Lovely but no structure
Beautiful bag, love the muted tones of the zebra print and pop of mint green inside. But it had no structure and no way of keeping it closed so things would fall out, so it's probably not good for every day use.

I already regret sending this back
I rented this for my Studio 54 themed Halloween costume but I wore it everywhere all week. Compliments and comments galore, everyone wanted to try it on. I needed to use my spots for other things so I sent it back after a week but I wish I hadn't! Will be renting again for sure.

Ran small for LKB
I've rented other LKB dresses in a 14 but the 16 in this one felt smaller somehow. Wasn't crazy about it. Was thinking it would be one of those "prettier in person" fabrics but I just wasn't into it. Felt restrained wearing it, especially in the bust.

Surprise favorite
I rented this to go glamping, didn't expect to love it as much as I did! The pattern is boss, not at all old fashioned once you realize the print has shopping bags and boom boxes. Loved the contrast sparkly sleeves. At first I was worried they'd be uncomfortable because they're sort of scratchy to the touch but they felt fine on. Plus pockets. Rent this for sure.

Colors different than expected
I was shocked when I took this out of the bag and saw how bright the colors were. I love a good neon pop once in a while but it wasn't what I had in mind for this dress at all, didn't wear.

Wore this everywhere
What's better than a gorgeous full length dress that is super comfortable to wear at home and cute enough to go out in. I mean I wouldn't wear it to an office (most offices at least, I totally wore it to mine) or at a club but it was divine for errands, brunch, a walk in the park, etc. Wore so many times and will definitely rent again. Dodo Bar Or has mastered this style, I hope to see more on RTR soon please!

Not made for apple shapes but sooooo pretty
Even sizing up, this dress was much too tight around the midsection on me (but then also too big on top). The sparkly gold flowers are gorgeous and I love the shape of the skirt, desperately wish I could have worn it.

The perfect dress
I'll be holding on to this one for a while. The fabric is beautiful, soft and silky and the colors are vibrant but not in your face. Slightly long on my 5'3" frame but ok with 3 inch wedges. Compliments from random strangers on this one. And pockets! These dresses can sometimes look too little house on the prairie, but this one is so luxe and sophisticated. Love love love.

Pretty but not flattering on me
This dress would probably look beautiful on someone more tall and narrow, I don't think it looks too great on apple shapes. The belt in the front is odd, elastic and stretchy; it felt very Oregon Trail on me but I really do think that some women will look great in this.

Pretty, not practical
I love swapping out my every day bag for something fun and unique like this once or twice a week. It's as vibrant as I hoped and a perfect size, but the compartments don't go all the way down so everything that you tried to separate just falls to the bottom. Pretty to take to a party with the essentials but not a bag to put all your everyday junk in, if you have as much everyday junk as I do at least.

If you're tall you'll feel like a goddess
If you're short, don't even try it. I can usually make long dresses work by wearing high wedges or sometimes belting and playing with the draping, but nothing worked on this. If I owned it I'd chop off 6 inches and would feel like I'm floating on air. Super bummed. If you're tall though, go for it!

Ok if you size way down and have a backless bra
Really loved the print and colors so gave it a shot despite the negative reviews. I wore a large but I sort of wonder if there's any real difference between the sizes since it's so stretchy, seems like it could be one size fits all. The real problem was the back - it just wouldn't stay in place. Very tricky to find a bra that works and only wore it a couple of hours.

Super small for Kate Spade
I'm a 14 in most dresses but usually a 12 in Kate Spade. I sized up to a 14 based on reviews but I would have needed a 16 to make it look decent around the midsection. Print was just ok, fabric felt kind of cheap. Not impressed with this one, but still a huge fan of the designer and grateful for the larger/more inclusive sizes, even if the fit was small on this particular dress.

I know that this style dress doesn't look great on my body type but I can sometimes make it work with a belt, wand I was able to do that here. High quality like all Halston dresses, but didn't feel as special as some of the others. Very short even on my 5'3" frame.

Dreamy pattern and feel, this designer never disappoints. Drawstring waist gives it a little shape but don't wear this if you want to show off your body. Definitely wear it if you want to make yourself happy. Wish it had pockets, but otherwise perfect.

