I wore this to my husband's work party and it was perfect in a sea of black and dark dresses. The long sleeves paired with a shorter hem are perfect proportion and I wasn't freezing in January in Chicago! It's an easy dress to accessorize as it doesn't need much. I added big gold earrings. This dress definitely runs small in the shoulders and arms, I would size up. Even though it's lined, it still shows a lot under (like underwear seams and even my belly button). Plan on wearing some type of Spanx or smoothing undergarment. Overall a great cocktail dress rental!

I originally rented this as a back up in case I opted out of wearing a non-white dress to my winter wedding, but instead I ended up wearing this one to the brunch the day after my wedding. I was definitely between sizes, and I think a 12 would have been slightly more comfortable and more flattering, but I think this one was fine. It was a really well-made dress, that was quite appropriate for a wedding weekend, especially in the winter.

The dress was very cute with the little gold shimmer. It was perfect type for late October bridal shower. The pleats in the middle are great for accenting hips in a beautiful way. It definitely runs very tight in the arms and shoulders so I sized up as other reviews recommended.

Wore this dress for a 'winter whites' themed birthday party, and felt like a class act! It is simple, elegant, and very comfortable.

Initially ordered a 4 and 6, but both were too small/tight especially in the arms. Got the replacement in an 8 and it fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 4/6 dress.

The dress was beautiful and I loved wearing it for my bridal shower! It felt very elegant with the higher neckline and long sleeves, and was perfect for wearing in chilly weather. I did feel like the dress ran small - I'm consistently a 0 or 2 and I kind of wished I had ordered a 2 and 4. I wore the 2 and it was fine, but I may have been more comfortable in the 4. Didn't even attempt the 0. I'm also pretty short (5'2") and felt that this dress was a little short on me for the occasion. It does have a liner - I found it to be slightly see-through in bright light so I wore a slip underneath it as well. Overall I loved the elegance of the dress and how it looked in pictures!

I wore this to my bridal shower and it was perfect. Very flattering, comfortable, thick material. TONS of compliments all day! I am usually a 4, 6, or 8 depending on the brand and style. Although the 6 fit fine, I wore the 4 because it was a little more fitted but was never too tight or uncomfortable. Definitely recommend. I would rent this a million times if it came in more colors!

This dress has a crepe texture with a light lining. I didn't feel it was see through but definitely needed nude undergarments. It's fine to wear a normal bra! Some reviews indicated the dress would read more gold - I thought the gold was *very* subtle, it read as a true winter white. I am typically a 4P and this felt like a true 4 - the sleeves were just an inch or so long which is to be expected if you are short. I tend to be more conservative at work events so went with a lower nude heel. My second size was out of stock and RTR followed up with an alternate - but I was happy with my original choice!

I was extremely pleased with this rental! I had zero issues with the neck or the arms and the detail on the side was the perfect touch to make this dress feel a tad more formal. Also, I loved the champagne color. Very flattering!

The dress fit like a glove with little stretch. I ended up with a stick on bra for coverage and to eliminate the lines you could see on my back from a regular bra. I think the next size up would have accommodated straps without issue. The dress is very short, and certainly shows off your legs. As others note, the sleeves are just above the wrist and any longer-armed gals may find them too short. The gold threading is very hard to see/notice and the dress is more ivory than white. All in all, a great dress and highly recommended.

This is such a standout dress for holiday parties! In a sea of black dresses, this ivory dress definitely stands out! I run between a 4 and 6. Both fit, but the bottom of the 6 flared out a little bit and I didn't like that. The 4 fit fine, definitely a little tight in the shoulders, but if you aren't planning on waving your arms around I don't see it as an issue. It would also ride up a little bit as I walked, so I had to continually adjust and pull it down. Not deal breakers. The material is a little thicker, but you still have to wear a nude bra and underwear with it (if you choose to wear any at all!). I would definitely order this dress again.

Gorgeous dress. I did size up so it would drape nicely. The only gripe I had was that it had a little bunchy spot in the tailbone region.

Rented this to wear for family photos. The gathered side is very flattering. The dress is a little on the short side – something to consider if you are tall and considering renting as I am only 5'4"!

Fits perfectly. I always have a problem with sleeves that are too long and these were perfect for me. Some people complained about the sheath below but I didn't have any issues. Looks great with gold/rose gold jewelry.

I wore this dress for my February bridal shower and loved it. It's hard to find a white dress that is appropriate for the winter months, and this one was great. Its sort of like a blank canvas, so I enjoyed dressing it up with fun heels and statement earrings.

This was my first RTR experience, and I can highly recommend! First off, the dress showed up two days earlier than expected and in a nice wardrobe bag. Luckily, both dress sizes worked. I ended up wearing the 4. Measurements: 36 bust, 34-35 hips || Weight: 120 As we were packing up the dress to return (which was super easy), my husband kept saying, "this is genius!". I think he liked the dress too (worn for his company party). I loved the subtle gold shimmer (although not apparent in pictures), long sleeves and length. It was easy to find shoes and accessories to match (I wore gold, but you could easily spice it up). I received many compliments and people were excited to learn about RTR when I told them what it was if they hadn't heard about it or how it worked. We were having so much fun, I forgot to take pictures of the dress to help others deciding on whether or not to rent this dress/which size. :/ All in all - A+ experience and dress!

I rented this for my fall rehearsal dinner. The sleeves were perfect for the event, as it was a little chilly outside. The dress has a beautiful gold detail that made the dress pop. It's not very forgiving, but is very flattering. The bottom layer sometimes slid from under the dress, which was somewhat annoying, but I still loved wearing it!

I absolutely loved this gold and white dress that I wore for my bachelorette. It was incredibly comfortable but still sexy and not boring. I am usually a more conservative dresser so I as comfortable with this style. The color was perfect for people who don't look good in pure white dresses due to skin color and complexion. I loved this dress for my bridal shower. It was comfortable, classic, simple and has a little stretch to it. The bunching on the side gave it a little bit of interest. I could have gone down a size due to to stretch of the fabric, but it still fit true to size. I would definitely wear this again!

Size 4 was the perfect fit for me! I feel like I'm always in-between sizes 2, 4, or 6, depending on the dress and style because my hips are larger compared to my small bust (I'm usually a size 27 or 28 for pants). This dress was a comfortable, relaxed fit. The waist scrunches up slightly on the right side just enough so that it's not a straight, shapeless fit. The material is thicker fabric with a hint of gold shimmer (it doesn't show in pictures).
