Unexpectedly loved it!
Bias cut is always tricky with me, so I was a bit skeptical when renting. I was pleasantly surprised! The dress fit like a glove! Ended up wearing it multiple times to work and a leadership course. I received multiple compliments on it. And the ruching is placed perfectly! I'm still losing some baby weight and it concealed my midsection without being obvious or uncomfortable.

Cute dress, but not my favorite. The sleeves were close to a three quarters length on me, and the fabric is thick—great for a Northeast November. Without a belt the dress just hung there a bit shapeless.

Rented for my company's awards dinner & it could not have been more perfect. A bit sexy without being over the top & not too revealing. The neckline is so unique, but may be a little low for the more modest. The main body of the dress was fitted but not tight. Which was key for a mom of a 10 month old still working on losing the remaining baby weight. And leaving the best for last—those sleeves are fantastic! The main sleeve is about 3/4 length before the larger bell. They are just gorgeous!

DVF comes through again!
Love the easy fit of DVF wrap dresses. As per usual I sized up—I feel it gives you a little bit more to the wrap & slightly more coverage up top. The skirt is very light so be wary of breezes! Wore Spanx due to the light material. Great colors!

Fun florals!
Adorable dress! Fits true to size. Wore it twice—once out to a First Friday event at a museum, then to work. May have been a bit on the short side for work, but wanted the opportunity to wear it again. Would show bra straps, so you need either a strapless or stick on bra if you're not throwing a sweater/jacket over it.

Cute dress. Fits true to size. May be too short for some, but didn't bother me. Disappointed that the black neck tie was missing. That definitely kicks the look up a notch. Would love it if RTR could solve for the missing item issues.

Not something I would have ever thought to buy, but took a chance and fell in love! Gorgeous colors, comfortable fit, sexy without being too revealing. Wore this to my husband's art opening & was stopped multiple times by compliments—and they didn't stop once we went out afterwards either! True to size. Wore Spanx since silk shows everything. Wasn't too hot for Atlanta!

Great color!
Rented this through unlimited for work. Great summer color and very professional looking. The fabric bunched out around the stomach when I sat, and was a little on the puffy side even when standing. Nothing all that noticable. Comfortable and cute! I would definitely rent again.

Gorgeous fabric and beautiful neckline, however–it flattened me out on top and how the gathers were around the waist made it look bigger somehow. Wish it would have looked better. Guess it just doesn't work on my body.

Fabulous dress!!!!
I can't rave enough about this dress! It fits perfectly! So comfortable, yet edgy. The white that some people have noted as being piping isn't piping, its the thread used to finish the raw edge of the fabric. All edges are black, except for the one in the front. I'm not sure what some people are complaining about with that, the contrast is what makes this dress more interesting! The fabric is light, but not so much so that I would worry about a strong breeze. Perfect for a conservative work environment without being stuck up!

Fun and different!
Loved this dress! While the description says rust, the color is more of a bright orange-red. "Rust" made me think it would be more of a brown-orange and more appropriate for fall, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's a thick knit, so doesn't stretch out too easily and maintains it's shape well. Very work appropriate and I received so many compliments throughout the day. I had ordered this through unlimited and will definitely be ordering again! I was also lucky enough to be the first person to take off the tags and wear it!

Tons of compliments!!!
I ended up wearing this for 2 weddings...one in Savannah and the next in New Jersey the following weekend. The first weekend I paired it with some pale pink suede sandals, gold necklace with grey pearls and an ivory leather bag & for the second wedding I used the same purse, just with silver earrings and necklace, black pumps and a black wrap. Both ways it looked fantastic! It's fitted throughout the torso, and waist, but the full skirt is very forgiving on the tummy. Oh, and it has pockets!!!

I really wanted to love this!!!
This dress is made of two different fabrics—the color is superb and the back is absolutely gorgeous!!! I loved the ruffle up the back and how the halter came up. However the bottom was a bit snug. I'm a little heavier at the moment, hence sizing up to the L instead of my usual M, but it was still too tight. The top was an appropriate fit (maybe a little big?), so if you are on the hippy side, definitely size up. Ironically the top made me look flat. I could have tried a stick on bra and that may have fixed things, but since it was too tight in the hips, I didn't even try it. I had rented with unlimited, so when I lose a few pounds, I'm definitely going to try this one again!

Cute dress for an evening out
The dress was a nice fit and flattering. Overall not my favorite rental, it felt a little promy–but it was a good fit and well made with a nice crepe material. The gold fabric was slightly more stiff, which gave nice shape to the skirt.

Overall shaping of the dress was underwhelming. The black/blue line crosses over an awkward spot on your stomach. The collar is definitely unique and if the bottom half was half as good as the top, I would have worn the dress.

