Nice work dress!
Great work dress! Pairs nicely with a fitted cardigan if your shoulders need to be covered. Two complaints: 1) I am 5'9" and the dress hit below my knee. If I owned this dress I would get it slightly hemmed. 2) I had to safety pin the top because, while there is an existing dart, you can still see through to your bra from the side as there is a big gap. Again, if I owned this, I would have snaps added.

Gorgeous dress, not the best for pear shapes
I loved everything about the dress but the yoke style just wasn't the most flattering on me (I'm pear shape). Highly recommend, though! The fabric is even more beautiful and bright in person.

Good idea, poor execution
The shirt had potential, but it's very short (even a bit too short for high-waisted pants) and it's so incredibly low cut that there is no style of bra that would work with this top... And if you were to go braless you'd flash everyone when you bend over because it's loose. And a cami would obviously look horrible under this top. I would absolutely love this top if the ties on the front actually tightened the neckline, rather than just hang there for decoration, and if it were at least one inch longer.

Cute dress but not for ladies with booties
Love this dress, but...an 8 would have fit me in the top perfectly but wouldn't have gone over my hips...a 10 was huge on top and still too tight in bottom. This dress is for more straight figured women.

Super cute and stylish dress, but the top was far too big and the bottom was far too tight. Also, I'm 5'8" and found this dress to be a tad longer that I would have hoped (at least compared to the model, who is probably 5'10"). I wouldn't recommend this dress for shorter girls as it will probably look like a maxi.

Fabulous dress but not great for pear shaped ladies
Love this dress - so fun and unique and expensive looking. I wanted to be able to wear it but, unfortunately, it's not the best shape for my figure (I am pear shaped) - if I were to size up the top part of the dress would be far too big.

I sized up in this dress from my usual 8 to a 10 and the top half of this dress fit PERFECT, but the hip area was too tight to even walk. VERY disappointed, as this dress is GORGEOUS and I really love it. I'm worried if I size up to a 12 the top will be too big.

I really like this coat - I felt very chic wearing it and it kept me toasty. I took off one star because the pockets are firmly sewn shut - this poses a problem when you live in the City and walk to work and need a place to keep your hands warm if you're not wearing gloves. Why even put pockets on this coat if they're not functional?

Great bag - super soft leather. Perfect for travel when you need to fit more in your purse but don't want to lug a massive tote. Would love to buy this if it weren't so pricey. FYI - this bag has a magnetic closure, so things may spill out.

Wrinkles easily and arms are huge
The arms on this shirt are awkwardly huge - not long, but wide. This makes for a sloppy fit. I wasn't expecting a super tailored shirt by any means, but this was just weirdly proportioned. The embroidery is pretty, but this shirt would have been great if it was longer and slimmer and didn't wrinkle so easily. I wouldn't recommend it.

Super cute dress!
I feel so classic in this dress - love it! I'm happy the back is not as sheer as I thought...I wore a nude bra with this dress and you couldn't see it at all. I sized up per the recommendation, since I'm hippy, and I'm glad I did. The top and sleeves are a little looser than I'd like but it's still very flattering and cute.

Beautiful bright color, flattering modern fit; it looks great with black cigarette pants for work and I felt it made me look super thin... BUT the fabric is not what I was expecting and I it looked more casual and less sharp than I was hoping for.

Obsessed with this dress!
Beautiful dress and perfect for work. I sized up from my usual medium and the large fit perfectly. This is not a forgiving dress, so if you don't have a flat stomach, size up for a more flattering look. This is also a great dress for tall girls and hits right above the knee, so it's appropriate for the workplace. I received so many compliments and would buy this dress if it weren't so expensive.

Beware the sneaky drop waist
Another sneaky drop waist from Kate Spade...the dress is indicated as a line but that is not true. It fits like a shift until mid hip and then flares out. Super unflattering if you're curvier on bottom and/or don't have a super flat stomach. If you're pear shaped like me, or have a small pooch, order up or don't order it at all.

So disappointing
I was so excited to wear my very first DVF wrap dress...what a disappointment. I ordered up (a size 10) as I usually need to do with any wrap dresses, being pear shaped, but it was WAY too short and tight. I'm starting to get pretty peeved with RTR's sizing recommendations as they're rarely accurate. I also wish they had more tall options...most of the dresses I've rented are entirely too short to be work appropriate and it's hard to tell on the models.

Beautiful top but see-through
I expected to have to wear a cami under this top (before I even saw it in person) based on the color and fabric type, but what I didn't realize is that the lace panels on the front do NOT have fabric behind them - so the two strips of lace on the front are completely see-through and a cami looks weird under this top because of this. Also, the arms are tight. Kate Spade typically runs large for me, not this top...

This top is meh
Cute design and print, nice fabric...but the ties are not as wide as pictured and you either have to wear a cami under this or use fashion tape. It's also quite short. This top might be better suited to petite ladies.

Cute top but runs small
This top is nearly a crop top - it will only work with high waisted pants, unless maybe you're petite. Also, as other reviewers mentioned, the shoulders are very tight and it's hard to put on. However, if I were to order a larger size it would be too larger in the waist. Cute concept, probably won't work for a lot of women.

Pretty print; not really a wrap dress
I really like this dress but, unfortunately, I need a larger size. I could have worn the medium, but it showed off every crack and crevice on my stomach and bottom (nothing some Spanx wouldn't fix, but I'd prefer not to have to wear Spanx during the summer heat). However, the main reason I did not wear this dress is because it arrived without the tie (which is not attached to the dress). Overall, I will probably re-rent this dress in a large.

Pros: Chic, class and flattering - I received a ton of compliments. Cons: Buttons gap at the chest - I would have sized up but then it would have been larger everywhere else. But, nothing a little fashion tape couldn't fix.

Super cute dress - not forgiving.
LOVE this dress. It's even cuter in person...but the the cut of the top half of the dress isn't the most flattering. The top is very snug and made from a sweater-like material, and it doesn't lay smooth at the back because it hits below the smallest part of the waist. I'm 5'8" and pear-shaped and wear an 8 in dresses and pants. I think this dress is best suited for long waisted ladies or women even taller than me. Or, maybe size up.
