Not as work appropriate as it looks
I ordered this to wear to work but the slit is HIGH. I didn’t end up wearing it because I couldn’t find a way to sit that wasn’t overly revealing. I would not recommend this for work.

I like this one enough to buy it. It’s a great modest work dress - but still a fun pop of color! If you want a tighter fit - I’d size down. The 2 has plenty of room on me (which is fine for work, I don’t want it super tight!)

Love the Brand / Can't Figure out Sizing
I love Derek Lam Collection dresses but I am struggling with sizing. I sized up to a 6 for this one, but it was too large in the waist. (I've been wearing a 4 but they've been too small in the chest). I have worn them all anyway because the dresses are such great quality and so cute. Just warning to the larger chested women - you may have to play with the sizing.
