Loved this dress! I wore the 4 but I think a 6 would have been a little more comfortable for me. It is snug on top with a little more room on the bottom. Also I think the waist would have fallen a tad lower with a larger size. Still loved it! Customer service was AMAZING, the original dress I received seemed like it was not pressed properly so I called and explained...no question asked and they shipped me a new dress to my hotel overnight at no charge! The new dress was pressed perfectly! The first picture shows the color much better...I wish I added a chunky statement necklace!!

Loved the color, fit, fabric, and style of this dress - was complimented by a stranger the moment I walked into the event! I wore this dress to an Illinois country club wedding in June (forgive my bathroom selfie), and even though it is a heavier fabric, I was still comfortable in humid weather with lots of dancing. I fluctuate between a 12 and 14 depending on designer and the fit of the dress, and the 12 was the right choice for my body type (broad hourglass) in this style. The dress had great structure and a flattering cut. The fabric had beautiful blue and teal tones with a sheen that is hard to capture in photos, but it should be noted that it doesn't have any stretch or give, so while I didn't have any trouble dancing in it, don't expect to be able to do any yoga moves or go too crazy dropping it like it's hot.

I rented this for a wedding in Chicago in May. I ended up wearing the size two and it was a perfect fit. The weight of the fabric was great for a 70 degree day and the pockets were a fun addition.

I rented this for a work event so I really needed comfort - this fit the bill. It is shinier than in the original photos but that just makes it pop more. It doesn't accentuate anything but it is still flattering and definitely good for a long night

I usually wear size 10 in dresses, but went with the size 12 since the top/bust ran small on the size 10. I loved the colors and felt really confident and comfortable all night. The pleats, high waist, and thick material were flattering for my tummy area. And there was even hidden pockets for my phone. I didn't want to return this dress.

Fit was great, material is unique and doesn't cling. The lining was slightly damaged but the dress was completely wearable. The pockets are the best part about this dress!

Fit really well and snug around the waist, knees and shoulder - but not uncomfortable. It was rather limited in the overall movement due to tight seams. So if you are wearing this to an event where you plan to dance hard, might want to look for another option with more movement and flow. But it was a beautiful dress, styled really well and received a lot of compliments.

Usually I'm a 0 or 2, but the 0 wasn't available, but luckily the 2 ended up being a great fit. Such a beautiful dress! Wish I had rented (or owned) a perfect statement necklace but I made do with a longer one. Felt lovely and springy! Remember to stand up straight because the skirt does poof a bit around the hips, but I still loved this dress. Arrived in great condition too!

This dress fit like a glove. It was very comfortable. Due to the cap sleeves I couldn't raise my arms above my shoulders. This wasn't an issue though, as there was no dancing happening in this dress for this event! If I could've kept this dress I would have in a heartbeat. I received so many compliments. My husband thought it was the best of all the dresses I wore the whole weekend (this was a 3 day event wedding!) My first RTR experience was great. I did have the foresight to go to Neiman Marcus & try on this designer for sizing to make sure how it would fit before I rented. I will do that in the future for other rentals of possible!

The dress is true to size. I'm usually a size 8 and I wore the 8. There is no stretch in the fabric but it was still comfortable. Initially, I thought the color might be too bright. But it actually wasn't. It was a perfect, sophisticated teal. I kept getting compliments all night. Highly recommended.

I rented this dress for a work function & it was perfect! Conservative enough to wear to work yet you can definitely dress it up for a wedding, party, etc. Very comfortable & the pockets were a plus! The fabric was a pretty turquoise/blues with a floral pattern. It seemed to fit true to size. I received constant compliments - I would definitely rent this dress again!

I was presenting at a large conference, and needed to look perfect. As a young attorney, it is difficult to find clothes that are fun and stylish yet don't impair credibility. This dress was a perfect fit for my event, and made me look like a million bucks. PLUS it has POCKETS!!!!! The top is snug, even for small chested ladies like me, so order a size up if you're a C or above (I'm an A/B). I would totally order this dress AGAIN!

I wore this dress to a friend's wedding. I originally thought that the 8 would be the perfect size but this dress does run a little bit large. The 6 was perfect but I did notice that it was a little snug in the neckline. Other than that, I loved this dress- the fact that it has pockets was also great, and I was even able to add a belt for an extra accessory :) I would definitely rent this dress again!

