So comfortable and flattering
Wore this to a spring evening wedding in Florida at 37 weeks pregnant (170 pounds/size 10 prepreg, 210 pounds now). This dress is a soft jersey material. That means it was incredibly comfortable and lightweight, but also a little on the thin side (you could see my preggo belly button), and a little informal for the occasion (but when you're so pregnant you can get away with a multitude of fashion sins lol). I'm 5'8.5" and it was too short by about 2 inches maybe. Wish it had covered my swollen ankles better! The underbust hit me at a good point (enough room for boobs!), and it was not at all tight or uncomortable around my ribcage. You can wear a regular bra, but I recommend a plunge if you can- I had to use fashion tape to keep the deep V of the neckline from exposing my bra. The arm holes are big, so my bra was exposed on the sides, too (should have used fashion tape there as well). All in all, it's really hard to fit into anything at 37 weeks, and this style is ideal for late pregnancy. It flowed over my belly, I was comfortable, and I actually felt beautiful! Got a lot of compliments :)

Minimal stretch! At least 2 sizes up for bumps!
I attempted to wear this dress at 17 weeks pregnant, because I saw several other pregnant women write reviews for this. I normally wear a 10, so I ordered a 12- the largest size they have. I could barely get the zipper to go the last few inches past my boobs, and once, I did, I couldn't breathe. Spanx helped a little bit to suck everything in, but not enough. This dress has very minimal stretch. If you can't order at least 2 sizes up, don't bother trying this dress with a baby bump! Wish I had taken a picture for you, but I was so uncomfortable! Otherwise, it's a very beautiful dress, and I'd love to rent it in the future. Could possibly go braless with the ruffle and the thick, quality fabric. Color is definitely grey, despite looking purpley in some of the photo reviews.

Felt glamorous!
How could a dress be simultaneously so comfortable, glamorous, and flattering?! The material was thick and luxurious, the color was striking, the neckline was delicate yet well made, and the hem was fun and fancy. If I had a complaint about the dress, it's that I had to size up in order to fit the dress to my shoulders, because there was no give in the mesh neckline. So it could have been more fitted to my body, but I have broad shoulders. And there were also darts in the chest, so it looked a little pointy there. From my perspective anyway. Literally everything else about the dress was perfect. I wore a strapless bra with it- I used fashion tape to secure it to the inside of the dress so it wouldn't peek through the mesh. The back was a little low, so it helped there. I wore Spanx, just to feel more put together, but the dress wasn't that tight, so it probably wasn't necessary. Anyway, this dress was so fun and easy to wear, and perfect for this wedding, where the dress code was "formal".

So comfortable
Super stretchy, easy to wear. Wore Spanx, as the material was kind of clingy and thin. But warm enough for a rainy spring evening. Can be dressed up or down.

Sparkly and fun
Not too sparkly- subtle shine. Lots of compliments. Was a great size- held a lot. Wasn't quite large enough to hold the wedding card though. Small inner pocket (no zipper) for credit card/id/cash.

Great spring color
Fun jacket. Soft material, stylish, great blush color (I matched the magnolias and cherry blossoms!). Lots of compliments, very versatile. Only complaint is that the lining in the right pocket was ripped.

Tropical!
I didn't love this dress like I wanted to. The pattern was perfect, and the material was nice (if a little thin and unstructured). But even the large was just too tight for me- too tight and low to wear a bra. However a looser fit probably would have exposed too much cleavage. I have a large bust, wide ribcage, and broad back. I didn't feel it was that flattering on my body type. The length was fine though- I am 5'8.5" and I was able to wear flats. So this dress is just not my favorite, but it might be yours! It was appropriate for a January, Key West, wedding rehearsal dinner!

