The top of this dress made dancing really fun
Nice fit of a medium on a short torso-figure. Great length for a short person with long legs. Excellent weight, substantial material without being too hot in May (~60-70 °F) in New York City.

Great for moderate to work temperatures. Loved wearing it with turquoise jewelry.
I have a short torso. The fit was good, to running a bit large. I included a close up of the top before I cinched it in a little more with the adjustable straps. Pros: it was perfect for warm May New York City weather. Bright eye-catching color. It felt flattering and not too tight across the belly. Cons: You might want to steam it; I did not, just laid it out on the bed the night before; you can see how much it wrinkled or not in the photo. It was a little loose at the top, but nothing the cinching didn't accommodate pretty well for.

Birthday bombshell!
Fits very tightly in the waist, even squeezing out my skin a little. The top is a little loose on my shoulders; needed a petite up top (34B; narrow shoulders). Great color, substantial material, fun dress overall for my birthday party.

Beautiful, but damaged
These earrings were gorgeous and I loved wearing them, but upon opening the box and picking them up, one of the little gems fell off, and I had to glue it back on. I'm not even sure I glued it on the right way but I wasn't able to wear it out with a gem missing. :/

Great, simple yet fun sheath dress
I wore one size smaller than usual, a 2 instead of a 4 and while the top kept coming open, the bottom was snug. I put on a heavy necklace to try to keep it closed, and that worked for the most part. I had fun in it, but didn't get tons of compliments on it because most people were just wearing business casual anyway.

Accidentally renting the same dress was actually a hilarious blast
My date wore a 2 and I wore a 4. I tried it on with and without spanx and it fit way better without because it looked sausage-y with them. One of the tulles was more beige, and one was more rose. It's a really fun dress to wear, especially if you have a twin and everyone wants to chat about how cute you both are.

Wearing a really cool dress, although feeling a little self conscious in it
I never wear dresses that are backless because I'm about 10 pounds overweight and carry a good deal of that in my back. As you can see in the third picture I shared, the straps would often cut into my back fat, although it wasn't always that noticeable. If you are self conscious about back fat, this may not be the best dress for you. However, I got tons of compliments on it, and had tons of fun, so it's all relative.

Show a little bit of sexy clavicle with this sexy/cute dress. It's very warm so it worked well for a late December Chicago evening. I will say that I don't think the dry cleaning was done well on this one as the underarms seemed to have a slightly pungent smell emanating from the fabric. Maybe make sure to take it out of the package right when you get it to double check.

Fantastic, comfortable upscale dinner dress
The material is a perfect combination of substantial and silky. We sat around the house after going to Coco Pazza in Chicago and he asked why I didn't change out of it. It was because it is SO COMFORTABLE. Don't hesitate to rent this one if you're thinking of it.

Too tight to wear
I could not wear my usual size of 4 nor my free backup size of 6 because I had also rented the gold crop top and it squished my skin in too much, like a tiny little muffin top. I wore a plain white pencil skirt from J.Crew instead and it was just fine. Don't waste your money on this unless you're a stick OR if you size up two sizes. An 8 however, may have looked ridiculous on me; who knows!

More cropped on me than model
The fit was more cropped on me than it appears on the model so just keep that in mind. So I normally wear a size 4, but potentially could have sized up (I didn't get a second 6 backup) and maybe it would have been less Barbie form fitting and more as the designer intended. It's a fun glitter party though and it wasn't scratchy or uncomfortable at all!

The classiest and my most favorite dress I've worn so far from RTR
I felt so sexy in this dress. Maybe it was because I didn't wear a bra and maybe it was because everyone thought I was wearing a completely see through dress, but it has a perfect drape with the perfect amount of peekaboo panels. The art deco style is simply gorgeous. It's an ideal weight with a high quality, lightweight but substantial fabric. I highly, highly recommend this dress.

The color was a showstopper
I wanted to stand out at a formal gala, and this color was perfect for that. I got so many compliments and it definitely had a princess-y feel. It's super easy to dance in (see my 3 pics), but the boning did mildly cut into one of my ribs on one side. Not bad until the next day and I was like, ow, I have a tiny bruise. It went up really high on my short torso, so if you're short-torsoed, keep that in mind.

Gorgeous, substantial statement necklace
This is a relatively heavy necklace that doesn't have much give - it needs to lay flat or it gets kind of folded up all funky. Don't make the mistake I did and wear a non-v neck dress with it (duh!). I love this necklace, and would have loved to wear the earrings with it, but they were a little too pricy a rental for me.

I didn't get to wear this because the white jumpsuit I rented to wear it with didn't fit. However, the beading is very light so feels a little cheap. I'm sure it looks cute on though. It would just be nice if the beads felt a little more substantial.

Feeling confident in my dress onstage while thanking politicians for attending the annual HRC gala.
This dress fit perfectly and was very comfortable for how gorgeous and intricate it is, but the slip kept dropping out below the dress. I wore a short slip underneath the dress to squeeze things in so that may be why the slip was so slippery (no pun intended). The mermaid cut is really fun! The dress is very flattering for small chested women - huge bonus. Steer clear of chained clutches or sharp edged jewels because they'll get stuck in the lacing.
