Runs big!!
I rented this along with another dress for an event with a friend. Thank goodness I rented another dress as well! This dress is HUGE! I was informed prior to shipping that they were only able to ship me the size 8 (not the 8 & 10) - when I got it, I genuinely thought it was a mis-print and that they had sent the 10! I don't know if a 6 would even be small enough. If you have some "girls," this might not be an issue, but I was essentially wearing a very pretty, cobalt potato sack.

Pretty, but wrinkles easily
This would be best for an event where you would be doing a great deal of standing and minimal sitting. The dress wrinkles incredibly easily. (In fact, it came to me with wrinkles that I had to steam out!) It is just a gorgeous blue in person, though. The dress was a bit shorter than I typically like and the 10 fit me better than the 8. I am usually a solid 8, so it seems to run a bit small. I would definitely get a size up for backup! I had a great night out in this dress, though I don't think I'll rent it again :)

Great for cold weather!
This dress definitely runs true-to-size. However, there is NO stretch in the fabric and because of the overall shape, it can be a bit tricky to do stairs (and chairs!) in this. If you're going to an event where you will be mostly standing, your usual size will be perfect and you will look amazing! If you're going to be sitting (or need to go up a lot of stairs), I'd recommend getting a size up as your back-up so you have a little "breathing room." I managed my night in the Medium (was sent Medium & Small), but would have probably preferred to size up in this one. The fabric is incredibly thick, so this is great for cooler or even cold weather. Plus, the thick fabric holds everything "in," so you look seriously smashing. 1st pic is how I wore it, 2nd pic is the dress by itself so you can see the fit better. Enjoy renting this one, ladies. For the price, you really can't beat it!!

Elegant, elegant, elegant!
This dress is MUCH heavier in person than it appears online! It is incredibly classy and I just loved it! I tried it on with a sweet black cashmere wrap sweater and it looks like I am wearing a long pencil skirt with a separate top. I LOVED it!! The 8 and the 6 both fit, but I liked the 8 better because I like a little "breathing room" in my dresses. If you don't, you'll find a size down from your usual size will fit you just fine! 1st pic is how I wore it, 2nd is the dress alone. Have fun with this one, ladies! You will feel exquisite!

Quality Material
This dress looked slightly shiny to me online. I was very (happily!) surprised to find it to be a cotton blend. Much thicker than I expected and very well-made. It's adorable, but was slightly too big for me up top. Not sure that sizing down would have helped because I think that might have made it tight in the waist? Wearing a cardigan with it would have solved the problem, but the night I was renting was too hot for that! Definitely a great rental for cooler weather :)

Cute & comfy
I wore this to the theater to see Kinky Boots with my best friend. As we were returning from intermission, I kept getting compliments from the women I had to inch past to get back to my seat! It was funny to me, but I certainly didn't mind :) The 8 wasn't a perfect fit on me because I am smaller up top, but it didn't look bad. The only issue with that was when sitting, the zipper would make a little "wave" in the back and could be slightly uncomfortable. If I sat all the way back in my seat, it wasn't an issue at all. Another solid rental!

This dress definitely runs large up top, so if you don't tend to fill out dresses up there, you'll want to size down for sure! This dress is the MOST gorgeous tealy color. I just loved it! Very cute neckline, too. I loved being able to wear something that was a *little* revealing but wasn't strapless. Boyfriend loved it, too ;) However, you'll definitely need a strapless bra with this (as is noted). I was comfy in this all evening at dinner & at the theater. Rent this dress! You'll be comfy & cute and get compliments all night!

Very classy!
Rented this to go to the theater with my best friend. LOVED it! My roommate is the accessory queen and said I should try rocking it with a backwards necklace (2nd pic). Worked WONDERFULLY. I had a few people comment that they liked the beads on the back of the dress ... then they realized it was a necklace. The skirt on this is a great, thick fabric that kept me surprisingly warm in the verryyy air conditioned theater. The 8 fit me better through my ribcage (the 6 was a little tight), but I wore the 6 so my "girls" stayed in place :) Get ready for LOTS of looks while you're wearing this!!

As always, got lots of compliments on this RTR dress! Even the owner of the restaurant we went to for dinner commented on it!! This dress is super cute & easy to wear :) I noticed lots of the other comments mentioning that the arms were super tight, so I did size up for my backup size. I didn't find the arms to be too constricting in the 8, though there was definitely more room in the 10. But ... the 10 had a lot more room everywhere else, too so I went with the 8 for the evening :) I think a belt helps give this dress some definition. And I could totally also see this being adorably dressed down a little with a jean jacket & some cowboy boots! Overall: another successful rental!

Pretty but not pricey!
I wore this to the theater to see a show with my best friend. It was a comfy dress all evening. Because it's black & neutral, it's easy to dress up with any colors you'd like! It has pockets, which is always fun. I got tons of compliments on my outfit. For those of us with a booty, I will say that the back puckered a little when I was sitting. It wasn't much of an issue, but I did have to adjust it a little each time I sat down. The skirt doesn't give much, either, so getting into/out of the car wasn't as easy as I'd have liked, but for the price and how pretty it is ... I would totally recommend it to friends :)

Comfy, cute, & lots of compliments!
I wore this to a "Best Friend Date Night" to go to the theater to see Newsies. It was great! It was cold here, but the fabric was plenty thick enough to keep me warm. I also got more compliments on this dress than I've ever gotten on one from my own wardrobe, and that felt nice :) I'm looking forward to renting another dress for the next show we see! Thanks, RTR!