Classy and comfortable!
I'm normally a 10, but I was able to fit into an 8 comfortably (with a minimally padded bra- my extra padded strapless bra made the 8 too tight). I'm 5'8.5", and I was luckily able to wear flats with the 8R (the 10R would have been a smidge long). I have a rather large ribcage/broad back (my waist is my narrowest part), and I thought this dress was nicely flattering to my body type from most angles. The dress was in great condition, was comfortable for hours (wore it out to the afterparty as well!), and no boning or seams poking or sticking me. I don't even think I felt the need to pull it up throughout the night as I usually do with strapless dresses. Most importantly, I got a zillion compliments on the color. A true emerald green! I wore gold accessories with it and thought it was perfect for this January, Key West, outdoor garden wedding.

Not your typical LBD
Great dress. I am normally between an 8 and a 10, and this was no different. Unfortunately, the 8 was too tight in the ribcage. It would be good for apples or pears, since it is not restrictive in the waist or hips. Unfortunately, since I have more of an hourglass shape, this style of dress might have made me look bigger on the bottom than I am. The 10 was too loose in the chest- I wore a padded strapless bra and used fashion tape to affix the dress to the bra, as it would have gaped otherwise. Was still tempted to pull up the bodice all night even though I knew it would not fall. Not an ideal fit for my body type, but I made it work. I loved the material of the dress (like somewhat shiny taffeta... sounds less appealing than it is), and the bodice was flattering. The pockets were obviously great. The length worked great for me. This dress calls for a fabulous pair of shoes, which I did not plan ahead for lol. Overall this was a great dress for my holiday party- stood out from the crowd of black dresses, and was the perfect "in-between" look for black tie/cocktail. It photographed really well and got 10x more compliments on the photos than I did in person.

This is probably my second favorite rental ever. It was SO easy to wear. I could have worn the medium or the large, but I chose the large for comfort. And comfortable it was- the only complaint comfort-wise is that the skirt is pretty narrow at the knees- going up stairs, and getting into the car were a bit of a struggle, but dancing was a breeze. I wore spanx, but could have definitely gotten away with not. The hanging part of the lace bodice hides your tummy, so you can have that extra slice of wedding cake if you want. The skirt is body hugging, but the textured lacy overlay helps camouflage and smooth out any lumps and bumps. I wore a strapless bra because of the neckline, but one with nude or clear straps could also work. This wedding was outdoors on July 3 (80 degrees and humid), and I was comfortable the whole time, despite the double layers of fabric. This dress is not an eye-catching knockout, but I wore it all day for a family wedding, and I felt comfortable and think I looked pretty good. A+.

Fun pattern, perfect fit
I normally wear a 10, but was able to fit in the 8 comfortably. Very flattering style. Perfect amount of cleavage- not too low cut. Fun pattern. Nice, high quality material- smooth and somewhat thin- good for the outdoor wedding I attended. Length was modest without being frumpy. Could wear a normal bra, and the strap clips were clutch. Easy to wear and a great dress all around.

Va-va-voom!
This was a great dress. I ordered the 8 and 10, and the 10 fit perfectly. My measurements are about 38", 29", 40". The only place it was nearly too small was the chest. There was only just enough fabric to keep my 36D/38C chest in. But, it worked, and did not (could not) wear a bra, but was not indecent. Honestly, with the modest length, and black color, the cleavage part actually worked. Not to mention that it was skin-tight in the best way- a thicker material with ruching that held everything in and camouflaged any trouble spots... I wore spanx, but probably could have gotten away without any. Would maybe not wear this to a family wedding around grandma, but my husband and friends loved it! Anyway, it was a gorgeous dress that I felt great in. Super easy to wear, very glamorous.

Just the right amount of bling and class
I wanted something that would sparkle, but also go with my pearl necklace. I was originally looking at a longer earring, but then I realized with all my accessories (veil, hair clip, necklace, detailed dress), anything longer would take away from my bridal look rather than add to it. I love the vintage look- they're not too art deco. These were the perfect addition to my bridal jewelery... and also my something borrowed!

