Cute and flattering
It was a bit long waisted in the back for me but I still liked it, size up if you have a butt bc the waist detail is supposed to sit a little lower on the hips than it sat on me.

Cute but impossibly short
Loved the shape and textile but it was way too short for me. Wouldn't have been able to move my arms at all without exposing myself fully. My mom who is 5'2" borrowed it and looked adorable in it! Great if you are petite but not even workable if you are taller than 5'4".

Stunning, very high slits
I actually took a video I was hoping to use because the movement on these pants is stunning. Super soft luxe material with a wrap on the legs that can leave your whole leg exposed up to a very risky level when sitting or crossing a windy street. Regardless I was totally obsessed and loved wearing them. Exactly the kind of item RTR exists for.

Very cute, very large
Rented this to WFH in--looks great on Zoom! But I am normally between a 6 and an 8, rented the 44R, and while the shoulders fit, the waist was absolutely huge and as a result the belt looked kind of sloppy. I think you could fix it if you used a thicker cinch belt, but it wasn't a good fit at all for me. Totally worked for my purposes, but in the future when what's below shoulder level is something people see, I think this probably isn't the dress for someone with a smaller waist.

Too big but fun dress
I almost wore this but I realized the neoprene wasn't lying flat on me because there was just too much of it, which added bulk at my waist. If you're an hourglass I definitely recommend sizing down. Otherwise I know this dress would be great if it fit. Fun fabric and neckline, very high quality.

Incredible workmanship, Size down
Love love loved this dress when it came out of the bag--incredibly gorgeous detail and but it was just too big at the waist and made me look frumpy. Even when I belted there was too much extra fabric. I'm super curvy and always order a 6 but often have to size up for my big boobs and hips, but I'd be interested to try the 4 in this. The under layer was much tighter but I think there could be room. Definitely get this dress but size down for sure, maybe 2 sizes down if you are not curvy.

great jumpsuit--fit over my thunder thighs!
I loved this jumpsuit. I have a ton of issues getting my thighs to fit in most jumpsuits and they totally fit in this one. I felt like it was totally forgiving and flattering. Loved it.

Super chic dress--more silver than white
Very forgiving, great shape and chic detailing at the waist. I wore it for Christmas Eve at my house and it managed to look great while I went through all the hosting duties, from cooking to sitting on the floor to dancing. Totally chic and appropriate--would be too bridal to wear to a wedding but very versatile for any other winter event!

Great cocktail look!
Loved wearing this dress--the drawbacks are what you might expect from a leather top--It was a bit tight around the arms and felt stiff and hot, but I thought it was totally worth it. Would not recommend for an event that would be crowded or warm though. Leather has more of a metallic silver tone than the greyish you see online but I really liked the look of it and it made it more formal for my event. The skirt fabric was thin and kind of lackluster but I thought it didn't matter too much given how chic the top was.

Gorgeous fit, but the bottom is not finished like in the picture
I loved the dress overall, it's true to size and beautiful. I rented this using unlimited for aa dress that is coming up so i am going to order a long and wear heals in hopes that dress is better. This one looked like it had been hacked off at the bottom instead of preserving the scallop hem that is pictured on the website. I get that it's hard to shorten things but there are ways of preserving hems and normally it seems like RTR does that. Definitely disappointing but still a nice dress.

Great sundress--colors really pop!
I wore this to go wine tasting with some of my girlfriends. The day turned out to be freezing, so that was too bad, but not the dress' fault! I carry most of my weight in the hips so the usual size 6 might be kind of misleading for a dress like this, but I'm a 32D and the size 2 was by far better than the 4, so smaller busted girls might want to keep that in mind. Overall, a really fun and tasteful dress for a summer party, wedding, or outing!

Not flattering on hippy girls
This dress fit, but it didn't do anything for me. My boobs looked small and my hips looked huge. It looks GORGEOUS on a lot of other people, so by all means, give it a try, but if you're pear shaped, I recommend getting a backup in a different style. (I loved the Marchesa ballgown I ended up wearing instead!)

Very tight arm holes
I have worn a lot of Lela rose dresses with full skirts and always found them to run large on top and worn a size two. This one was much too tight in the arm holes and around my chest. Loved the dress and detail but I should have sized up.

