This paired really well with the white madewell jeans. I also wore it with black pants and some skinny green jeans. Very versatile and comfy. I'm by no means an XS, but it was roomy and flowy so the size worked. Wore a black bra under it and had no problems! 

This is a good option for a simple and polished black top. The fabric is silky so you need to re-tie it throughout the day. 
Nothing super "special" about this top but it's a great piece for comfort. Would be perfect for hot weather as it's breathable and very light material 

The top is lovely but the arm holes are huge. And there was a lot of wear on the v neck. 

I loved the design of this shirt. It took me a little while to figure out how to correctly put on the shirt, because the style was new to me. I loved the fit of this shirt and it was perfect for work! I had to wear a black tank top underneath because it's too barring in a formal setting. But I'm sure for an evening event, it would be perfect to wear without a tank underneath. 

This top is cute and comfortable for work, but you'll need to wear a camisole with it because the arms gape a bit. 

Nice material made the top dressy enough for daytime and easily transitioned to after work. Really comfortable, highly recommend for a simple, high-end basic piece! 

The arm wholes show too much but I would rent again for work, just not an event I'd have to worry about my bra showing in a photo.

I don't like the material it feels like a nurses scrub. Tying it to the side makes it look better than in the front

Created a great waistline. Beautiful lightweight fabric. I wore this several times for work and casually. 

This top is flirty and fun and can be work-ready under a sweater or jacked. DVF does it right... every time. 

I should have ordered this to wear in the summer. its rather 'airy' and the sides are kind of open for everyone to see in. Would have been fun for an outdoor event or in the summertime. 

I really liked this, but it felt too complicated so I only wore it once. You also need a cami underneath, as the arm holes are large. It was also pretty long, which I thought wouldn't bother me but it did.  

Cute.  Wouldn't rent again.  It was a lot of work.

Ok, so it's a wrap shirt, and we ladies are used to worrying about gapping in the front, but on this shirt you have to worry about it IN THE BACK! If the shirt isn't properly tied or if it shift, it will show off your BACK FAT. WTH! Yea, obviously didn't wear this one cause there was no need to stress about what would show if I sat down at the office or walked across the office to talk to someone. That could have been so awkward.

Fit well, perfect length and love the tie detail. 

This blouse works like a wrap around.  It is light weight and with the wrap can shift around a bit but kit was fun to wear something different and the lovely V neck showed off my favorite choker necklace nicely.

Can look a bit like a maternity shirt and took a minute to figure out how to put it on.

I was looking for a black top I could dress up or dress down. I liked that this had a tie and was a bit more interesting. Did take a second to figure how it goes on (it remind me of a smock). Upon putting it on I immediately smiled. Wore on a date with my boyfriend who complimented my shirt, venturing around new towns, and even out for drinks with colleagues after a conference. I can adjust just how much peek-a-boo action there is for the lower back depending on the occasion 

It is a bit of a hat trick to put on but so very flattering. I like a shirt that has more coverage below the waist so I ordered one size up and wore a camisole underneath. I wore it to my daughters sporting event and I looked appropriate without being too over the top since I wore it with a pair of jeans. 

You'll need a camisole underneath because of the wide-open, low-cut sleeves.

Amazingly flattering, comfortable and classy, just runs WAY large. Once I figure out what size works best (possibly even two sizes down) I might just have to buy it. The main reason I RTR is to sustain my ridiculous habit of becoming bored with even the most beautiful clothes by the second time I've worn it, but this would make the cut of earning a coveted spot in my permanent closet. Well done Diane. 

Great top -  very elegant yet casual.  I wore a black cami underneath as it can be a little revealing.

even with a large bust the shirt fit great.  I wore a body suit under as the material can slip and show the back.  sexy on some, not me.  :)  

Great shirt for work. Very comfortable and chic top. 

This fits a lot like a smock - a big square of fabric with a neck hole in it. The sash makes the waist and is what covers up your sides. There is also a band of fabric lower down that encircles your waist on the inside of the smock.

It looked really good! It is on the longer and looser side, but very flattering. I wore with jeans, but you could make this work with patterned pants or skirt. It wrinkles like the devil. 

Wore it day to night for a work conference and dinner. Wrinkled slightly but was ok since most of the day and evening was sitting 

Needed an undershirt for the armholes. Otherwise, simple and elegant. Can go formal or casual 

Cute top - runs a little small but very cute!

Amazing fit. It's low cut so be prepared. I wore it on a Sat night so it was fine. It was very flattering. 

This top is beautiful and can be dressed up or down.  I went with jeans and Rothy's flats and received tons of compliments.  It's flattering and hits all the right places.

I would keep this! Super flattering easy to style and unique compared to other black silk tops on the market. Can be dressed up or casual. Agree with other members that armhole is a bit large but shows off my side tattoo with subtle perfection!

I rented this to pair with some statement dress pants (houndstooth print to be exact) and it worked well! I marked it as true to size, but it has a lot of room, so some might say it runs sorta big. 

Nice fit and worked well from office to drinks/dinner afterwards