Professional in a second!
I wore this for a work conference. It was just the right mix of attractive yet professional. I had changed midday from jeans and a top to this dress and my co-workers joked it was like superman changing in a phonebooth! I didn't do a single thing different to my hair and wore the same heels and instantly I looked professional and put together! It was very comfortable to wear and I didn't feel the need to wear a blazer with the cap sleeves. The faux leather insets gave the dress just a little bit of edge and interest. Very happy with this rental and wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

"Nice" summer dress
Nice is definitely the description for this dress. I wore this for work, so that's not a bad thing! It is light and perfect for warm spring and summer days. It buttons down the front, so if you are on the busty side the buttons may strain. I did like that there was a hook to keep the waist closed in addition to the button. Many of the dresses from RTR get a "wow" out of my husband, but this one only elicited "it's nice" and "safe." Considering I was wearing it to work "nice" and "safe" are fine descriptors in my opinion. A better way to describe it would be well made and conservative!

A bit on the worn side
The dress was just ok for me. There was sufficient room around the waist and hips, but the top just flattened me out. The sleeves were snug, although not uncomfortable, however my arms are more on the muscular side. The netting and embroidery was very cool. the downside was the dress I received was a bit on the worn side. Signs of wear were on the side of the bust and underarms, where your upper arms may rub against the material. I wasn't a huge fan of the dress, but my husband loved it.

Form fitting but forgiving!!!
Adore Kate Spade, but she's always been a bit on the small side for me. This dress is adorable and completely work appropriate. I haven't been getting to the gym as much, so I felt more comfortable in Spanx, but you don't necessarily need them. While the top of the dress is form fitting the bottom of the dress balances that all out. The black section gives you a nice nip in at the waist!

I was looking for a better cut of the jacket. I have the expectation of a narrower waist on this kind of jacket. The waist seemed to be big for the size of the jacket. Others may not notice, but this is something I'm rather picky about. Other than the fit, the color is great! I ended up not wearing it due to the fit & that I have a similar coat in a lighter color and went with that.

Missed wearing it--but super cute!!!
Due to a UPS mix-up, my shipment was delayed a day. I usually order delivery for a day before, so that's not normally not a problem, but I left for my event prior to the necklace arriving. RTR's customer service is so fantastic! When I called them on my way back the next day saying I hadn't received it & explained what happened, they said it had been delivered, to return it and when they receive it I would be refunded the rental. Everything went as described! Now about the necklace....super cute!!! I was bummed I didn't get to wear it. It would have been a nice touch to add to my outfit at a concert. I can definitely see myself renting it again!

Different use of denim
This dress is cute. Unfortunately, the front is only closed with 2 hook & eyes and when I received it the top hook was broken and the bottom loop was a thin thread. RTR's superior customer service came to the rescue and sent me an immediate shipment without the return for my unlimited subscription, but I was disappointed in not being able to wear the dress. Had I worn it, I would have worn a tank top underneath or used some fashion tape. The top is prone to open. I did feel the waist was a bit on the big side with extra room. I could have been a bit more fitted in the waist for my taste--that would have been ok for the rental, but I wouldn't have bought it. The collar and tie is very cute and overall the dress is comfortable.

From work to the Ballet!
Absolutely fantastic dress! I got so many compliments at work and my husband loved it at the ballet. It was a little on the fancy side for the office, but still completely appropriate. Comfortable and there was even a bit of room in the waist, the way the fabric folds over in front is very forgiving & there are pockets!

People thought I was Barbie!
I rented this for a Venetian Masquerade 10 year anniversary party Halloween weekend & it was such a hit! There was some last minute flurry over the dress as the 8L that I had originally ordered was returned by a previous renter in an unrentable condition. RTR was amazing and sent me the 10L and an alternate dress in a 8L, but the replacement 8L wasn't my style and the 10L was huge on me. When I called back RTR was able to send me the 8R, as I had noticed the 10L trailed about 4" on the floor, even with 4" heels and I'm 5'8"! The sizing of the 8R was perfect! The pleating on the front had been steamed incorrectly, but my husband was able to fix it with an iron (He's my hero!). I wore a strapless bra and fashion tape as added security to keep the dress up. I did end up pulling it up a few times over the night, but it was on par with any other strapless dress I've ever worn. And even with the 4" heels, there was a slight trail of an inch of fabric—just enough to look good and not trip! I rented this with Adrienne Landau Grey Marabou Capelet & the Kate Spade Trellis Blooms Open Hinge Cuff and Statement Earrings. My husband loved it and on our walk back from the party we over hear people saying, "Oh look Barbie and Ken!"

Perfect for a concert!
I rented this dress as my free birthday rental. I ordered the medium and large, and ended up wearing the large. The fabric has no give to it and the large was so comfortable I didn't even try on the medium. Such a fun dress for a late summer concert by the water in Boston! My fiance loved it!

Fun and perfect for warm weather!
Great light dress for spring and summer. There is no stretch to the fabric, so I went with the medium—even though the small fit me a bit better in all areas except the bust. You are able to wear a normal bra even with the cut of the back. This dress is screaming for a belt! It feels a little bit more of a finished look with a belt. Great dress & I would have loved to keep it!
