I ordered this dress for a Baptism and it was absolutely perfect. The colors are so much more vibrant in person. The dress was super comfortable to be in all day and I got so many compliments. 

Very flattering.   Pretty blues. I paired with a Halston bag from RTR.

Wore it to work retreat. Fit perfectly, although fabric has very little give. Loved the higher neckline. Loved the pockets.

I received this as part of my unlimited and kept it for ages! I wore it so many times including to a job interview which I nailed! Such a beautiful colour and thick tailored fabric. I was sorry to give it back!

I am usually between a 6 and an 8, so I rented both.  I was able to get into the 6 and get it zipped, but found that I couldn't actually walk due to how tight the skirt was.  The 8 gave me much more room to move, but seemed to poof out at my waist a bit more, in a less-than-flattering way.  I felt very nicely covered for the ceremony in a Catholic church, but the dress was VERY thick (like brocade fabric with a lining), and a bit difficult to move in.  Mostly, it was raising my arms that was a challenge with the cap sleeves.  The chest was also a bit tight, making it difficult to take deep breaths.  That being said, the color was gorgeous, and I absolutely LOVED the pockets!!

I loved the color, fabric, texture and structure of the dress. I received so many compliments all night, but the highest of all is when one of the grooms interrupted a guest to tell me how amazing I looked in that stunning dress. 
The only con is when the dresses arrived they were both damaged. The hem of the size 10 was flipping up and showing about an inch of the lining. I fixed it by pinning the lining up. That is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. 

The color and design were fantastic. The high neckline resulted in somewhat of an awkward chest look and I felt I needed to add a necklace or a belt to make it look normal. Without those items the dress ended up being a bit unflattering. I usually wear a two but felt more comfortable in the four as the bottom inside lining of the dress was quite tight (hard to sit!).  The pockets were key-perfect spot for a phone and the dress looked better in pictures when my hands were in my pocket. 

the fit was spot on for this dress! the waist wasn't too tight and the pin tucks in the front added a great detail while making the cut of the dress more flattering for me so it wasn't skin tight. the sleeves weren't too tight on my shoulders so this dress was perfect for dancing all night long!

I wore this to an audition for How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. I was going for that stylish 60s secretary look, and it definitely made an impression! The dress was a tight fit with not much give, so if I rent this again I will size up from 4 to 6. Do not expect much mobility in the shoulders or legs when wearing this dress. Even getting in and out of my car was difficult. But the appearance more than made up for it, and it comes with pockets! 

The fabric was gorgeous. It was so comfortable and a bonus it had pockets. If it ever becomes available to purchase I will be the first in line. Received so many compliments. A must rent!!!! Oh and the rental price is next to nothing. 

I loved this dress! It definitely runs large so choose a smaller size for your free 2nd.  

This dress ran very small in the chest and I had to leave it partially unzipped.  The fabric isn't stretchy so it was very constricting but the colors and cut are cute enough to wear it anyway.

Wore this on a day I wanted to look and feel great at work. I received endless compliments! A size 4 would have been a bit more comfortable, but I was able to fit into the 2.

I wore this dress for Christmas Eve mass and parties.  It is a gorgeous color in person and I got so many compliments!  I am usually between an 8 and a 10 and I needed the ten because the top is a little snug.  Still it fit fine and I loved wearing it.  Would definitely wear again and wish I owned this one!

The fabric is gorgeous, and I LOVE the color, but the dress runs pretty small.  I usually wear a 6 but had to wear the backup size 8, and I could barely move in it!  It was really tight around my hips, causing the pleats to not sit flat.  I had a pooch belly all day as a result! :( Still got a lot of compliments!

I would've definitely sized up, could've used the movement space.

Goodness, if I could, I would buy this dress in a second. It was perfect for my mama body! The waistline is just above the natural line, so flattering. The sleeves might be a little constricting to those with more muscular arms than mine, but I danced, hugged friends, and reached for rolls at the dinner table with no problems. The color is amazing--so rich and almost metallic. Looks so much more expensive than it is. I loved this dress and would rent it again! Wore it with black strappy heels.