Large and warm but kind of grungy
I couldn't tell if it was the style or it's been overworn, but it just wasn't as luxe as I was expected. Very warm though, loved the oversized feel (got lots of hugs b/c it basically fit two people). Not flattering but it's not really supposed to be, I don't think even sizing down from my typical L/XL all the way to a S would have made it form fitting.

Beyond gorgeous embroidery and details. Fit mostly TTS but just didn't sit right in the back on me. Worked slightly better when I replaced the slip (it's 2 pieces) with some shapewear, but still not super flattering. Pretty enough that I didn't really care though.

Like many Kate Spade dresses, runs large. Stretchy at shoulders and waist so if in doubt size down. I'm only 5'3" and I usually like short dresses but this one was really pushing it. Pattern was just so-so; the stripes made it preppier than I expected. I actually changed into something else once I got the chance.

Seriously in love with this designer. Color combo is prettier in person; slide slits make it easy to move and lounge around in; this was the first DBO muumuu I've rented that has pockets which was aMAZingly practical. Mostly wore it around the house but had zero problem running errands in it. I find that this designer usually runs large, but this one was TTS; would have loved a little roomier but seriously no complaints. Will definitely rent again.

Love a good lounging kimono but this didn't do it for me

Couldn't zip but makes a pretty skirt
From other reviews I knew I was taking a chance on this actually zipping up, but I also knew I could probably make it work as a skirt. I was right about both. Gorgeous drape and movement, stunning pattern, and delightfully unexpected pockets. I love so many things by this designer and I wish they would get with the times and become more size inclusive.

Ordered up two sizes but still too tight around stomach
Usually a 12/14, ordered up to a 2x based on reviews, but I don't think even a 3x would have fit. I carry most of my weight around my midsection and even though the fabric was stretchy around the sides (which is good for larger ribcages) it just didn't work around my stomach. Loved the fluttery sleeves though, and I'm sure it will look great on others.

One of my favorites to date. Definitely runs large like the reviews say so I took a chance on a M (usually XL), but a large would have been better. Deeply regret not getting a pic twirling around. One of few rentals I totally plan to get again.

Amazingly flattering, comfortable and classy, just runs WAY large. Once I figure out what size works best (possibly even two sizes down) I might just have to buy it. The main reason I RTR is to sustain my ridiculous habit of becoming bored with even the most beautiful clothes by the second time I've worn it, but this would make the cut of earning a coveted spot in my permanent closet. Gorgeous and so unique, but the top just doesn't work for anything larger than an A, maaaaaaybe a B cup. Tried everything...fashion tape, pinning the gap, even pinning the top of the sleeves to try and lift it up, but nothing worked. It wasn't a matter of modesty; it just looked wrong. Would have felt like a goddess if the top was just designed differently. What a bummer.

I know it's not unusual to have to size up 2 sizes for formal dresses, but I would have needed to go up 4 in this one for it to comfortably fit my wife ribcage. Really pretty colors, ruffles and movement, bummed I couldn't wear it. Not sure how high the sizes go but if it comes in a 22 I would try it again. But geez I'm usually a 14.

Obsessed with everything I've rented from this designer. Sometimes I just end up wearing them as a luxe house muumuu and love every minute. I mean why not wear something comfy and gorgeous around the house instead of boring old yoga pants, right? Definitely draws attention but I had zero problem wearing in public. Definitely baggy but the tie string waist gave it some definition. I'm usually a L in her dresses but this one a M would have worked better.

Probably works for many body shapes
Just the right length on me (5'3") with 2 inch wedges. Shape was a little different than most maxis, narrow (but not too narrow even on my wide ribcage) and gradually flares out; but maybe it just felt different because of the thick fabric. I wore it on hot days and wished it was a little thinner but it wasn't bad. Beautiful embroidery, felt more expensive than it is.

Halston never disappoints
I'm not into red but I loved this. The color, fabric and movement were spectacular. Loved the shape of the top and the pleats on the bottom. Didn't end up going to the party I rented it for so I sent it back to free up a spot, but I will definitely get it again for a party or wedding. Even if red usually isn't your color, take a chance on this dress.
