I wore this to a friend's wedding at a country club. I received so many compliments and absolutely loved this dress! The bling on the sleeves was my favorite part and was just the right amount to make this dress pop. I had to wear the larger of the sizes because of the tight hem like other reviewers have stated - not very forgiving for a pear - so it was a little big on top.

The dress itself is goregous. This dress runs super small. I mean im usually a 4-6 and i can fit to an 8 but i wore a 10 because it was more roomy. The dress is super tight around the mid section. I've gotten lots of compliments all night long. Just oder a few sizes up just in case so you can breath, sit and eat at events. 

Tight in the mid section so size up if you are concerned with that.  Fit true to size. 

The dress fit well. It was much wider around the hips than I expected but looked great once I put on heels.

This dress was great! I got so many compliments throughout the night. I ordered sizes 2 & 4 and ended up wearing the size 2 because it was more fitted. The dress arrived clean and I didn't have to steam or iron it.

This pink Tulip dress was the perfect fit. Great dress for a spring wedding. I got so many compliments on it. The shiny material made the dress just right.. Not too sparkly but not dull either. 

This dress was beautiful. It was classy but different than the typical wedding guest attire. It is very simply yet stands out. I chose true to size because most 0s are a little big but not to the point of ruining the look. That was the case with this dress, it was a bit loose in the waist, but that means room to breathe and dance :) ! LOVED the dress! 

This dress does run small as other reviews said. The fabric was not as shiny as some pictures but in this case I was looking for some gaudy flair. The fabric did stay really smooth which is always impressive for a woven. Felt like the 80s prom queen! 

It was a little tight around the rib cage but if I went up to the 6 the arms were too big. Pretty and cute dress. Got lots of compliments. The beading looked good. Also, form fitting up top, just enough to make you look skinny. 

I usually wear a size 2 and I  ordered the 2 and the 4 because of reviews stating the dress ran small. This dress is small at the waist and felt tight when I tried it on.  However, the 4 was large looking so I went with the size 2 and wore an under garment which helped suck things in a bit. This is a fun dress and the detail on the shoulders is great. I wore it to a wedding and it was a hit! I would rent it again but RTR has so many options that I love trying new dresses.

The only problem I had was the bottom was tight when I sat down. Definitely go a size up. 

The fit was way to small in the chest! I ordered the next size up and it was still too small. I must have not been the only one with the problem because both the dresses I received had ripped seems/ holes in the side of the dress from people trying to squeeze into it. It was so uncomfortable to wear! 

Loved this dress but it definitely runs small, order a size up! Fits tight across bust and waist. In the picture, it looks like it "puffed" out but that really wasn't a problem throughout the night. 

It fit well and was comfortable. It was a little short when I sat down. There are also no pockets. Overall it was a great dress for a wedding. 

Ordered this dress for daytime indoor wedding in February. It was perfect for the occasion - great color and overall look was classy. However, I failed to read reviews and ordered my normal sizes, and should've sized up. I squeezed into the bigger size but it was very tight around rib cage and opening around upper knee. Not good for dancing/eating! All in all, still a great dress. 

This dress is so dreamy! Perfect combination of classy and delicate. Wore to a wedding and received so many compliments.

This dress was great quality and still in great shape! Perfect length for me at 5'5". Easy to dance in! I had to size up to the 2 because of the bust being tight but the zero would've been perfect otherwise. Overall, loved it!!

Runs small and the fabric does NOT stretch but is super flattering. I ordered a 2 and a 4, wore the 4. I am 5'6 and usually wear about a 2 or a 4. 

I’m very petite at 5’0” and just under 100 pounds. I was surprised that I had to size up to Size 2, because I usually wear XS and Size 0. Aside from the sleeves being a little tight, the dress was perfect! Rent the Runway made it so easy to get a backup size delivered to me before the event!

This was my back up dress. Normally a 0, i got a 2 after reading reviews. Kinda wish I had a 0 to try as this dress was roomy up top and in the hips. The waist line was tight, which made the dress hard to get on and off. Overall, this dress was perfect though. Super cute and girly. Loved the color and sparkly embellishments.

