Compliments Galore!
This dress is stunning and easy to wear. Be prepared for tons of compliments, from the color, the cut, and the fit! The 10 was a touch too snug, but the 12 fit perfectly. The zipper did stick a bit on both going over the ribbon in the back, but otherwise, it was a dream.

New Take on Strapless Dress
While I loved the unique styling of this dress -- the ruching, the sheer panels -- I wasn't able to wear a proper foundation garment underneath because it would have shown through the sheer panel. I struggled with feeling like the top of the dress was staying in place as it should.

This dress is simply stunning. The color, the cut, and pockets?! You can’t go wrong. The other reviewers aren’t wrong — great dress with a tricky zipper. I needed some help when I first tried it on but didn’t have any trouble the day of my event. Since the gown can really stand on its own, I kept my jewelry limited to earrings and a cocktail ring. I’m between sizes right now and went with a 6 which fit beautifully. The cut of the dress is forgiving if you have a tummy. I’m 5’3 and with 4 inch heels, the hem grazed the floor. Rent this beauty; you won’t regret it!

Get Ready for Compliments!
This dress is stunning! I loved the colors, the neckline, and the funky high/ low hemlines. Oh, and I mention it has pockets?! Fabulous! I received a ton of compliments all evening. The six was true to size; it fit well with a little room to breathe without looking sloppy. I would definitely rent this again!

Get Ready for Compliments!
I'm not usually a fan of florals, but decided to try this stylish dress and received many compliments on the cut and color. The navy and green color combo makes for a nice change from an LBD that I would normally reach for. The fabric is not very stretchy, so size up. The other reviewers were correct that the sleeves can be a little itchy. Overall, it's was a great dress for my event.

Great Dress, Too Bad It Didn't Work Out.
I ordered the 4 and the 6 for a wedding, however, the 4 became unavailable just before shipping. The 6 arrived and while the fit was good, the mesh section of the fabric had pulls in it that made it look like my back had broken out. It's a lovely dress, but the previous wearings really started to show. The customer service representative that I spoke with was very courteous, assured me that the dress should have not left with such wear, and provided me with options in order to find something in time for my event. Sad about the dress, but the customer service was top notch!

Wish It Had Worked
This was my second choice dress after my first choice was unavailable. After reading the reviews, I opted to get my true size and the next size up. When they arrived, they looked very narrow on the hanger. I double checked to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently selected petite sizing. I could barely get the six over my head. As the other reviews stated, the dress was tight in the bust, but roomy in the skirt. Really disappointed, because this does was very cute.

Pockets & Compliments!
Prepare yourself to get complimented all night! This dress is flirty, kicky, and fun. In the photos, it reads like leather, but in person it's got a subtle shimmer to it. The neckline is very unique; you can wear with a statement necklace or leave the neckline clean and pair with some statement earrings. And there are pockets! Size down for your back-up. Really happy with this rental.

Classy and Comfortable!
This dress is simply lovely, and it has pockets! I loved the high/low hemline and the illusion netting on the chest added sparkle without being overwhelming. I was under the impression that the details on the bodice were more like rhinestones, but in fact they're more like sequins and flowery shaped beads. (Hence the four stars). The details photograph well and the fit is true to size. It's a unique take on a formal black dress.

Lovely details!
I selected this dress as a back up dress. Thankfully, I didn't have to use it because while the dress is gorgeous , the bodice sits very strangely at the neck. It doesn't lie flat and when I pulled it down to smooth it out the bust poked it in the breast area like Anne Hathaway's Oscar dress: like tented fabric where your breasts are! It didn't work for me, but maybe it will be just right for someone else.

Just Right!
I really appreciate the honest reviews provided by other RTR users. They really helped me make a great choice not only with this dress,but with the correct size. I recently had ankle surgery and am not able to wear heels higher than an inch. I'm a heel girl and needed a dress that would be long enough to cover my shoes, but nothing that would be so long that I'd be carrying it all night. This dress was just right! The length, the fit, the style -- it was exactly what j needed. I usually wear a wear a 4, which fit like a glove, but the 6 allowed was just a little more comfortable. I didn't wear any Spanx (a first!) nor a bra and felt completely covered. This is a lovely dress!

This was my back-up dress for a black-tie wedding. It was a little challenging to get into, but once on, the dress is very unique. It's form flattering and comfortable. The halter style front is classic, while the open back is daring and sexy. It would have been a great choice had my first choice not worked out.

Gorgeous Dress
This was my back-up dress for a black tie wedding. I had worn this dress in green for a different event earlier in the year and had been very pleased with the fit. It's very comfortable and flattering. The picture is deceptive, though; they're aren't any pockets. It's a great dress and would have been an excellent choice had my first choice not worked out.

Eye-Popping!
I wore this dress to dinner and a nightclub in Vegas and I got so many compliments. I was torn between this dress and the Robert Rodriguez Sequin Disco Romper. I tried them both on for my friends and when they saw me in the Herve Leger, their eyes literally popped out of their faces. The dress is very form fitting; no Spanx needed. I did have to hike the bodice up a bit throughout the night, but that is probably due to my smaller bust. I kind of think the dress has been well worn and therefore not as tight in the bust as it could have been. Still, I turned heads, I felt great and had a wonderful time!

Right On Time!

LOVE IT!!!
This dress is AH-MAY-ZING!! It is comfortable, the color is unique, and no one else had on anything close. I wore this dress to the opening night of "Motown the Musical" and got tons of compliments, even a photo with the legendary Smokey Robinson (I'm thinking the dress played a part!). It flowed well and I felt wonderful all night. Definitely gets 5 stars from me!

Gorgeous Gown!
This was my second choice dress for a Broadway premier that I was attending. At first, I was apprehensive about having so much of my back exposed, but when I tried it on, I realized that was what "made" the dress. Ultimately, went with my first choice dress, but will definitely keep this one in mind for future events. Navy is classic and a great alternative to black. The dress is stunning!

Nice, but just not for me.
I chose this dress as a back-up when one of the sizes that I ordered was unavailable. It is a lovely dress, but it didn't deliver the "WOW" factor that I needed for my event. I only gave it four stars because I had high hopes for it and because, even in just three in heels, the dress was a little too short. More of shoe was showing than I would have liked. Again, it's a lovely dress; I hope someone else has better luck with it than I did.

Simply stunning!
I was invited to a black tie event with less than a week to find a gown. Enter Rent the Runway. This gown is lovely. The peplum and delicate bow added a wow factor that would have made the dress just a simple column style without it. I was nervous that the dress would be too long for me as I am 5'3" and my heels were only about 4". It was a touch long, but nothing that a higher heel couldn't have fixed. This was my first experience with RTR, I know that I will be using them again in the future. It was a great experience!
