Love, not too heavy and super cute!

Perfect for family photos

Shimmering on the dance floor!
This dress was perfect for a semi-formal winter wedding. The sequin details on the sleeves were the perfect touch to elevate this LBD. Material was thicker, which was great for January, and I paired with a pair of black tights and booties so the longer dress length that others noted was not a problem. Great, great dress for the price. Would rent again!

Amazing dress - didn't want to send it back!
I wore this dress to a friend's cocktail NYE party, and unfortunately never took a photo that wasn't completely dark. Of the many, many items I have rented from RTR this was by far my favorite (something about a sleek, classic dress cannot be beat). Great leather trim, and a leather belt strip. I found the knotch cut of the skirt flattering and fun. A lot of dress for a great price!
My parents hosted a brunch engagement party over the Thanksgiving weekend. I wanted to have a great dress that was not too "dressy", and this one really fit the bill. It is definitely on the conservative side, it fell right above my knee, but for me and this event it was really great, and I toned it down even more with tights and flats. There was some wrinkling of the black belt across the front of the dress as others mentioned, but it was not something I really noticed. I got a lot of compliments. It was a great, fun, comfortable dress.

Flattering, Amazing Color
Rented this for an early fall wedding in New England, was a perfect selection. The material was thick and created a spanx-like effect. I got so many compliments on the dress, and particularly how flattering it was to my figure. I am small chested so no bra was necessary, the back may or may not support a regular bra. Wish I had a better photo, but I always forget to take a full length shot! As others notes, the slit is much smaller on the dress than it appears in the model photo, but I personally liked that for a wedding.

Cute, But Not My Favorite
The dress kind of fell flat for me. It is a really deep Christmas color red, and I felt like the skirt was a little "poofier" than pictured (I felt like a cupcake). Material was thick, high quality (which was good because I rented in for my birthday in February) but just felt like it was missing something. Didn't have the "it" factor I was looking for. The 40 worked well for my body type.

Beautiful dress, with only a few things I didn't like...
Of all my rentals, this wasn't my favorite, but it is still a great dress. My two biggest complaints were the material of the skirt wrinkled really easily and it was a long day so I felt kind of messy by the end of the reception (though the color is dark so it wasn't as noticeable on the dimly lit dance floor) and the dress was a little shorter than I was anticipating (my fault, it does look short on the model). The color is beautiful, the detailing on the neckline is beautiful (I should have worn my hair up!) and it was fun to dance in. Overall 4 stars seems fair :)

I would give anything to own this dress!
This is by far my favorite rental ever. I rented this for a country concert/night out with the boyfriend for our 3 year anniversary. I am not sure if the lighting in our hotel did this beauty any justice, but the way it sparkled and shined made me feel like a million bucks. The fit was slightly big on top for me, I am particularly small chested, but I just swapped out for a slightly more padded bra (haha) and I think it worked great. I have read others say that they wanted to go out and purchase the dress after renting -- and now I totally understand. Fun bonus: I posted this photo on Instagram and Trina Turk herself liked it! A night I won't forget :)

Fun necklace
Rented it to wear with the Trina Turk "Walk Like an Egyptian" dress after I saw a few previous renters wear the dress with yellow accessories. As another renter of this necklace mentioned its more neon yellow than canary yellow and the beads are plastic -- but I think it worked really well and was sad to send it back.

Classic, beautiful dress - may run a bit small
Unfortunately the only picture I have that shows the full dress is one where I am not smiling (it was just super bright and not at all an indication of my love for this outfit)! This dress is gorgeous, light weight, and stays wrinkle free during a long day of wedding activities and dancing. I normally wear a size 2 but I have worn size 0 in other Trina Turk dresses so I went with the 0 -- if I could do it again I would have ordered up a size. Like others mention it is tight in the chest and arm hole area, even for someone who doesn't have the largest chest (like me). Overall just a great dress.

Easy, bright, beautiful
I wore this dress to an outdoor country wedding in July in Kentucky. I was super concerned about keeping cool while being respectful of the ceremony and staying covered up. This dress was perfect. I got so many compliments, it was easy to dance in, and I felt dressy without being overdressed. It didn't hurt that the color popped against the colors the bride chose for her reception! I find that Lily dresses run a little big, so I ordered a size down which was perfect, and the material was topnotch, as one would expect. Loved it.

Perfect summer dress
Wore this for an outdoor summer rehearsal dinner, like all Lily dresses it runs small. I think what impressed me most was just the high quality feel of the dress and the materials, all while being super comfortable. It was the perfect dress and the only regret I had was when I dropped it off in the mail on the way home.

My date couldn't stop telling me how stunning I looked.
This dress is really quite beautiful while not being over the top. it was great for an afternoon, late summer wedding, and the bow detail gave it a little fun flair. The top is a very pale pink, but I didn't feel like it washed me out which was a slight concern. I rented both the 0 and the 2 and I ended up wearing the 0. My only complaint was that the larger size was definitely too roomy on top for me, while the smaller size had much smaller armholes that kind of pinched and occasionally created "armrolls". Overall I loved the dress and it was perfect for dancing the day away in (as evident by the sweaty mess of a picture). So many compliments, and my boyfriend actually told me I should buy the dress he liked it so much.

Adorable and spacious!
I rented this clutch to go with two Lily dresses that I had rented for a summer wedding in Kentucky (I figured I would stay on brand!). The clutch was a little bigger than I anticipated, which was a good thing! It fit my keys, mascara wand, lipgloss, and iPhone without a problem. The seashell detail was adorable. The woven look was chic. Couldn't say enough nice things about a bag.