I rented this for a derby party that was also a fundraiser that I was speaking at... I felt professional and beautiful. I wore the 4 instead of the 2, which is unusual for me, but the ribcage area of the 2 just was a bit snug. The 4 had a little more breathing room. The bottom part gets short when you sit down. And some of the beads on the shoulder detail were missing. But I am sure no one noticed. 

Super cute and flattering dress, I work it to my job's holiday party and felt it was very appropriate. It do run small and may be hard to put on depending if you're bigger on top or bottom (i'm bigger on bottom so it was tough to get over my butt). If you're busty, it may be tight at the top. Overall I really loved it and would recommend!

I wore this for a formal dinner in December. I was very pleased with how it fit and the shoulder detail was nice because I didnt have to find as many accessories to wear with it.  Just keep in mind that the material doesn't have any stretch to it! I probably could've gone a size up for it to fit better in the waist, but it may have been too big in the shoulders then.

This looked beautiful on, but it was a little tight, even though i ordered a aize up.  Im usually between 6-8, and wore the 8, and it looked good - was just tight :) 

Dress was beautiful and fit wonderful! A little small around thr bottom of the dress but the top fit perfectly. Highly reccomend for a summer/spring wedding!

This dress was actually my 'backup' style for a wedding! I ordered a size 2 last minute, though I normally wear a 0.  Most other renters reported that the dress was too small, so I went a size up. While it was definitely formal for the occasion with some bagginess in the torso/chest area, I would have preferred a closer (and more flattering) fit and would definitely rent the 0 next time. The clasp at the top of the back zipper was warped, but this had no effect on closure. Skirt pleats were gorg, and the skirt itself hit just above the knee (again, perfect for the formal nature of the wedding). The dress is a gorgeous ballet slipper pink, and I managed to match a pair of pink kitten heels with it, now that millenial pink is all the rage. 

Loved the color and the fit was very flattering. I tried the smaller size on first by mistake and needed help to get it off. Right on the ribs when seated but overall pretty comfortable. 


I wore this dress 2 years ago for my husband's company Christmas Party.  It is so gorgeous.  At the time, my stats were 5'4", 106 lbs, 34C.  The 0 fit perfectly.  I have never felt more fabulous than when I wore this dress!  

Great dress. The zero was small around ribs but 2 worked better.

Color is pink enough to wear to a wedding but does not make you look washed out. Beautiful material and such a flattering fit. 

This dress does run about 1 size small like the other reviews said. The fit is good but it is tighter in the waist. I actually wore my backup size which was the size 4. It was difficult to get on but once it was on it fit really well. The size 2 was too small! The 4 fit great. It does ride up a bit when you sit down but if you are careful it isn't a problem. I wore it to an evening wedding and was able to dance in it. I got a lot of compliments on the dress.

The dress was form-fitting but comfortable with little embellishments at the shoulders. I received so many compliments on its uniqueness and really loved wearing this dress to my sister's wedding!

Fun short dress for a fun birthday I went to.  I'd rent this dress again.

I would say I am between a 2-4 but on this order I ordered 5 different dresses all different designers and all of them were size 2. They all fit perfectly except this dress, it was quite tight. I couldn't wear a bra and my legs were very restricted. It was virtually impossibly to zip and unzip alone. However It was nice and classy and got the job done. I suggest Size up for comfort & bc it's so short, it shouldn't be too long even for shorter people.


The dress itself was amazing. The soft pink was perfect for a summer wedding. The dress is tight in the rib cage and tight in the legs, I knew this going in from the other reviews. I underestimated how tight, though. Getting shoes on and off was a challenge due to needing to bend over. The dress does run small! The dress was too cute to pass up and overlooked the struggles. I got many compliments through the night. 

I really loved everything about this dress except that it runs really small. It's so difficult to get on as well. I had to go to back up size "4" and even the size 4 was a bit snuggly. It's a little tight around the end of the dress around your thighs as well. I realized that I should've read the reviews before renting. Other than that, the dress was really beautiful for a wedding.

