Absolutely loved this dress. The detail of Bronx and Banco formalwear is to die for - and brought the drama for opening night at the opera! The designer tends to run slightly on the smaller side, so I usually size up. I am between a 4-6 and ordered the M. There is a 2-way zip from the bottom up to the low back (which is a necessity for being able to walk in the dress!) and the back is a full corset, which helps to make it feel like a custom fit. Didn’t have full range of easy walking motion up stairs so probably wouldn’t recommend dancing all night unless you create a very high back slit with the zipper. Felt amazing and got tons of compliments.

This was an absolute showstopper of a dress. I wore it to officiate my friends’ outdoor summer garden wedding and received endless compliments from everyone all night. The details are stunning, the colors are summery and bold without being too bright, and it oozed class. Hit the perfect tone of being quite sexy yet ultra sophisticated. The fit is snug through the hips, so would recommend sizing up if you are shapely through your middle/lower half. I am usually between a 4/6 depending on the designer and cut and definitely needed the 6 in this one. The sheer sections on the front and back mean you can’t easily wear a bra, but there’s enough structure in the dress to feel supportive, even if it’s gorgeously revealing. One of my top rentals from RTR ever!

Loved the color combo of this dress - received tons of compliments. Found it to run a bit large and not a true/full wrap, as the buttons limit the amount of wrap that can be achieved. Definitely had to pin at the bust line and probably could have tried an XS. Fabric laid well but did wrinkle easily and is a little thin/see through at the back if you aren't careful. Another amazing dress by Chiara Boni! Material is extremely forgiving, hugs in all the right places and provides support/light structure without any restriction of movement. This pick was a last minute exchange because the dress I rented did not work. This was a great dress and easy to wear. Having a large chest, I wasn't sure how secure I would feel with an open back, but the bodice is well made. The front lace cut out is very sexy without being overly revealing and the front slit makes it. This dress definitely accentuates curves, so be ready to celebrate them! The neck is a tight fit, but not at all uncomfortable: a great blend of elements and an absolutely classic look gave me fantastic compliments all night!

I wore this dress to a black-tie formal affair for opening night at the Opera. I was looking for something with classic lines that had some trendy elements. This dress completely fit the bill. I usually fluctuate between a size 6 and four with a large chest, so often that is the deciding factor in which size I end up wearing. I was shocked that I could've gotten away with a size two in this dress! It may have been because it's been worn before, but it seemed a bit stretched out, especially through the hip area. It does have spandex, so if you are comfortable showing off your curves (which this just does!) i'd recommend sizing down. I received compliments all night, and the dress was comfortable and easy to wear and still let me move. The print is definitely unique, and I received many comments on how interesting and appropriate the dress was for the affair. Highly recommend!

Loved this rental! I have used RTR many times and as usual the quality of dress exceeded my expectation. I could have worn either the S or M, but as the back is open and I have a larger chest I felt more comfortable with a slightly more snug fit. Do note that the arms are a quite tight fit with little give. Great feature of a built in elastic piece around the wrist and the dress stayed in place all night. I received tons of compliments and although not full length this dress definitely stood out at a black tie event. The fit hugged and accentuated curves and the open back was extremely sexy. I LOVED this rental. I was looking for something simple and festive with a little interest to it. I was completely impressed by the quality of fabric, which was perfectly weighted a holiday party in chilly Chicago. The cut of the dress was fairly traditional and classic, but the cutouts and interesting back made it a real showstopper. I received compliments all night and it was a Greg option to take me a bit out of my comfort zone. Pattern is a little less "checkered" than it looks but comes off a nice deep red. Back panel gaps a bit and unfortunately fashion tape didn't help much. But after wearing for a short while seemed to work itself out. Paired with sparkly statement earrings and bracelet to dress it up even further! Great option and highly recommended!

Loved this dress. Perfect for a formal wedding without the hassle of wearing full length - made walking in (high!) heels a breeze and never had to worry about picking up the dress. Dress definitely ran small - was glad I tried this dress on at a store prior to rental. I am usually between a 4 and 6 and the 6 fit me (snug but well) in the store. When received for my rental, the zipper on the 6 was irritable and kept splitting, so I wore the 8. It felt just a tad loose but was overall happy with the fit and received a number of compliments. Do not be afraid to size up! Bottom edge is more free form than flows like the model photo (unfortunately) but still a lovely and dramatic effect! Needed to wear black but would have loved to wear the red!

This was a backup dress I selected for an event after my original rental was not available. I read the reviews that commented on how low cut it was, but decided to take my chances. It was extremely low cut and seeing as how I am not small chested (32FF) I wore a lace bandeau underneath (shown in photo). The dress did not have much bust support at all, but was a lovely cut (sleeves and length) and was a short, flirty style. Perfect for the event I attended. There was a lovely amount of sparkle to the pattern, which looked a bit like polka dots online, and was much sparkly than I thought. Received many compliments, although I would probably not rent again, was a solid (memorable) choice!

What a beautiful and flattering dress! I was wearing this dress as Maid of Honor in a wedding, where we were able to pick our own dresses. After reading reviews, I had a feeling I would need the 4 (I am often between a 4 and 6 depending on how much space in the busy area) but seeing as how it was a wedding, I ordered both sizes to be absolutely sure. I was frustrated to find out the 6 was not available (was damaged) and luckily the 4 fit like a glove! Unfortunately it also was damaged (one area of lace and eye hook in back to fully secure open back) but fortunately not really noticeable. I received many compliments on the dress - it was easy to wear and showed even more beautifully in pictures. Needed no extra accessories and was perfectly classy, while holding a hint of sexiness with the open back. I would definitely want to rent this dress again, but considering how many times it has been rented and worn (and two damaged dresses in my order) I will keep an eye out to purchase instead.

Dress was a beautiful navy color with a nice floral lace. Extremely heavy material and lots of material at the back side made for a bit more of a "bustled" look than I would have hoped. Also cut for a much taller/longer proportioned individual. The dress came almost to the top of my calf, so looked extremely matronly on me. Didn't do much for my smaller frame figure than seem to swallow me. Was going to wear for a wedding as a bridesmaid who needed to wear a navy dress but ended up passing. I carefully read reviews before renting this dress so wasn't surprised it was low cut. But the fit overall was very generous, wish the dress came in a petite size. Overall, this was a great rental. I received many compliments on the fit, style and sparkle of this dress. As other reviewers have reported, the color has quite a greenish/brown/black undertone, and there is a distinct floral pattern to the gold overlay. Cut is very flattering, but there is little stretch to this dress and it has very slim arms...although there are zippers along the forearms, it doesn't give much wiggle room. Slim cut skirt as well, with little stride room when walking/upstairs. There are four (!) attachment pieces of ribbon to assist in hanging the dress, which were very short, poorly placed and consistently popped out throughout the course of the night...really a shame for an otherwise flawless dress. I generally run between sizes but read reviews carefully and went with a 6. Glad I did. Don't have large arms but they never would have fit in a 4. Great sparkle and wears easily. I paired with gold and brown jewelry, black tights and heels to wear to the opera.
