I’m 5’1” but have a short torso, long legs, so the top didn’t really fit right. Someone that is taller or has a longer torso it would not be so low cut since your shoulders would pull the dress up.  It was also a couple of inches too long for my liking but would be perfect on someone taller. That said it is very well-made and very comfortable.

Fit like a glove. Nice enough for work sexy enough for date night. 

I don't usually wear this low of a cut to work. I think it was ok buuuuut, I wasn't super comfortable while wearing it so probably won't rent again. But, if I were younger and more carefree, it'd be fine!

I wear my mic & IFB pack on the back neckline to weigh it down so it doesn’t show too much cleavage 

Heavier material good for colder weather. Perfect for petites. Great with boots 

I loved everything about the fit of this dress. My only downside is I wore it while traveling for work and sometimes it didn’t have the “give” needed for getting up into taller vehicles. 

Loved this dress! Wore it to a formal event for my medical school and felt it was appropriate. It does run a tiny bit large, I’m usually a 6 or an 8 but I got a 6 in this based on other reviews and there was still a bit of room in it. Super pretty neckline, rent it!

Trina Turk has great work options and this dress is no exception. Instead of boring, the plaid and neckline make it interesting and flattering.

Got tons of compliments in this!  Love the way it fits.  It may make its way permanently into my wardrobe! 

I got at least 15 compliments on this dress today! 2 fit perfectly although I’m usually a 4. I will be keeping an eye out for purchase price to drop! 

The quality of the dress was great. The material was thick and although it was 80 degrees it didn’t feel hot. It was quite comfortable to move and sit in. The bust area was a bit revealing so I did have to pull it up a few times. 

This was an okay dress for work. I had to wear a tank under it as it showed a lot of cleavage. It fit me very well and I liked the contrasting pattern. But it just didn't blow me away like some of my rentals. 

This is a great winter dress. Looks good with a black cropped tuxedo blazer. 

This is a pretty and well-made dress and is great for a holiday party. I got my regular size and it was a little large in the waist and hips. There was way too much extra material in the hip area, which made me look bigger. The sleeve length is odd too. Still, I got a lot of compliments! 

So, I love everything about this dress. Even the slightly high cut sweetheart neckline. However, when I put it on without a bra (the girls weren't going in otherwise), it was very tight which is common for me. The weird thing was is that I had these bubbles of loose fabric on my hips. This is made for someone who has hips. My hips are straight, but also indented which gives me a small bubble butt, but no shapely hips whatsoever. So, this could be very hot on a curvy lady who is not unnatural up top like I am, or bigger than the average lady in that department, but is also hippy on the sides. For reference, I rented a 10 and I'm commonly between a 10 and 12 depending solely on brand. I've lost 20 lbs since last November, so I'm currently 159 lbs, 5'5, busty, flat stomach, no hips,  and a bubble butt. My chest is 41", waist is 31", hips are between 38-39" and indented/straight on sides. The 10 was loose on hips,  not quite as fitted as I'd like in the waist because I like a super fitted look, and very tight in the bust. Take all that as you will. Great quality and look otherwise. 

This dress is very flattering and has a cute sweetheart design in the front. 

Loved this dress. Feels a bit more autumnal than spring-y, so I only wore it once, but I will definitely rent again when a longer sleeve feels doable. SO cute, so comfortable, great fabric, very flattering. Sexy but not restrictive - I was able to move in it. 

Super flattering and comfortable. I wore this for an event I was hosting and it easily moved with me. It wasn't shifty and stayed in place while moving tables and chairs around, placing linens, all the fun stuff. I will rent again

This dress was really nice I really loved the fit and it was very comfortable

I ordered a 14 and rtr accidentally sent a 12 (which is my true side) so it fit great! It's curvy girl and short girl friendly. Lots of cleavage so I would just be mindful of that 

Got so many compliments from coworkers and my family! Loved this dress. 

As others have said, this runs large. The chest was big on my and my bra straps showed when I moved. Also, the middle section as baggy in both the front and back. Also, the slit in the back was a little high. That being said, I still liked this dress. I wore it to court on a Friday and I got a lot of compliments. The sleeves were not too tight which is a frequent problem for me. It zips in the back and is an appropriate length for work. 

I have found a new favorite designer on RTR! This Trina Turk dress fit my hourglass figure like a dream.  This is a great wintry dress for work. Plus I got to style it with red shoes! 

Fit is great, pattern is good for winter. Very flattering for hourglass shapes. It's a little low cut but not as bad as I thought it would be. Slit in the back is pretty darn high though...almost too high for work. I put on tights underneath and it wasn't so noticeable. 

Love the neckline on this dress, but a bit too revealing for my very conservative workplace. Draped a shawl over my chest, which kinda defeated the purpose of the neckline. Other that that, great fit. 

Great for winter, plaid is red and black which is unique, pretty good rental but not my fave

This dress ran large on my small upper body and was generous in the waist. I'd love to rent again down a size, as it is well made, lined, and lovely for the fall and winter seasons. 

It runs a tad bit large but very comfortable 

I wore this dress for a photo shoot in Charleston. It fit the Notebook vibes perfectly! I am a pear shape so the 10 bottom fit perfect,  but top a little loose but I made it work. Also if you are short like me it's a little long but nothing you can't work with. Great for curvy girls! 

Perfect length for a business environment. Fits snug to the body so if between sizes, size up. Neckline is flattering and not too low. Quality is excellent and fabric cut design adds tremendous interest and elegance. Looks expensive and well made. A pure hit!  

Something about this dress made it incredibly itchy! I had a rash along my chest after wearing it. I'm allergic to wool but this fabric has none, so I cannot pinpointed what caused the discomfort. Otherwise the pattern was nice and the neckline unusual, but interesting. 

Proportions not good for my body but probably good for "straight & narrow"? Fit perfectly in the bust but way too big in the middle. Still wore it to work because I loved the plaid. Might recommend to size down unless you're busty?

Nice print and perfect for fall. Great length for work. The only issue I had was that it was a bit looser than expected. Will size down next time.