The fabric of this dress is very dimensional. I loved the whole structured look of it. Perfect for the conservative Jewish wedding I attended with the demure bodice. The shoulders do cut a bit when lifting your arms, but weren't in any way painful, just restrictive of lifting above your head. Suggest undergarments that are smoothing. 

Awesome quality material. Great colors. Very comfortable and classy. 

RTR - This was my first Rent the Runway experience, and I will definitely do it again.  So thankful for the free extra size.  I ended up using it!
Style - I thought it was super cute, the colors were great, and the pockets were fun.
Fit - I have a pretty long torso, so the dress started flaring out at the hips a little high on me.  However, not really a big deal.
Costume - I wore this dress for a Halloween party, and this dress was perfect for a Kate Middleton look.  I added the hat, necklace, and belt as accessories.

I generally wear a size 6 but with fitted dresses like this one I prefer to wear a size 8. Wish they had a back up in the 8, but the 6 worked with spanx underneath it. 

What I loved - the color, the cap sleeves, the POCKETS, the length. What could have been better - a little restricting, not the best for breaking it down on the dance floor. Would I rent this again? YES. 

This dress was perfect for a Fall Chicago wedding. Received tons of compliments. The dress fit true to size, the fabric was thick so perfect for a chilly evening. And I loved the shades of blue plus the dress came with pockets! I ordered a size 6 and it fit true to size. I finished the look with gold jewelry and a black clutch and heels. Loved this dress!

This dress was a perfect fit with gorgeous detail. It was very classy when paired with silver accessories. I also loved that it had pockets!

This dress is a nice fit. Everyone is right that it is difficult to dance in. It's bit tight in the upper body, but comfortable waist down.  Also.. pockets.  Which is a great plus. I also wish i bought a belt with this dress, I think it would've been a nice add on. :) 

The fabric had no give and made it hard to sit or move my arms above my head. I loved the thicker fabric and color!

This dress fits true to size for me on top, though i probably could go down to the 8. It's good for larger busts, and larger hips, but very fitted with no stretch at the waist. Since I'm larger on top, dresses like this (tulip shape) tend to make be look bigger all over as they create illusion of larger hips. That said the structure and cut are so nice, it doesn't bother me too much. The cap sleeves are very cute but lack any stretch so I can't lift my arms beyond parallel to the ground.  It's a little long for my height; extends just past my knees. 

Fabric is good quality and heavy and thankfully does not wrinkle easily. 

This dress is probably best for hour glass shaped women and pear shaped women. 

Wore it to the ballet.  Great color and fit!  Little stiff in the waste but looked great!

Wore this beauty to an outdoor wedding in Texas. The dress is a little thick for Texas heat, but wasn't terrible. I ordered a size 8....it was huge and had a tear in the back of the dress, and the size 6 was a little loose as well, but I made it work. The pockets were perfectly placed and so convenient to slip my phone into in between pics when I was away from my bag. I wore blue satin heels and carried a purple clutch which made the subtle purple in the dress pop!!! The dress is perfect for curves and hides any and all imperfections. I will rent it again! Love!!!

Dress was a little constricting around the ribs, and  was a little hard to zip, particularly at the seam.  The dress had a beautiful cut that his my tummy well.  It was a little hard to sit in and or bend in but was pretty comfortable all in all.  The color is gorgeous!

This dress was absolutely stunning for a spring wedding. Do get the size up or down from your normal, if you can. I have a large bust and the 6 was perfect for me, but the waist line on the dress  would have looked better if it was tighter. Women with a smaller bust, get a size smaller for your back up and see how it looks/feels on you. I could have gotten away with the 4, if I had to.  

The colors of this dress are so rich! It was very true to size. The fabric is a bit heavier than I expected. Fortunately, our event was indoors. I would not recommend for a summertime outdoor event. I wore it with the Daniella necklace which looked great! Went well with gold accessories and shoes. 

My first experience with Rent the Runway and it was wonderful. The dress was a beautiful color and the fabric was thick and comfortable. Fit well at the waist, arms were a bit tight and it was tricky to sit down in at times, but otherwise it was  easy to wear and I received tons of compliment. 

I just had a baby a couple months ago so my already curvy body was extra curvy. I wore shape wear with this dress and the hips were still snug. The print is stunning in person. The dress was pretty but not something I would get again.