Many of the reviews said it ran small, so my back-up size was one size larger. I tried on the 6 and it was a perfect fit! I notice many people also noted it was tight around the arms when dancing (putting your arms up); I didn't have that issue, but I did notice that when lifting my arms the capped sleeves would sometimes fold under. I wore this dress to the LA Ballet's showing of The Sleeping Beauty. I was so comfortable to walk around in and sit in. I got many compliments on the dress, even from strangers! I would rent this dress again, for sure. I would highly recommend this dress for a semi-formal affair. I loved the simplicity of this dress. I could have worn a statement necklace (though that would have hidden the beautiful neckline) to really dress it up. I wore simple peridot drop earrings and nothing more. You can really make this dress "yours".

I was worried because the fabric doesn't like have a lot of give...or so I thought. It stretches a little bit but not too much. The dress is super flattering and I got so many compliments on how it fit like a glove. The pockets are large enough to fit an iPhone 6! Overall, it was another successful RTR experience!

I wore it to my bridal tea and got so many compliments! The dress is stunning. Well made and the color is gorgeous. The cap sleeves are a little constricting but other than that the fit was great.

I'm normally a size 6, but the 4 fitted just right, but still a little loose but it was okay for me. I love the fact that it has pockets so I didn't have to worry about my phone slipping out because there was enough room. This dress has no cons because it's just perfect!!!!#yassss#flawless

This dress was amazing! I rented both a 12 and a 10 as a backup. It definitely runs large. I normally wear a 12 but wore the 10 to the show. Both fit fine but the 10 looked better. It was perfect for an afternoon at the show. The material was also perfect for a winter day in the city. The shoulders are definitely tight (as mentioned in previous reviews) but it wasn't uncomfortable. I did NOT want to return this dress I loved it so much! Will rent again!

I wore this for a Sunday brunch wedding. This dress fabric and color is even more beautiful in person. Very tight over the bust and shoulders so not a great choice for dancing.

This is a beautiful dress! It is great for a late fall wedding. It is classy but still a fun color/print, and I liked the structured shoulders and front of the dress (this also means you don't have to worry if you eat a big dinner because it is not tight around your stomach!). The size 6 was a little snug around my chest and I couldn't lift my arms as comfortably, but it fit everywhere else great. The size 8 fit my chest well but looked big everywhere else - so I went with the 6. Received a lot of complements throughout the night and felt really comfortable. I wore with black/gray strappy heels. I didn't want to send this back!

The fit is pretty true to size. The lining in the inside of the dress is tight, so if you are a women with hips, like myself, you may have to go a size up. If the lining wasn't so tight (bc I am smaller up top) I may have been able to pull off a size 4. Overall the dress is great. Also keep in mind, in the photo of the model, the dress is below her knees, this is not the case for the dress you will receive. The dress is just above the knee, but still fits great!

I had to wear the next size up because I am really bottom heavy. It is a pencil style skirt so is a little tight on the bottom. The top was a little big but not horrible. Overall really liked this dress and got a lot of compliments!!

This dress was perfect for me and for the occasion, an outdoor wedding. My hips are wider than my bust and the style accommodated that beautifully. I got lots of compliments! The fabric was beautiful and vibrant. the dress arrived in perfect condition, ready to wear. Having a second size and a backup dress took all the stress out of the online selection process.

I absolutely loved this dress and received so many compliments on it the entire night I wore it. The dress was a perfect choice for a fall wedding. It fit true to size (I sized up for my second choice based on other reviews, but didn't even need to try it on). The length was different for me, but for a formal event having the dress hit at my knees felt very appropriate. I had read comments about some saying that the sleeves on the dress could be tight - I did not have that problem at all; the only time that the dress felt a bit tight was when I sat down for dinner (hugged my thighs a bit, but I do have a curvy figure). It was not uncomfortable, just noticeable for myself. I was able to dance and walk around without any problems. I would absolutely rent this one again - and plan to rent it in a different color for a spring wedding that is coming up.

I am usually a 4, sometimes a 6. The 4 fit perfect. I wore it to my daughters 5th grade speech and then on to my stepdaughters bridesmaids luncheon. Received many compliments and knew no one else would be wearing the same dress to the party! I am a 34D and it was not too tight. Perfect length for my age. Fabric was thick and beautiful. The colors are amazing.

I really enjoyed wearing this dress to a religious service. It was very appropriate for that - dressy and pretty yet conservative. The fabric is beautiful - color is great, has a sheen and a bit of texture with the pattern. A few little bothersome details - the neck is high and you can feel it when you sit down, and the inside slip is a bit tight. But you can't see those issues and they were only minor irritants.

This dress was classy, comfortable and a great choice for a friends bridal shower. I rented a 6 and 8, the 6 fit great. I would recommend this beautiful dress to anyone and I think it would work for many occasions. The only thing that bothered me were the snug/restrictive cap sleeves.
