Super soft and comfy material. Can be worn with multiple bottoms but paired here with another RTR find - La Petite Robe do Chiara Boni, Blue Crop Stretch Pants. Cuffs at slightly tight and I have very petite wrists so be ware if your wrists are on the larger size. 

I loved the details of the stitching, tie and bright colorful pattern of this blouse. Pairs well with black pants and if very comfortable. The only thing I found is that the sleeves (when your arm is bent) feel a little short. It helps to wear a bracelet or watch to help cover your exposed wrists. 

Very pretty shirt, but mine was damaged at the neckline and also a little extra work with figuring out the neck tie.

Beautiful blouse, the colors are so vibrant! This top was great for work tucked into a black pencil skirt. I wore a black cami under as it is a bit low cut, but the neck tie also covers that. I was very tempted to keep this one! 

Perfect for work, except for the boob gap. The buttons are a little far apart, creating a gap in an unfortunate spot. I would size up, mainly for the chest area and shortness of sleeves. 

I needed a shirt for a photoshoot. This was perfect - loved the colors, the neckline, the shape of it. Highly recommend!

It fits beautifully and is not too low cut for work. I love the fabric and the tie.

I rented this for a conference and got a ton of compliments. Even a few from random men. Great quality and fit. My only complaint is that the top button keeps coming undone. I finally had to track down a safety pin so i stopped flashing people. Its a bit low cut but the tie helps cover that area.

I love this blouse!  I wore it with a black pencile skirt and heels; very classic office look. The sleeves are a little short so I unnuttoned and turned the cuff up which worked fine. I have very long arms so it was probably more a me issue than the shirt. 

This blouse is lovely.  It fit and felt wonderful.  Runs true to size as described.   I took off one star because of signs of wear.  Some buttonholes appear to be slightly stretched and kept coming unbuttoned.  Overall, I loved the blouse and enjoyed wearing it. 

Lovely, 19-week bump friendly blouse. The material is soft, flowy and rich. The pattern and colors are beautiful. Great blouse for the office! 

This was a great shirt for work with fun colors. Loved the pattern and fit. Great to wear in winter when you need fun colors to brighten things up! 

Loved the silky material on this blouse. I wore it mainly for work, but would be cute with dressy jeans for a night out. I particularly liked the bow detail at the neckline. Only negative- buttons are very, very thin "shell" style. A button on the cuff literally broke in half as i was putting it on for the first time! Other than that- beautiful blouse! 

I love a good quality dress shirt and this was it!  Fabric is super soft and cut was very flattering.  I am petite so the sleeve and shirt length was a perfect fit on me.  The colors are amazing and the cute tie added a nice touch.  I wore it to work with black slacks and heels.  Got lots of compliments and inquiries as to where I got it.  Will definitely keep this for a little longer.  Wish I can purchase it but unfortunately my budget won't allow it.

I have to echo what others said about the fit. It seems like someone stretched out the chest part making the button pop open. This led me to having my chest exposed accidentally throughout the day. The bow covers it but not enough.  The rest of the top fit well. Everyone complimented me on it although I think it's just because I never wear bright colors.

I love this shirt! I was worried it would be low cut but the bow ties perfectly to hide any cleavage. I had so many compliments and would love to keep this one in my closet.

I love this top. I will actually probably purchase at some point. If you have a larger chest the blouse can pull a bit between the buttons. I used a safety pin to keep everything in place. 

Loved this! Some cute details I didn't notice until I had it in person, including some detail stitching on the cuffs. I had to wear a black tank under it as it's quite low cut, which I did not notice when I rented it. Good closet piece for work or going out.

Not sure if I've ever had so many compliments on a shirt! Loved the style~ I could've sized down to a small but it was fine for a few hours. I loved this and felt confident in it~ and Trina turk liked my Instagram photos in it:)))

Rented this shirt for work and found it every weird - the shoulders, the cuffs, and the tie at the neck were all just a little too funky. However, I got tons of unsolicited compliments, so I guess everyone else loved it. Nice print and fabric. 

I really love the colors and the feel of this blouse. Although it's long-sleeved I think it's light enough that you can wear it all seasons. I did wear a black came under it because it's a little low cut but the bow hides that from view. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because it runs short both in length and the arms, and this is the first shirt from RTR that I've found that with. You will want to pair it with a jacket or roll up the sleeves, and wear a cami otherwise your arms may look a little strange and people may see your side/back/stomach in certain positions. I would rent it again though!

I really liked this blouse for work. It was comfortable and the colors made me really happy. The only downside was that for some reason the top button kept unbuttoning itself without me noticing and I did show a little too much to my all male crew by accident. The good thing was that the bow I made with the tie helped cover my chest when this happened. 

Beautiful print and really lovely details on this blouse. The shoulders have a lovely, delicate stitching detail and the fabric feels great on your skin. The pussy bow doesn't stay tied if you've got a cross-body bag or a jacket that runs on it a lot (the fabric is quite smooth) but it's easy enough to re-tie. Hanging on to it even longer to take it to a conference!

I ordered the medium. I figured if it was too big I could still pull it off...  fit pretty well. I probably could have gotten away with the small. Overall the shirt was exactly what I wanted and expected. 

This blouse is so pretty! Fits well, though could be a smidge longer in the sleeves and gaps a little bit at the boobs area but not noticeable because of the tie (I also wore a light tank underneath so it didn't matter). Lots of compliments! A great winter to spring piece!

Loved this blouse! Great colors, greats style. Without the bow covering would have been too low for work but once tied that is not an issue. The sleeves are tighter at the wrist and shoulders, fit perfect on my short arms. Wouldn't have changed a thing about this top. Wore it to church and to brunch as well. Loved!
