Wedding Shower Guest
I rented this for my sister-in-law's wedding shower. It was perfect for the setting - a light fabric for a summer day.

Evening Work Event
I wore this to a fundraising event at work - and paired it with a collar-less blazer. It was perfect! The color of the skirt is wonderful - and it has pockets! It was a little tight through the ribs/waist, but not crazy small. I would definitely rent this one again! (Forgot to take a picture until we were leaving/in the parking garage... Oops!)

Formal Summer Wedding
I rented this for a more formal (but not black-tie) summer wedding. The fabric is gorgeous - it is a thicker fabric, which I loved. I paired with pewter shoes. It runs fairly true to size, but the waist is a little smaller than most.

I love this one!
I rented this for a family fall wedding. It was great - good fit and classic style. I love that I could wear a regular bra with it! Will definitely be keeping this in mind for future events!

Fall Wedding Perfection!
I rented this for a Sunday evening fall wedding. It was so much fun, tons of sparkles and I received lots of compliments! It paired perfectly with opaque tights and heels. The fit was true to size - both sizes that I ordered fit, but opted for the 10 (larger size) for a little extra room. The pockets were a great bonus! I will definitely rent this (or the version in blue!) again!

I rented this for a friend's wedding in August - and it was perfect!! The color was gorgeous - and I paired it with silver and diamond jewelry and multi colored heels. The lace fabric looked delicate, but it was sturdy enough that I wasn't worried about anything ripping, etc. I just loved this dress, and will definitely rent again at some point! The overall fit was great - the top was a little big in the chest, but the rest of the fit was excellent. I don't think I could have sized down. (I'm normally an 8, and wore the 8... I had gotten a 10 as a back-up.)

Perfect for a Birthday Brunch!
This was actually a last-minute back-up that Rent the Runway was able to overnight me, after my original option came with a defective zipper. (Thank you for the AMAZING customer service!!) This had been on my shortlist,s so was glad it was available as a back-up! I wore it for my mom's 60th birthday brunch - and it was perfect! While it fits true to size, it's definitely a tighter fit at the top (but, I wouldn't say it runs small) - I have a small chest, so didn't have any problem with it. I was comfortable, and loved the way it looked. I would consider renting this again for a shower, or some other less formal occasion.

Perfect for a wintery wedding - I didn't want to send it back!
I wore this to a wedding on March 19 - but, it was a cold day with snow flurries all day/night. This dress was perfect! Like the other reviews have said, it's a heavier fabric, so great for this weird in-between winter/spring time of year. I loved everything about this dress: the style, the color and the fit. The size 8 fit perfectly, the cut of the skirt was generous enough for my still-not-quite-gone-post-baby belly, while fitting perfectly everywhere else. (It's the first time I've fit into a size 8 since my son was born last March... It was VERY exciting to not need the larger back-up size!) I would highly recommend this dress - and I'm keeping it in mind for future rentals as well.

Perfect for a wedding guest!
I rented this for a friend's wedding in October - and I LOVED it! I love the color and style - I hated to send it back. The fabric weight was perfect for an evening fall wedding. (Photo includes my sister who rented a Badgley Mischika for the wedding.) At that point, I was still working off weight from my post-pregnancy, so I couldn't fit into the 10 - but my back-up size 12 was perfect! (It was a little roomy through the natural waist, but the hips and bust were perfect!)

Perfect for a summer rehearsal dinner!
I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding, and rented this dress and the accompanying necklace for the rehearsal dinner. It was perfect - the color and style of the dress are so cute, classic and not overly-formal. The size 10 fit great (even a little roomy), and I got a ton of compliments on the outfit. I would definitely recommend this dress!

I wore this to my nephew's baptism - and it was perfect for the daytime event!
I ordered the 10 and 12 - because I was nervous about the sleeves. And, definitely needed the 12. So, if you don't have super slender arms, just be aware! (I wore a sweater with it, because it was a little chilly that day - but would have been happy to not wear one!) Overall, it was a great fit, I loved the way it looked, and got a bunch of compliments. I would definitely recommend this!
