Fit really well. Worked for my pear shape. Was a great dress. 

I loved this dress for work. The sleeves were slightly tight on my wrists. But overall it's a fun and beautiful dress.

Very flattering. I wore it with boots and sweater socks. The print is really cool up close. I loved this dress!

Rented this for a baby shower. The cut is very flattering. Fit and flare made me look more curvy than I am, as did the gathering at the bust. I pinned the opening at the bust so it was about 3/4 inch higher for modesty.

Pretty deep blue color with black and brown pattern (I thought the brown was pink or peach from the photos). Easy on and off.

Great for hourglass shape, covers tummy really well. Love the sleeves too! Have to be careful with cleavage with the slit in the front

I absolutely loved the pattern and the material. The color was beautiful, however it was not very flattering on me.

It definitely runs small, I went up a size and it still felt a little tight. 

You may need fabric tape for the front, I used some and it kept the opening in place.  

I rented this for work and loved the cut, fabric and overall design. I got a ton of compliments. Tall ladies should be aware that it is on the shorter side - at 5'3" it was work appropriate, but it might be a little short on the taller ladies. 

I loved this dress, it was just so easy to wear and comfy. I wore it twice, both with leggings and boots, but it could easily be worn with heels as well. Slit was a little lower cut, so I did wear a tank top underneath. True to size fit. 

High quality and the color is just stunning.   The color isn't as bright as pictured on the website, but it is still gorgeous. 

Gorgeous material as noted by other reviewers. Very flattering without being too billowy or too tight. Gorgeous detail in the sleeves and collar. Yet another dress I wouldn't have picked out if buying but looked great on.

This dress is so comfortable! TTS, nice overall length, perfect sleeve length, does not wrinkle. I love the added structure at the shoulders that provides a bit of drama and the skirt flairs nicely from a defined waist that is not tight. The colors and pattern are beautiful in person. 

Pretty dress, got compliments. For work I was a little worried about the slit by the cleavage but I wasn't showy. Great for holiday festivities.

This dress fit perfectly to size. It's very comfortable and flattering. It cuts in just under the chest and then flares out to cover any tummy trouble spots. The length is perfect. I love this dress!

I rented this dress for my wedding rehearsal and received so many compliments! It was extremely comfortable and very flattering. The sleeves were elegant and the peephole on the chest gave it just the right amount of flirty. This dress did come smelling not too great, but after airing out for a couple of days I was able to wear it. 

Perfect fit for my size. The fabric is prettier (vivid) than in the picture and the length was perfect for work. I wore a camisole and paired it with beige boots. Black and navy boots would work too. Lots of coordinating options. Very pretty.  The top did bunch up (open) a bit when I sat, and so the camisole was a must for me. 

I paired this with tan booties and it was PERFECT for walking around Boston being a tourist. I fit right in with east coast fashion 

The material on this was amazing and it fits so perfectly. The only downside is the zipper does not work

Loved this dress! It was fun and flirty without being too revealing. Rich colors and quality fabric. Fit like a glove and paired well with camel colored and brown/gold accessories. Had a button at the top to create a keyhole but I preferred to keep the dress open. Would rent again! 

I loved everything about this dress. The fit was amazing and not too tight. I felt like I could move around. It was a true 4. The opening in the front is not too revealing and it's not so short that you feel uncomfortable. I wore it to work and felt great all day. It is lined as well which is always a bonus. I will rent again!

I wore this dress to work in the winter with boots and tights. I thought it looked really, but there is a really long slit/open key hole in the chest area. I had to put on a cami to cover it and I am really glad I did. When you're standing you don't se wit that much, but when I was sitting in the conference room I looked down and saw a lot of my cami. So if you're going to wear it for work be prepared to wear something under to not flash anyone. 

This dress was a beautiful slate blue with an abstract tan & black print - perfect for pairing with my work accessories & shoes. It was figure-flattering without being too attention-grabbing, but I still received several compliments about it. As many others have mentioned, I felt more comfortable wearing it with a similarly colored camisole for the office, but may have gone without if I were wearing it for a date. The fabric is substantially weighted, so it drapes nicely with only minor static issues. I did find that the sleeve fabric "pooled" a bit at the wrists, which may be an issue for other petites. 

This is very pretty and comfortable! The 6 gave just enough room the sleeves were a bit long and it showed more cle age than I'd like but I can just wear a tank top underneath!

Almost perfect fit! Everyone thought it was so flattering and beautiful - both in style and cut. When standing up and walking around I do agree the dress is perfect. The only reason I removed a star is because when sitting down, I was concerned about my chest. If the top half of the dress was a bit more cinched it would have been a 5-star dress. 

Loose and easy fit, very lovely dress. Great for autumn. Abstract floral pattern. Love the sleeves and button cuffs, and the keyhole neck is gorgeous. Might pin the neck to wear to work next time; a little too deep a keyhole for work. I wore it with a black motorcycle jacket, black tights, and low Chelsea boots, but could be flirtier with heels and dangling earrings. Perfect length on my 5'6" frame.

I wouldn't recommend this dress for a wedding. I would maybe rent it again for work. It just is a little too business, and not enough fun. Also, not good for a Texas spring wedding. Yuck. So hot! In summary, it's a nice enough dress, but I simply chose it for the wrong occasion :) My other RTR picks have all worked out much better than this one.  P.S. Beware if you do get this dress and are flat-chested. I had to use body tape around the top slit to avoid flashing folks! Overall, I might not recommend this to athletic build or flatter chested girls. Better probably for more curves.

Decent Fall work dress. True to size. Nice to have sleeves as the weather gets cooler. Not the most thrilling or flattering cut, but it was fine for a basic workday dress. 

The dress was cute and it fit well but the buttons on the sleeves were nearly impossible to button and unbutton. I also had problems with the clasp at the neck. Same thing with taking it off. I don't recommend if you have a large chest Because I have a tiny one and still ended up with major uncomfortable cleavage showing.

cute dress - pretty sleeves and color.  keyhole is a bit lowcut, but overall very nice.  Nice quality. 

Very fitted in the waist, so super flattering. Loved the material, kind of like silk/crepe.

Love this dress.  The fabric is absolutely stunning and high quality.  The dress is so pretty.  Wore it to work with black tights, but could also wear out on a date or drinks with friends.  Will rent again and even considering purchasing it. 

So comfortable!  And I got tons of compliments when I wore it to the office.
