Comfortable and flattering
I liked this dress a lot. The fabric was a nice weight, and pockets! The cut is also flattering, with a slightly raised waist. My only minor issue is that the tie around the waist is too thick and too short. It's made of the same fabric as the dress, and when sewn to be double sided and then tied, it can feel kind of bulky. But that's just personal preference.

Simple and classic.
Loved this shirt. Wore it with white linen pants for a classic work look. Really like how the neckline "drapes" to give the appearance of cap sleeves in front, and a vee in back. I would totally keep this, but it's a little pricey.

Nice
Nice skirt, just didn't fit well for me. I also had trouble finding a top that was flattering with it--either a shirt that was short and didn't tuck, or thin enough to tuck in without showing bumps and bunching beneath the skirt waist.

Loved it so much I kept it!
Love this dress. Fit exactly right. Maybe a tad short for work for a taller person, but a colleague thought it was appropriate for my 5'2" height. I really liked the suede-y fabric, and the neckline is great for a necklace. I also like the olive color, but could imagine it might not be the most flattering for some complexions.

Very pretty but weird
I loved the idea of this dress and the color. I had difficulty with the grommet ties--try as I might, I couldn't get them to look like the photo of the dress. Instead, they were like large knots and thick strips of fabric sticking out around my waist. Maybe just me, but I wish this were a dress that came with "instructions."

Meh
Nice dress, but sleeves way too long, even though the rest fit perfectly.

So comfortable & cute
First, it's an over the head dress--no zipper or anything. Had me worried for a moment, but was super easy. Fit was true to size. Material is so soft, and love that you can see the reverse knit on the inside: the pattern is knit/woven, not "printed" on fabric. It seems like a plain dress, but really cute. I wore with heels and a cardigan to work. Wish it had pockets.

Loved it
I wore this to a black tie event with a teal La Petite Robe di Chiara Boni dress (also from RTR). The dress is simple and beautifully cut/structured, so this was the perfect amount of "bling." (Especially since the dress had an interesting cut out neckline, meaning no necklaces...)

Nice every day dress.
I liked this as a regular work dress. It's nothing special, but it's very office appropriate and reasonably comfortable. I thought the armholes were a little big/loose-fitting, but in general it fit well. I"m 5'2", so it hit just at the knee.

Really nice, but unfortunately couldn't wear it.
I loved the look of this dress. I think the silhouette is really flattering. It fit well (bust, waist, hips, length), except for one area, which just made it unwearable. I haven't had this problem before, but the sleeves were just way too small and had no give in the material whatsoever. I don't think I have disproportionately large arms/shoulders, but I could barely bend my elbows in this dress. (If I were to spend the day standing perfectly still with my arms by my sides, it would fit just right.) I thought about sizing up, but I liked the way the rest of the dress fit, and it just isn't a dress I'm so in love with that I want to go to the effort of reordering. So, if you have skinny arms, or want to size up for a looser fitting dress, this might be for you.

Not wearable
I loved the idea of this sweater. Unfortunately, I couldn't actually wear it because it was too small. I normally where a 0/XS, and got this in a S, but even so, when I put it on, it rode up/showed a fair amount of abdomen. I know it is designed to be a short sweater/top, but it was seriously like it was missing about 2 inches of fabric at the bottom. The material/pattern was pretty, though, and it seemed like it would be warm.

Just Ok
I really loved the idea of this shirt. Unfortunately, the reality of the fit was disappointing. It was tight across the back/shoulders/arms, which is really unusual for me, although the rest of the shirt was relatively proportionate. I liked the tied sleeves, but they turned out to not be very comfortable, especially when putting on a coat.

Perfectly elegant for black tie without being overdone.
I LOVE this dress, and am trying to rationalize keeping it. I wore it to a black tie holiday party, where I wasn't sure if people would actually follow through on tuxes etc. I wanted a dress that could fit in whether everyone was fancy, or if it was more just suits/ties. This was perfect. (I tried 3 other dresses and this was my favorite.) Pros: fit amazingly well, even for a short and smallish chested woman like me. I wore it with 3" heels (I'm 5'2) and the length was exactly what I wanted. The fabric is thick (except for sleeves) and a little stretchy, so very flattering. I like the navy blue--a little unusual fronm typical formal dresses and versatile. I dressed it up with the kate spade cuff-type bracelet that had blue and green stones. I tried a pair of blue stone earrings, but they were too heavy and kept falling off. I was worried the ruching/ruffles to the side would be odd, but it's well constructed and did I mention flattering? It's so hard as a short person to look good in a long dress. I got so many compliments!! I recommend a strapless bra because if the boatneck--all my regular bras showed straps. And it was't freezing! As comfortable as a formal dress in December could be. Cons: There is no zipper or fastening, it's a straight over the head dress. The first time I tried it on it took some gymnastics, but fit great once in place. The skirt is very narrow, so flattering, but a little confining: a little difficult getting into and out of a tallish car, and had to take slightly smaller steps. The particular dress I got was a tiny bit worn--not enough to be a problem, but maybe why I won't keep it.

Great alternative to LBD!
I LOVE this dress, and I haven't even worn it to my event yet. It's for a cast party after a celebrity fundraising event, and is great for walking the line of being dressy/"festive" without running the risk of being overdressed. It fit perfectly and I think it has just the right amount of "sparkle"--which is to say, a little and not too much. I'm wearing it with deep red LK Bennett heels, and some gold accessories also from RTR--an Oscar de la Renta floral statement necklace, and 2 gold bangles/bracelets.

I didn't end up wearing it
I liked this dress and it fit well on me, it just turned out not to fit the occasion I was looking for a dress for. The colors were beautiful, but I'm not entirely sure how flattering they were to my skin tone (part white/part Asian). Customer service was great: Somehow an item I had sent back didn't get scanned in properly, but RTR was nice enough to send this out quickly.

Love the color
The color, cut/silhouette and material were great. I wore it with jeans and flats and a leather jacket. The only con was that it was a little tight around the shoulders/arms. Since I don't need to wave my arms everywhere, it was OK to wear and looked nice, but it wasn't something to keep or wear more than once.

Pretty details, flexible, and a bit glam without trying too hard.
I love this skirt, so much that I bought it. I was intrigued by the photo, but a little worried that it would be too long or too large for me, but it was perfect. The (laser?) cut outs really make it special. You can dress it up or down depending on the top. I got lots of compliments when I wore it to work with a black and white striped long-sleeved boat-neck knit shirt tucked in and red heels. I'm going to try it out with fancier tops and possibly wear it to a fundraiser where I think the main event is casual (at Madison Square Garden), but there's a smaller cast-party afterwards that is a bit more "festive."

I liked this bracelet a lot, adds some glam to casual wear and is super versatile (I think it would be nice with something dressy as well). The size isn't adjustable and I have small wrists, so it fell off once or twice, but is thankfully it's heavy enough that I noticed and didn't lose it. I would've kept it, but I don't think it's worth $125.

Love the silhouette.
I really like dresses that look like separates, and thought the silhouette of this dress was pretty. I also liked the contrasting fabrics of the body-conscious skirt and the loose/blousy top. I got several compliments from co-workers. Another reviewer recommended wearing a cami or something underneath, and I kind of wish I had. The neckline can plunge way down and the bow only does so much, so I've been self-conscious about adjusting the front/back drape of the top. I also wore a black jacket for the office, but ended up taking it off.
