Perfect event dress!
I wore this for my company annual awards party. It was just sexy enough, without being too revealing around my bosses. I only wish it came in petites so I wouldn't have to worry about fashion tape.

The dress was lovely and fit very well. However, the collar was too annoying for me so I didn't end up wearing it. I am definitely the type who likes everything just so, I should have known the neckline would drive me crazy!

This dress is well made, but it was huge on me. I am 5'1, 118 and it was just a huge baggy mess. I would suggest going one size down, but they don't have this in a 00 :(

Versatile
Love this dress! It is versatile, in that I can wear it to work, a date, a cocktail party etc. I wore to work with a blazer and modest heels, with booties out to dinner with my husband, and super high chunky heels and big earring to cocktail party. It is stretchy, so it worked for my curves.

PERFECT DRESS
I absolutely adored this dress. Like any other dress not specifically made for petites, it did bunch a little in the back at and above my waist. I have a narrow shoulders/ribcage and a small waist, so a more hourglass petite might find this to be the perfect fit. Despite that, it still fit better than any dress I own. It is an absolute show stopper just on its own. I wore this to a rose (wine) event where I promoted my company, topped with a black blazer, black booties and a translucent pink statement necklace.

Too Short for Conservative Dress Code
LOVED this dress! I chose not to wear it because although I am short, it was perhaps too short for my professional dress code. I am very curvy, so if you are more straight and petite, it would likely be a better length for you.

I rented this for a wedding but did not wear it because it was impossible to lift up to use the restroom. It was stunning on, but I don't think you should bother if you are a true pear, because it isn't practical.

Size Down for a Sexier Fit
I rented this for dinner in Vegas, but it seemed matronly on me. I should have gotten a size 4 for the look I wanted to achieve. I'm also short, so it seemed to long as well. I didn't end up wearing it because the store didn't have a smaller size. That said, if I was going to a wedding or a slightly more conservative event, this would have been a great choice!

Unexpected Material - Great For Swanky Shower
I wore this dress for my bridal shower, which was relatively fancy for a shower as it was on a swanky Manhattan rooftop with ivy walls, perfect for the setting. The downside is that it shows every little lump! I didn't wear spanx, but I definitely should have. I have a FLAT stomach and I looked slightly prego. I think what makes it look like that is the material is very thin with no lining and also very shiny. Otherwise, a beautiful dress and I received compliments all day, even in the elevator and hotel lobby on my way to and from the event.

Love the twirl!
I wore this for my engagement shoot. I was really worried that the 2 would be too small, but it fit perfectly! I am 5'1, 130-ish, 32B, pear shape, in the progress of weight loss so I'm not sure on size, a 6 in non-stretch jeans a 4P in work pants, an XS in J.Crew tees, I think an overall 4 is a safe guideline. That said, this probably runs a little large, so size one down.

Sexier than expected!
I wore this for a work awards ceremony and it was generally appropriate. However, I am an hourglass/pear so I had to wear the 8, my back up size. I'm typically a 6 in this style dress, but I do have wide hips and a shapely butt, so it was definitely sexier than I had hoped. I could have worn the 6 if I was not going to run into anyone from work, but I chose the 8 as it made for a more appropriate length. I still needed sheer stockings, again, given my event. It was comfortable and not as itchy as I would have expected. I would probably rent again for a winter party!

Perfect for our Engagement Photos!!
I'm 5'1, 135, between a 6 and 8. I didn't even bother trying the 6, as the 4 fit perfectly -- size down! The material is thick, with a little give. I probably could have gone with a 2 for my waist, but I have thick arms so I stuck with the 4. Since I am short, I have a hard time finding a length that isn't matronly or that doesn't cause bunching in the back. This was perfect for my height! The color was more of an autumn pink, darker than these photos, but again perfect for what I was going for. I couldn't deal with this in the summer for an outdoor event though, it would be too hot! I will post photos once we get them.

Sexy and Slimming!
I wore this to a holiday party and everyone commented on how great I looked! I'm now a size 6, but back then I was a size 10 and the 8 (back up size) fit perfectly. I plan to rent again this winter, but I will definitely get a 2 or 4. Can't wait to wear it again!!!

Perfect Fit!
I bought this to wear to the races in Saratoga. The dress is lighter than the picture, but still yellow, more like butter yellow. I am a pear/hourglass shape, as in huge hips and a tiny waist and it still looked great and modest on me. You can wear a regular bra with this, too!

I wore this dress for a holiday party and felt like a goddess! I unfortunately did not get any photos in this dress, so I'm sure to rent it again this winter. The material is light enough for spring and fall, but you'd be too warm in the summer.

Beautiful dress, not for me
This dress is undoubtedly gorgeous! It just didn't fit my body type. I have very narrow shoulders and wide hips. On top it looked like a sack and on the bottom it was perfect, but I know an 8 still would've been too big on top and then tight on bottom. Might want top skip if you are Hourglass or Pear!

I received compliments all night on this clutch! It perfectly fit eyeliner, q-tips, lipstick, chapstick, my ID and credit card (not the wallet), and my Samsung Galaxy S5 (without its case). It is a little tricky to get it all in, but as long as I closed it at an angle rather than upright, it was fine.

This dress was beautiful and fit true to size. The 10 was too large and the 6 too small (really only in the arms though), so I'm sure an 8 would have been perfect. I think this is one of those dresses that can work with a short or long torso, wide hips or narrow hips, etc. Just make sure you get your actual size, sizing up or down simply didn't work for me so I couldn't wear it to my event.

Only If You Don't Have Shape
I love the idea of this dress. It is simple, elegant and fun without being provocative. However, when I tried this on, the fit was heinous. I am 32D, but a size 8, so I've got a tiny torso but womanly hips and butt. This was HUGE on top and club-like tight on bottom. Even with spanx, it looked ridiculous. If your concern is your belly, the fabric is really good and strong, so I don't think you would have to worry about that. There is no stretch at all to this dress, which is why I say that a straight, athletic, narrow or carrot shape would do well with this dress. Otherwise, just forget it.

I LOVE this dress! I wore it to two events on the same night and felt like the star of both, even though I was not the guest of honor at either event. All night everyone remarked on how great I looked. I'm sorry I don't have photos, they are all too dark to be useful. I wish it came in petite sizes, though. It was very long and either bunched in the small of my back or exposed my bra. The small fit perfectly (aside from being too long), but it was 25 degrees out, so I wore tights. With the small you could see the lines of my tights so I just wore the medium. I'm normally a size 8/10, but I have a small waist and shoulders but wide hips, so in stretchy dresses like this I'm a 4.
