Size down and wear a cami
Beautiful dress, but runs really big. Low cut enough to be uncomfortable for work. So wear a cami or save it for dinner

Just the right amount of fun
A little boxy in the fit, but looks great with skinny or straight leg pants and great with shorts/skorts. Soft, flowy material and I got tons of compliments!

Cute and comfortable
I rented this for work and wore it with tights and boots as it's below freezing this week! I ended up wearing a turtleneck underneath it because of the cold, but also because it was a tiny bit too low cut for the work place. It would be great for an evening out and you can dress it up or down as much as you want. The shoulders felt a tiny bit large, but I had plenty of room through the rest of the dress and sleeves were prefect. It's a shift dress, so if you want definition at the waist you'll need a belt, but I like the easy feel of a shift that doesn't look like a tent! Will definitely consider renting again.

Derek Lam almost never disappoints
Great, easy fit and fun hemline. I got tons of compliments and will definitely rent again. Kind of a looser fit, but had good shape. Perfect dress to go from day to night.

Pretty florals, but odd fit
This is a fairly cute dress and very work appropriate or any occasion. I sized way up, because Kate Spade generally runs a bit small on me. I am no where near a size 16 in any other clothing line. It is fitted through the waist without much give and sets up a nice figure. I did find it just a bit tight through the hips and too big in the bust and shoulders. This is probably because I sized up; so I would say it's not the best choice if you have bigger hips? I made it work by topping it with a bright pink cardigan sweater on a cool day, but wouldn't have felt comfortable with the gap in the shoulders and chest without the sweater.

Fun for work
I forgot to take a photo, but what a fun dress. It can be dressed up or down and worn with boots, heels or flats and will still be flattering on many figures. Loved the vibrant prints against the black fabric.

Not a favorite
I generally love the Marni dresses, but this was not a favorite. The arm holes are quite large and it was actually a bit dowdy looking. I loved the color and the fabric, just not the dress for me.

Making work clothes fun again
I loved this dress, it was adorable and fun to wear. It was cold that day, so I wore a turtleneck underneath and paired with tights and booties. Many compliments as usual with my RTR choices. I sized up to be sure I had a little extra hip room, but had plenty to spare.

Great dress for everyday that can transition to evening.
I find most designer sizes run a bit small, especially DVM although it is more true to size than others. A little tape at the top to avoid too much cleavage for work was necessary, but overall a perfect and comfortable dress.

Fun, comfortable and flattering
This is a shift dress, so it's not made to be form fitting or tucked in at the waist. I loved the asymmetric hem and the medium thickness and softness of the material. No need for a slip and you can wear any bra. I think most designer brands run small compared to everything else in my closet so I ordered a size up. I think I could have worn the 12, but found the 14 super comfortable and got tons of complements. I forgot to take a picture, but I wore this with black tights and black leather boots. It would work equally well with heels or flats, but in the Fall I'm a boot girl. I'll definitely rent this again.

Form fitting
I ordered a size up after reading reviews. I think it runs true to size, but if you have hips then they'll need the extra room. The dress looks great because it really holds you in. It was a cool Fall day so I wore it with a grey sweater and the material is nice and thick (I wouldn't wear this in summer). Super comfortable and only a tiny bit tight getting in and out of my car. Plenty of room for walking, sitting and everything think else.

Great dress for many shapes, but odd waist.
This dress runs large, so I would size down or at least not size up as I did. The material is super heavy, but super comfortable. No slip needed. As others have pointed out, depending on the type of bra you wear it might show because the arm holes are a bit big. I didn't have a problem with it though. The dropped waist might not work for everyone, but I do feel overall the dress is very forgiving. I got a ton of compliments even though I thought the fit was a bit odd.

Comfortable dress for work or play
I should have paid attention to the comments. This dress runs quite large. I wear a 12 depending on cut and don't know what I was thinking ordering a 14. I could probably have gone down to a 10 for a tighter fit at the waist and even a 12 would have fit better. I made it work anyway and got tons of compliments. It is a heavy fabric so I wouldn't wear this in hot climates, but it also has pockets and is super comfortable and stylish. I wore it with black pumps and forgot to take a picture, but won't hesitate to order again and size down!

Fun dress for work or afterwards
This fit true to size. The fabric is light and flowy, so I would use caution on windy days! I wore it with grey boots, but any shoe would work to dress it up or down. As usual, many compliments on my clothes this week thanks to RTR. I will definitely rent this again.

I wore this to work, but it could easily transition to after hours dinner, cocktails, etc..
Loved this dress and got so many compliments. I did have to pin it at the top to avoid the plunging neckline (it's work, not a night club) and about a third of the way down the skirt in case a gust of wind came along to blow it open. The material was comfortable with a little bit of stretch, but not overly so. Other than that the fit was great and I think it would be very flattering on a number of body types. I wore it with simple black pumps, but could pair it with boots as well.
