Loved the fit, very flattering in the waist, hugs curves in the right places. A little tighter than I expected, but still fit well. Received many compliments.

Very comfortable and flattering! Normally wear a size 6, but I'm a bit wider in the shoulders so I went with the size 8. 

I wore this to my husband's work party and it was perfect in a sea of black and dark dresses. The long sleeves paired with a shorter hem are perfect proportion and I wasn't freezing in January in Chicago!   It's an easy dress to accessorize as it doesn't need much. I added big gold earrings. 
This dress definitely runs small in the shoulders and arms, I would size up.  Even though it's lined, it still shows a lot under (like underwear seams and even my belly button). Plan on wearing some type of Spanx or smoothing undergarment.  Overall a great cocktail dress rental!

I originally rented this as a back up in case I opted out of wearing a non-white dress to my winter wedding, but instead I ended up wearing this one to the brunch the day after my wedding.  I was definitely between sizes, and I think a 12 would have been slightly more comfortable and more flattering, but I think this one was fine.  It was a really well-made dress, that was quite appropriate for a wedding weekend, especially in the winter.  

The dress was very cute with the little gold shimmer. It was perfect type for late October bridal shower. The pleats in the middle are great for accenting hips in a beautiful way. It definitely runs very tight in the arms and shoulders so I sized up as other reviews recommended.

Wore this dress for a 'winter whites' themed birthday party, and felt like a class act! It is simple, elegant, and very comfortable. 

Initially ordered a 4 and 6, but both were too small/tight especially in the arms.  Got the replacement in an 8 and it fit perfectly.  I usually wear a size 4/6 dress. 

The dress was beautiful and I loved wearing it for my bridal shower! It felt very elegant with the higher neckline and long sleeves, and was perfect for wearing in chilly weather. I did feel like the dress ran small - I'm consistently a 0 or 2 and I kind of wished I had ordered a 2 and 4. I wore the 2 and it was fine, but I may have been more comfortable in the 4. Didn't even attempt the 0. I'm also pretty short (5'2") and felt that this dress was a little short on me for the occasion. It does have a liner - I found it to be slightly see-through in bright light so I wore a slip underneath it as well. Overall I loved the elegance of the dress and how it looked in pictures! 

I wore this to my bridal shower and it was perfect. Very flattering, comfortable, thick material. TONS of compliments all day!  I am usually a 4, 6, or 8 depending on the brand and style. Although the 6 fit fine, I wore the 4 because it was a little more fitted but was never too tight or uncomfortable. Definitely recommend. I would rent this a million times if it came in more colors! 

This dress has a crepe texture with a light lining. I didn't feel it was see through but definitely needed nude undergarments. It's fine to wear a normal bra! Some reviews indicated the dress would read more gold - I thought the gold was *very* subtle, it read as a true winter white.

I am typically a 4P and this felt like a true 4 - the sleeves were just an inch or so long which is to be expected if you are short. I tend to be more conservative at work events so went with a lower nude heel. My second size was out of stock and RTR followed up with an alternate - but I was happy with my original choice!

I was extremely pleased with this rental! I had zero issues with the neck or the arms and the detail on the side was the perfect touch to make this dress feel a tad more formal. Also, I loved the champagne color. Very flattering!

The dress fit like a glove with little stretch. I ended up with a stick on bra for coverage and to eliminate the lines you could see on my back from a regular bra. I think the next size up would have accommodated straps without issue. 
The dress is very short, and certainly shows off your legs. As others note, the sleeves are just above the wrist and any longer-armed gals may find them too short. 
The gold threading is very hard to see/notice and the dress is more ivory than white. All in all, a great dress and highly recommended. 

This is such a standout dress for holiday parties! In a sea of black dresses, this ivory dress definitely stands out! I run between a 4 and 6. Both fit, but the bottom of the 6 flared out a little bit and I didn't like that. The 4 fit fine, definitely a little tight in the shoulders, but if you aren't planning on waving your arms around I don't see it as an issue. It would also ride up a little bit as I walked, so I had to continually adjust and pull it down. Not deal breakers. The material is a little thicker, but you still have to wear a nude bra and underwear with it (if you choose to wear any at all!). I would definitely order this dress again.

Gorgeous dress. I did size up so it would drape nicely. The only gripe I had was that it had a little bunchy spot in the tailbone region.

Rented this to wear for family photos. The gathered side is very flattering. The dress is a little on the short side – something to consider if you are tall and considering renting as I am only 5'4"!

Fits perfectly. I always have a problem with sleeves that are too long and these were perfect for me. Some people complained about the sheath below but I didn't have any issues. Looks great with gold/rose gold jewelry. 

I wore this dress for my February bridal shower and loved it. It's hard to find a white dress that is appropriate for the winter months, and this one was great. Its sort of like a blank canvas, so I enjoyed dressing it up with fun heels and statement earrings. 

This dress was very comfortable and flattering for my Bridal Shower. The sleeves were a bit tight and I wore the size 4 instead of the size 2 because it was a bit less tight and more flattering. Overall, I received many compliments and was very comfortable in the dress.

I did not want to return this dress. It's so simple, but classy. Only con for me was that it was a bit short (I'm 5'1). Other than that, it was perfect.

I tend to opt for all black pieces but to ring in the new year I wanted to try something different. This dress was exactly what I was looking for!!!