Pros and cons: Tight around the rib cage. I'm a 36DD and barely fit in the 10. I am typically an 8. I ordered an 8 and 10. Should have ordered up with the 12. But no bra was needed because it was so tight. Great color and it looked great with a Hollywood glam look added with red lipstick. The details on the shoulders were pretty but most of the large sequins were missing. You couldn't tell much because they are a pewter color and blended with the other sequins. I did notice that one dress had a small slit in the back while the other had a long one, most likely someone ripped it previously. My undies would have surely shown if I bent over. Luckily I was headed to a work holiday party where I'd be standing or sitting in a chair most of the night. Also there was a hole in the side of the waist, nothing a safety pin couldn't fix temporarily. Be aware there is a reason why some of these dresses are discounted so much. Wouldn't rent again but I did get a lot of compliments. And for the price it was a nice dress. 

This dress was beautiful and elegant. The dress was just a bit challenging to get on if you are curvy due to a petite waistline. I usually wear a size 2. I ended up wearing the 4 instead of the 2 for comfort when sitting. It fit well and the shoulders gave it the glam factor.   Overall, I received many compliments and I had a great time in this dress!

I really love this dress but wish I had requested another size up. I'm currently between a 6-8 and the 10 fit but was tight on my waist the entire evening. I also read about issues with the bottom being tight, but the dress I wore had a hemmed slit part way up the back of the dress while my backup size didn't, so I'm not sure if someone else had previously ripped it. This dress really is a beautiful shimmery pink and the shoulder bead detail is the perfect amount of sparkly without being gaudy. I would totally recommend it, just be sure to order a few sizes up for a backup size!

This dress is stunning in person. The fabric, the seaming, the details are all really beautiful and very well made, but the other reviewers are right - this dress runs small! I got it to wear to a black tie wedding and the style ended up being perfect, but both sizes had issues. I ordered a 4 and a 6, expecting to wear the larger size, however, the dress appeared to have been repaired and was sewed together slightly above where the zipper ended, making it nearly impossible to get over my hips. The 4 was slightly tighter through the ribcage, but fit better around the shoulders and was much less of a struggle to pull up over my hips. While the images of the dress show it as super mini, it fits much longer on a petite build. I'm barely 5 feet tall and the dress hit my knees. The dress is also tight around the legs, so use caution when sitting and dancing. I would definitely rent it again and even consider purchasing it so I could alter it to fit perfectly. The only reason I gave it four stars was due to fit.

This dress was cute for a formal charity auction! I didn't like a previous dress I ordered, so RTR sent me this dress in two sizes overnight for an additional $25. Great deal! Got many compliments on the dress. It runs a bit small, especially in the ribcage, so size up 1 to 2 sizes to be safe. 

This is a beautiful dress but the fit was really tight on me. I usually wear a 6 and barely got into the 8! Once it was on it was very flattering and I liked the hourglass shape it gave me. The cap sleeves are gorgeous but a little restrictive on moving your arms above your head. And the bubble skirt also looks great but does come in a little tight around the thighs. Makes it difficult to bend down and pick something up or dance a lot. I ended up changing into a more comfortable dress for the end of the night dancing, but I'm really glad I had this dress for the ceremony and photos. It was a huge hit and I felt beautiful in it. And it would be perfect for a non-dancing event.

I wore this dress for a wedding and I got so many compliments on it. I loved the quality of the material and the beautiful petal pink color, and the beading on the shoulders was the perfect tough of edge. The only downside was that the waist of this dress is VERY small. I usually wear a size 12 but got a 14 as well because I read that this was the case, but I would have liked to have a 16 if that was possible, it was so tight! Beautiful dress, just make sure to size up!

All the reviews are pretty accurate this dress definitely runs small specifically in the waist and legs but has more room in the chest and hip area (once you get the smaller parts over your hips). I opted for the 6 because the 4 was too uncomfortable in the waist and hard to sit in. It's very understated but pretty. Would definitely recommend! Just make sure you get a size up for your backup size or maybe even two depending on your body type. 

Fits true to size. I am pear shaped, so I loved the bubble skirt! Color and detail on the sleeve are amazing.

I am petite and liked that this dress worked for me length wise. I received lots of compliments!

Loved this dress. I wore it to my rehearsal dinner and it was a huge hit! It is the perfect combo of classy and adorable. 

I usually wear a size 12 dress depending on the fit, but I was able to wear the 10. It was a tad snug under the chest and a tad short but overall I love it.
