This dress is perfect for the workplace, a classy cocktail hour, or holiday party. I actually wore the 2 one day, and the 4 the next day because i was in different cities for work! The 4 fit a little better, mostly in the shoulders. I'm usually a 2, but i do have wider shoulders. Thick fabric and good quality. The dress has shoulders pads which i thought was a little strange. The little knot tie in the front was a perfect little added touch.

Received so many compliments on this dress, which I wore to a work conference. It was comfortable, no issues or annoying factors, and the color/cut/style were awesome. I had many attendees ask who the designer was.

It is very cute and you can cinch your waist with the tie. It is slightly baggy but I would still rent again

This ran slightly tight around the chest, but I'm a 34 DD. It was also a little large around the hips, but there is no way a 4 would fit. The tie around the waist is really flattering. Nothing super special, but it's a nice everyday work dress.

Pretty dress. Very form fitting so lots of adjusting when standing up. Shoulder pads were bunchy from many uses.

Fit just right and lots of compliments! It was a good length and the fabric was just thick enough (not too thick, not thin) for an indoor conference. Very comfortable and flattering fit.

I wore this to work with tights and booties. It has a flattering cut but was definitely snug! I felt good wearing it to a client meeting and the office holiday party.

Loved the color, material, and fit of this dress! It has some stretch and room in the waist. The color and tie give it a little something extra, so it's not your typical boring, conservative work dress. I'm 5'3.5 and it was a great length with heels (hit right at bottom of kneecap).

No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the wrinkles out! But it's still a great work dress.

Perfect cool weather work dress! The tie in the front helps hide the tummy, just as I had hoped. It was just a little snug in the hips though.

The cut of this dress looked promising for the office but I ended up not wearing it. The dress was too form fitting to be appropriate for the office, it would be great for a holiday party though! It did run a tad small but the fabric has a bit of stretch to accommodate.
