I sized down, and I wish I had just ordered my regular size. The dress fit ok, but I think it would have been more flattering if I had more room in the bottom portion. Caution this dress wrinkles easily. 

The quality is great. The fit is ok, but the pockets made my pear shaped body look kinda wide.

Theory in general has a narrow hip so I sized up.  The pockets stuck out a bit but the snaps on top were so cool that it didn't matter

Comfortable dress. I felt really good in it. The only downside is the pockets tend to stick out.

Very comfortable at 7.5 months pregnant. 5.8' 155lbs at this point. Could be a good nursing dress because the side buttons open up on eother sidd if the dress

This dress is great for the office, or everydress. True to size, and loose fit through the middle, so great for eating ;-). I ordered a 12, could have worn an 8. (I have broad shoulders; so I wasnt sure of jow the fit would be at first)

First RTR. Love this dress. Very professional, simple and forgiving. True to size. Lovely deep navy color. 

As others have said the pockets were a little bulky but I enjoyed this dress!  

This dress was super comfortable. While it is pretty simple I actually got a lot of compliments on it. It's great for Work and especially on a day you don't feel like wearing anything too clingy. 

This dress wasn't great for my build. The pockets stuck out and made me look like I had odd hips. Sizing up would not have helped because it was already on the large side. I think this dress may be more ideal for someone who is has a straight and narrow build. 

LOVE this dress. Totally my style. Great material fits well, perfect for work not too short. The pockets do stick out a bit but I was fine with it.

Loved this dress. It runs large and is a straight cut. Even though it was a bit boxy, people kept commenting on how slim I looked. The button details are fun. Great dress for work. 

If you're looking for a sophisticated piece that goes from desk to dinner, this is it! Fit was loose but not overly so - wore without a belt and think it worked well that way. Great for interviews!


This dress was so comfortable, but definitely a little loose in the size 10. It's so easy to accessorize since it is pretty basic. It's a perfect staple piece in your wardrobe. The snaps actually do unsnap, so there is no zipper, which I like! I like this best paired with nude heels or flats. I would recommend accessorizing with a simple bracelet and/or earrings.

So I went with the reviews and ordered a size smaller. It was great! I went to a 40th birthday party and got tons of compliments. Enough that I may buy it. 

Great shift dress for a church event. Got this with my unlimited subscription.  Wore to church with black flats boots. Loved the fit and it has pockets! Will probably wear again to work before I return it.

This is a comfortable dress that is perfect for work. It does run big and is boxy in shape. But good option for unlimited users