Beautiful conservative dress
Just got this dress for my valentine's day date and wanted to review the fit for other women even though I haven't worn it out yet. I am going to wear the 10, which was listed as a 4 on the website. Usually my top half is a 2 and my bottom half is a 6 or 8, so I expected to have to wear 12/6 the but this dress worked in the 10/4. It was a bit tight through the hips in that size, but defined my waist and fit well in the top. It looked huge in the 6 and the real issue was that there wasn't any definition around my waist. If you are between sizes on this dress and you are looking for a sexier look. I recommend sizing down. It would be lovely on an older women or for a more conservative event in the other size. Cape is super fun!

Absolutely adorable but not too comfortable
I absolutely loved the look of this dress. The shiny quilted fabric felt really high quality and it was different from any other dress I have worn. I am very pear shaped and ordered the 2 and the 4. I wore the 2. The skirt was straighter on me than it was in the picture due to my wide hips, but it covered them up and was a really tasteful NYE choice. I have weird posture in the photo which makes it look like it stuck out in the tummy but that was a fluke--it was really flattering all night. Like another reviewer mentioned, the seams around the arms and waist are very stiff and uncomfortable, which is why this dress doesn't get a 5, but I would absolutely recommend it for any winter event other than that!

Good for someone with a long torso
Loved the fabric and color of this dress but the proportions were off for me. The distance between the strap and the top of the bodice was longer on the dress than on my body, which made the strap stick out in a funny way. It was also very fairly loose on the top and too tight on the bottom. I have worn the one shoulder Preen dreses and they have worked better for me, but this dress would be great on someone who was taller than 5'8" and had a long torso and big bust. The fabric would definitely hide a tummy if that is something you are worried about.

Beautifully made but tight in the hips
This dress is really well constructed and made out of a great hot pink wool crape. The color was a little less shiny that online and it looked great. Unfortunately I had to size up to an 8 to get it over my big hips and it was way too large in the waist and shoulder so I had to go with a backup. It would be a knockout on someone with the right body type.

Nice dress but I didn't have the shoulders for it
I rented this in a 42 for a party. I have worn a 40 in other Missoni so I expected that this dress would be on the larger side but the 42 was definitely the right size for me. It was tight everywhere and I think it fit correctly but unfortunately didn't look awesome on my pear shaped body, although it definitely fit. I think this would be a great dress on someone with bigger shoulders than I have--it really emphasized my hips in a way that made my top half look way too small. The colors were also less vibrant than I had hoped. All in all a great summery dress for someone with broad shoulders who doesn't want to make too bold a statement.

Princess Grace Dress
I loved this dress. I wore it to a black tie gala for an organization that had just elected me to the board. It felt really sophisticated and appropriate at the event--not just good for prom or wedding related stuff! I was nervous about the color but I think it was perfect on my very light skin tone. The fit was great, although the layer under the tulle skirt was tighter than I had anticipated. I barely noticed a difference between the 4 and the 6 but went with the 6 because of this.

Not as good as I expected
I liked this dress but I thought that it would be better based on the pictures. It fit great through the body and top on the corset under layer but I thought that the fabric on top and highness of the waist ended up adding bulk and making me look larger. It's definitely a gorgeous dress and is made beautifully with incredible fabric. If you are nervous about adding extra to your body it might not be the best choice.

Fun sassy party dress
This dress was a really fun dress for a christmas party. The skirt is super fun and full and it runs bigger in the body. The skirt is pretty short so if you are taller than I am you might want to find a longer dress. I loved wearing this dress to the Christmas party I went to and it would be great at a daytime wedding or party in the summer too.

Great dress, order a size down in backup
I liked this dress but it was just too big so I didn't end up wearing it. It fits on the larger side through the middle and chest area but it is truly beautiful fabric and a beautiful color. It is very light weight which is great and would be wonderful for the summer, but it is just the fabric, no boning or anything structured. The skirt is also less full than I expected because there isn't any extra fabric to add fullness. It is also REALLY long even in the R. My friend ended up wearing the dress and it looked great on her so I added a picture of her in it. She normally wears an 8 and is wearing the 6R.