Beautiful and comfortable!
I wore this to my wedding rehearsal and dinner. It perfectly complimented my ivory/champagne lace wedding dress. I got so many compliments on it. I was nervous about it fitting, because they only had an 8, and I'm typically an 8-10. It fit like a charm and was very comfortable to wear all night. It was a modest length, and showed just enough cleavage. (It might be too long or too revealing in the chest for a different body type) My only complaint is that the lace around the edges of the neck, back, and shoulders is very flimsy and floppy. Some of it was creased, and I'm very thankful I had fashion tape handy to lay it flat. That still wasn't a great solution, as it looked a little strange at times. (You can see it in the second picture) Overall a beautiful dress, and perfect for the occasion!

So glam!
Wore this to my bachelorette party! It was DEFINITELY attention-grabbing! I liked that the style wasn't too short or revealing, I feel like the dress was classy while still being fun. It was surprisingly comfortable when I first put it on. Throughout the night, the rib area became more constrictive, and by the end of the night, it was actually quite uncomfortable, and difficult to take deep breaths. So if you plan on eating or drinking anything, size up. However, the hips and boob areas were great, very forgiving. I wish I had worn a pushup bra- this dress calls for a bit of cleavage! The sequins did not bother me whatsoever, and I typically have very sensitive skin. Nothing snagged on the sequins, either. The zipper, as others have said, was a NIGHTMARE to fasten. I had three sets of hands helping and it still took almost 10 minutes. Very frustrating- just be patient. This dress was fun to wear, and it seems that Badgly Mishka has this dress in different colors- I would rent those!

Beautiful, WOW dress
This dress was awesome. I got soooo many compliments on it. Got the 8 and 10, wore the 10 for some extra comfort and length. I did wear Spanx shorts, just for some smoothing. I was worried that it would be too short and/or show too much cleavage, but for me, it was perfect. I liked the snaps that keep your bra straps in place, esp because of the wide neckline. I wouldn't give it a 10 for comfort- the dress irritated my shoulders a bit, and it did ride up occasionally. The lace was worn in places- my bf noticed, but probably no one else will get that close to you. Paired it with nude heels, simple jewelry, and a pale pink wristlet. Loved this dress, and definitely would buy it.

Long, comfortable, conservative, nice color, awkward pleats.
Almost exchanged this for a smaller size. Loose in the hips and waist. Also very long. I'm 5'9" and it was past my knees. The pleats did not lay flat on the bust and that bothered me a little bit. Due to the shape of the neckline, my bra peeked out occasionally (luckily I have a bra in this exact color!). I did have to iron it; it wrinkled easily. The color was nice and it was comfortable, but a little too conservative for my taste. It might be a good dress for a family or a business event. Maybe I'd feel differently if i had sized down. I wear a size 8-10 normally, and I would recommend getting the 44 and 46. Lastly, as many have said, the material is more casual than it looks in the model photo- not shiny, just a cotton type fabric. I dressed it up with more formal jewelry and heels though. This could work for day or night.

nailed the "beach formal" dress code
Wore this to an evening wedding on Hilton Head Island at the end of May. The attire was "beach formal", which I guess meant that the ceremony was on the beach, and the reception was in a ballroom. I paired it with flat, gold sandals and gold/mint green jewelry. Got many compliments on the dress. I'm in the process of losing weight, so I'm between sizes at the moment... I ordered both a 10R and 8R, and ended up wearing the 10R. The 8R zipped up, but was uncomfortably snug around the rib cage, probably due to the boning, which helped give a more structured look to the otherwise flowy gown. Due to sizing up, I found myself pulling up my dress throughout the night to assure my strapless bra wasn't showing. As for length, if i were wearing heels, I might've ordered a 10L, but as it were, the R ended up being too long, even with my <1 inch heel sandals. I found myself stepping on my dress more often than I would've liked. The color is best described as a peachy pink. The accents are a light gold. It was windy outside during the ceremony, and the dress was heavy enough that it wasn't blowing all over the place, but light enough that I wasn't too warm outside or while busting a move on the dance floor. Perfect material for an evening summer wedding. The dress is beautiful and obviously of very good quality, and I'm glad I ordered it. It could have been more flattering to my figure, but it was perfect for the event.
