfect. The other reviewers prepared me for the fullness of the skirt (they weren't exaggerating), so I wore it with confidence. The deep blue color with pearl bodice was striking and the fabric was elegant and without a wrinkle. I hated returning this adorable dress. The last words on the subject are from my husband and friends who all advised - "Rent that dress again!" Amen to that!

This was my first time using rent the runway and I needed a last minute dress for a fundraiser gala. I originally ordered it in a 0 and 2 but due to a late ups train the dress was not going to arrive time. RTR sent me another 2 since they didn't have anymore 0s. In dresses I am normally a 0, but the 2 fit ok. It was a little big in the top, but not enough to keep me from wearing it. The 0 would've been much better but the 2 still worked.

I was so excited to wear this dress. When I got it I was a little disappointed because a few of the stones were missing. Nobody could tell except for me, but I expected it to be perfect. However, I got many compliments on the dress. The waist fit me really snug & I had enough room to wear one of those va-va-voom bras if I wanted to. The skirt was really fun & the dress moved well on the dance floor.

The dress was an absolute hit! Everyone complimented me on it, wanted to know where I got it, etc. I literally lost count of how many times I was stopped. The 4 was snug but not too tight on my 32DD chest. The 6 I didn't even try on. I didn't feel it was too poofy at the bottom at all. And it was SO fun to dance in! Plus I could eat without worrying about my stomach showing or anything. The material was thick but not hot since there was all that air space underneath! I definitely recommend you rent this dress. Minor things to consider: It came wrinkly so I had to steal it but it wasn't a problem for me. There were a few missing rhinestones and pearls but no one else noticed & you can't tell in pictures - I'm just crazy like that!

I wore this dress to a fund raising dinner. I ended up wearing the 10 because the 8 was too small across the chest. It is a gorgeous dress! You can tell it is of high quality by the material and details. While at the fund raising dinner I was complimented multiple times on the dress once even by Donald Trump! It's a beautiful classic dress. I highly recommend it!

I received the 4 and 6 after a chat with a RTR stylist. The 4 fit perfectly. I am 5' 7" and the dress hit at the perfect spot above my knee. The fabric has no stretch so make sure you move well in it before picking your final size. I received compliment after compliment in this dress. I was sad to send it back. I had an amazing experience with RTR and will definitely be using them again.

This dress fit like a glove. I didn't even have to wear a bra with it because the bodice held me in without being too tight. If you are large chested you may want to size up. I was planning on wearing the dress with bare legs and neutral pumps but the weather was below zero; with the windchill it was even more ridiculous. I added a bolero sweater, black tights and booties for warmth but was happy how it came together.

Dress was absolutely amazing!!! It was perfect and I actually want to purchase it. The dress does fit true to size and does not have any give, but it's super flattering because of the skirt flare. I could have worn the 8 if not for my chest - I had to go up a size for just the bust. I can't say enough about this dress - absolutely gorgeous in person. Very thick material with a thick (thicker than most) lining. Very dark navy blue, and the jewels on the collar area are pearls and some crystals - it was fantastic and absolutely amazing in person.

Great fit, comfortable, high quality fabric. I wore this for a rehearsal dinner of a black tie wedding, with the rehearsal in an older catholic church. It was perfect and the little bow in back was a great touch! Loved it!! Would love to own!! Oh, and the pearl thing at the top have dangly parts that swish as you move!!!

The previous reviews were extremely helpful and spot on. The dress did run true to size, was fitted at the rib cage and has quite a full skirt. It was the perfect dress for my husband's holiday party which took place at an old supper club with a 1930's vibe. It was so beautiful I had a hard time taking it off at the end of the night!

I wore a size 4. The dress fit wonderfully. It was comfortable and I loved pockets. The neckline (although you can't appreciate it in the pictures) was absolutely gorgeous. I received so many compliments--even from the men--at the reception. I think I was a spokes person for Rent the Runway!!! I would rent this dress again!!!! It is a little full at the bottom, but it looks so fabulous. It was fun, fun, fun wearing and dancing in it.

This dress is gorgeous and oh so chic! You do have to prepare yourself for the pouf... just embrace it. The neckline is ahmazing. You will get tons of compliments, you will get tons of looks. As everyone else has said, it is a little snug in the top so definitely go one size bigger. Mine was a little snug but once it was on, it was comfortable all night. This dress was perfect! The top was snug but I was expecting that based in other reviews. I was a little worried since there was no backup size available but it fit perfectly. The jewels on the neckline had more pearls than crystals but it sparkles so much and the volume of the skirt was gorgeous. I received so many compliments on this dress. It was exactly the right choice for a lovely downtown New Year's Eve party.

I tried to follow a fellow renter's advice and reinforce the pleats so the dress wasn't so poofy but I was unsuccessful. So I embraced the poof and found it to be a very fun dress for my grad school graduation. Because of my small bust and the high waist of the dress, I wore a size 2 but am usually a size 4. Very fun dress! Lots of compliments! Ooh, the pockets were amazing too!

I ordered a size 0 because I typically wear a size 0 in most dresses, however, I am very thankful I chose to receive the size 2 as well because this dress runs small; the size 2 fit perfectly! It is such a classy dress and it was perfect for the company holiday party I attended. The pockets came in handy and totally blended into the dress.

This dress was absolutely amazing!! The beading is stunning, the dress is very comfortable, and has two pockets! When I took it out of the wrapping I just had to reinforce the creases in the dress so it didn't poof out too much. Other than that, I absolutely loved it!!!!
