Hips way too large
Black is supposed to be slimming. This dress, however, made me look about 15 lbs heavier. The hips section has something off about it. I did not wear and sent it back.

The dress fits fine, however, the dress is backless. I ordered it through unlimited and did not scroll through to see the back. While the dress is stylist and cute, just know that it is not a work dress. It is more suited for a cocktail party.

Pretty fall dress
This is a great dress for fall. I sized up to a 4 but the 2 would have worked fine. I think it runs true to size. Got tons of compliments when I wore this. Even some from strangers!

Boxy with odd pockets
This dress wasn't great for my build. The pockets stuck out and made me look like I had odd hips. Sizing up would not have helped because it was already on the large side. I think this dress may be more ideal for someone who is has a straight and narrow build.

Too short for work
This dress was far too short for me and I am only 5'2! The material is thick and high quality. I think it would be okay if it were cool enough to wear black tights but it's a no go for fall for me

A bit large for petites
I am 5'2 and this dress didn't seem to hit me in the right places. It was just a bit off on me. I did wear it to work (did not take a photo though). It was extremely well made and I think it would be a winner for someone 5'4 or taller.

Runs slightly small. I typically wear a 3 but the 4 was a perfect fit. I don't have spanx on in the photo but I did wear them the day I wore the dress to work.

Love the color!
This dress fit well and it was a great summer work dress. I styled this with a large gold necklace and a white blazer. I got the most compliments on the color of the dress. I have fair skin and thought the color was perfect for me!

These earrings are beautiful but quite heavy. I rented them for every day wear through my unlimited subscription. I think these are best reserved for a special occasion though!

Gorgeous and professional
I grabbed this dress when I was in the Georgetown store and it was new with tags. I typically wear a 2 and the 4 was a bit large. I just could not turn down the chance to wear such an amazing dress first! I styled it with an oversized pearl necklace and taupe shoes. It was a great work week rental!

Should have sized up
I rented this in my normal size and it felt much too small. The dress had a lot of gaping in both the buttons and the pockets and it was pretty unflattering. The last Draper James dress I wore was a 2 but should have sized up to a 4 in this one. It is unique and fun so I would consider renting it again to see if the 4 would work.

Cute but low cut
The dress was cute but required a lot of fashion tape. I wore this for my anniversary trip but I originally had planned on wearing it for work. I feared it may be too low cut even with tape though and decided to make it a weekend dress instead. This may be an issue specific to large busted women though. I typically wear a 30E and I just did not feel it was modest enough for the workplace.

I wore this dress to work. It is high quality and the material is expensive looking. I usually wear a 2 and the 2 in this dress fit well. I did end up wearing spanx because I felt it looked a bit unflattering without them when sitting down.

I wore this for my daughter's ice cream themed birthday party. It was perfect for the event and a beautiful dress! It did arrive with something that looked like black soot on it though and I almost did not wear it at all. I decided last minute that the spot wasn't that offensive and I would try wearing it anyway. Luckily, no one noticed the dirt. I called rent the runway and they said they would refund me for it. Great customer service!

Flattering but needs pinned!
I wore this dress for my daughter's baptism. It was shortly after her birth and it hid my trouble areas. I am a bit unsure of my sizing after having her, but I think it ran true to size. Prior to her birth I was a 0/2 (leaning more towards the 2). I ordered both the 4 and the 6 in this to be safe and wore the 4. I am 5'2 and I thought the dress was very flattering on a petite frame. It did need to be pinned up in order not to be too scandalous for church. Sadly this kind of defeated the purpose of getting a wrap dress for easy nursing, but it was still a success!

This dress just wasn't for me. The color was gorgeous and it was well made, however it was just far too tight on me. (particularly in the hips, butt, and thigh area) I am by no means pear shaped and have a less than impressive rear so I would avoid this at all costs if you are pear shaped.

The dress was extremely classy and overall I was happy with it. I chose to wear the 4 in this dress since the 2 (my usual size) was too tight to dance in. I would suggest sizing up for your backup dress just to be safe.

These earrings were a great size and weight. I had hoped to wear them to my sister's college graduation, unfortunately they did not go well with the dress I had planned to wear them with. Loved this necklace
I wore this necklace to a bridal shower and then again on Easter Sunday. It was not at all heavy and extremely attractive. It looked perfect with the Shoshanna Waterlilly Louise dress that I also rented (it is pictured with the dress). It was the perfect necklace to rent as opposed to purchase since it stands out so much and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Fun rental!
My sister wore this dress to a bridal shower. It worked very well for her and the only thing she wasn't 100% pleased with was the length. She is 5'3 a size 4/6 and she is a college student. She felt the dress was a little bit long for her age and wished that it was a little bit shorter. She wore her usual size but she actually felt that she could have sized down and wished she had done so with her backup dress so she could have tried the smaller size.

I wore this dress to a bridal shower where we were asked to wear blue clothing and to church on Easter Sunday. The dress was beautiful, but not the most flattering for my figure. I have a short torso and I feel that the shape of this dress made me appear to have a thick waist. I was traveling and this may have been different if I had shape wear or spanx available. I feel that the blazer I added for Easter Sunday helped me correct the issue though and overall I was very happy with this rental. The sizing of the dress was slightly small. I could have worn the 2 but the 4 was more flattering as the dress was prone to static. I would recommend sizing up for your backup dress just to be safe. That being said, my sister liked how it looked so much that she tried the dress on before I mailed it back. She loved it so much she plans on wearing it for an important future event.

The earrings were very beautiful, however I ended up spending the weekend with the flu and did not get to go to my event. I did have the opportunity to try them on when the first arrived though and they were slightly larger than I had anticipated, which would not have really mattered since they are clip ons.

So many compliments!
I rented these for a bridal shower and ended up wearing them each I left the house during my rental period. They looked great with the Lilly dress I wore for the shower, and also looked wonderful with the casual outfit a wore them with. I have never received so many compliments on a piece of jewelery and highly recommend them to anyone considering renting them. They were well worth the rental price and i am honestly considering trying to find these to purchase them. My only complaint is that they were a bit heavy.
