This is an incredibly flattering and comfortable dress for work or brunch. The side ties make the midsection adjustable without being constricting or too loose. I sized up to an eight as I'm on the high side of the six right now, and that fit perfectly. Sooooo many compliments!

Such an easy and cute dress for work or everyday! The waist ties were great to make it fit perfectly. I loved this dress so much I bought it!! 

Too short for work (on my frame, IMO) but loved this dress for a casual weekend! 

This dress is soooo perfect!! Fit like a glove and got so many compliments. A bit tight on the chest but didn’t look weird and buttoned fully. So flattering on I wish I had bought it honestly

This dress is so cute it’s frustrating that it is so gosh darn short. I was hoping to wear for would but frankly wouldn’t be comfortable wearing anywhere even with more opaque tights. 

This is a cute little dress with some fun sleeves for flair, but the belt is pretty odd to figure out. Not sure I would rent again, but got plenty of compliments. Didn’t pull at the chest, which is always nice!

The color was a little bland but overall the dress was great quality and fit perfectly, even with my small pregancy bump. Good transition to fall dress 

Just not my color palette. Well-structured! Effortlessly chic- reminds me of a trench coat in a dress form. 

I rented this dress for work in summer. Loved the color, sleeves, ability to tighten with the belt and how breezy it was. I got compliments on the dress at work too!! The only surprise was how short it was. I took a photo in heels here but ended up wearing flats because I felt my legs were too exposed for this particular work day. 

Cute dress but the sleeves were a little too poofy for me. It made me feel like I was wearing a princess dress at work 

There was no way to make this look right, chest was too short and narrow to attempt unbuttoning and wearing a tank. Just rented another size 10 from the same brand that fit great with similar waist so not sure why this one was so much smaller in the bust

Comfortable, easy to wear. Belt was a little weird and I had to go back to the listing to see how it was supposed to look. But, it was fine once I figured that out. Does run a little big.

I got so many compliments on this dress, I lost count. It's light, easy wear, super flattering, cinch the waist as much as you want. People ran after me to tell me how much they loved it! I wore it out to dinner with wedges and on a day off with sneakers. Can't go wrong.

I have a short torso and the waist still hit higher than expected. Not sure would work for anyone with long torso. 

Perfect fit for the office and so comfortable. The only downside is that is wrinkles very easily

Loved this dress! The adjustable waist belt makes you look snatched. Sleeves are puffy but not ridiculous. Sore a size 6, my normal size, and the dress could not have fit better.