This is such a cute dress - I really liked how the sparkly part of the dress wasn't overwhelming but at the same time it wasn't too dull. Just enough sparkle! Fit true to size and was a perfect dress for my winter engagement party

This was my first RTR experience, and I can highly recommend!  First off, the dress showed up two days earlier than expected and in a nice wardrobe bag.  Luckily, both dress sizes worked.  I ended up wearing the 4.

As we were packing up the dress to return (which was super easy), my husband kept saying, "this is genius!".   I think he liked the dress too (worn for his company party). I loved the subtle gold shimmer (although not apparent in pictures), long sleeves and length.  It was easy to find shoes and accessories to match (I wore gold, but you could easily spice it up).  I received many compliments and people were excited to learn about RTR when I told them what it was if they hadn't heard about it or how it worked.  We were having so much fun, I forgot to take pictures of the dress to help others deciding on whether or not to rent this dress/which size. :/  All in all - A+ experience and dress!

I rented this for my fall rehearsal dinner. The sleeves were perfect for the event, as it was a little chilly outside. The dress has a beautiful gold detail that made the dress pop. It's not very forgiving, but is very flattering. The bottom layer sometimes slid from under the dress, which was somewhat annoying, but I still loved wearing it! 


I absolutely loved this gold and white dress that I wore for my bachelorette. It was incredibly comfortable but still  sexy and not boring. I am usually a more conservative dresser so I as comfortable with this style. The color was perfect for people who don't look good in pure white dresses due to skin color and complexion. I want to rent it again for the rehearsal! 

Wore this for my fiancées companies Christmas party. Loved it, was comfortable and got a ton of compliments! Was nice to have a long sleeved cocktail dress to wear in winter! 

I loved this dress for my bridal shower. It was comfortable, classic, simple and has a little stretch to it. The bunching on the side gave it a little bit of interest. I could have gone down a size due to to stretch of the fabric, but it still fit true to size. I would definitely wear this again!

Size 4 was the perfect fit for me! I feel like I'm always in-between sizes 2, 4, or 6, depending on the dress and style because my hips are larger compared to my small bust (I'm usually a size 27 or 28 for pants). This dress was a comfortable, relaxed fit. The waist scrunches up slightly on the right side just enough so that it's not a straight, shapeless fit. The material is thicker fabric with a hint of gold shimmer (it doesn't show in pictures).

It wasn't quite right for the rehearsal dinner. It was nice but the fabric felt Too casual and the fit wasn't flattering on me. 

I really liked this dress it was easy to wear and pretty. I did not like the material it was odd. The dress has some gold specs in it but you really couldn't see them too much so I think that it felt a little bland, I wish it sparkled more

I liked this dress but didn't wear it for my event because it was a little too small for my shoulders and just a tad short. I would have sized up to a 6 but it wasn't available when I needed it. The gold sheen of the dress is subtle but adds nice depth and rich yes to the color.

I wore the 6 and it fit well. It isn’t elastic so DO order a size up. This was the type of simple dress that your accessories are what make the package. It has the ability to be plain and simple or regal and classy. I wore leopard flats and pearl earrings for my court wedding. It was perfect for that. It didn’t need to be pulled/twisted to stay in place.  HOWEVER- some sort of tummy/corset should be used! If at any time I wasn’t on my guard for posture, my tiny baby pooch from my pregnancy EASILY showed. Otherwise I would recommend for any simple, colder weather wedding.

I felt exceptionally sophisticated in this dress! It is a very flattering cut, and it fit like a glove. It fit me fantastically in the bust, waist, and hips. My only concern was the shoulders. I have very broad, athletic shoulders (long-time swimmer), so I often have to size up dresses to accommodate this. A size 4 might have provided some more roominess there. 

I get very cold easily, and I felt completely comfortable and warm in a combination of this dress and leggings. The inner lining is smooth and slinky, while the outer material is thick and almost tweed-like. Also, I’m not sure it is seen in the photos, but the material has a bit of sparkle, which adds for an extra flare! I would definitely rent this one again!!

This dress ran pretty much true to size.  The material was a bit thinner (and less forgiving), than I would have liked but it worked out.  It's a pretty dress that neither stands out nor hides. 

I wore this for my bridal shower it was a big hit. Lots of compliments. 

Got a million compliments in this baby, and I loved wearing it + how classy it made me feel! Absolutely adore this dress. Only gave it 4 stars because material wasn't as high end as I anticipated,  but that didn't change my overall experience! 

Everyone at my bridal shower LOVED this dress. I got so many compliments. It was the perfect mix of being a fancy bride-to-be (totally me) without being over the top.
It is more of a cotton material than I expected BUT this ended up being a good thing.
I typically wear a size 2 or 4. After reading reviews, I ordered a 0 and a 2. The two fit bit was more snug - did not look bad at all. I think a 4 would have been too big.
The arms/sleeves were TIGHT. Im a bodybuilder, though, so my arms are a bit more full than other people my height. 
I gave this dress 4 stars due to the sleeves being so tight and the bottom of the zipper kept sticking out (maybe because a 4 would have fit better?). Either way - I LOVED THIS DRESS.

This dress was a perfect fit-even with my 4-month baby bump! It stretched to give a cozy fit, and while the dress did ride up just a pinch when sitting and walking, I think that was due to my bump. The dress has subtle gold underlay which is hard to notice on the model photos, so it does have some "design" and subtle color to it. It was very breathable and while I wore it in October in Pennsylvania and it was cold out, indoors I was comfortable. Great simple find that I could dress up with some jewelry and have a fun night!
