A little long, heels or wedges needed. Fabric is heavy (also lined) so the elastic waistline pulls down from the weight. Still a great dress.

Great color, thick fabric, very well made. I had people stopping me on the street in this. Was home alone when I attempted to take it off and had to ask my doorman to unzip me!

Perfect for DARK skinned gals
This dress has very pretty muted colors that would be perfect on a dark skinned (or very tan) person.....but looked blah on me (blonde hair, fair skin). The shoulder straps are a bit awkward.

Annoying zipper is worth the trouble!
Obviously the dress is quite forgiving on the bottom since this is a fit & flair style, however the top tends to be a little tight for a full bust. If I was one cup size smaller I would have worn the next size down. The zipper sticks on the center seam which is frustrating, but worth the trouble for all the compliments I received on Derby Day!
