Twirl Worthy
I put true to size because I wouldn't say it runs large either, but its slightly bigger than true to size though. The dress is well made and the material is heavy enough for Fall, Winter, and early Spring events. I am a full 32D and I didn't wear a bra with it because with one I felt a little too boobilicious, but I also felt supported enough without one. I wore gold accessories and shoes. Overall I felt great in the dress and liked the way it fit. If you're busty and looking for a strapless dress this is the one for you.

The lace is pretty and the romper was easy to wear
I think the romper runs a little small so I had to size up especially if you are busty. The lace is really pretty in person and silky to the touch - not scratchy which is great. I would have given it 5 stars, but I gave it 4 as it would have been better is the sleeves were more fitted.

Witchy Woman - A great take on the LBD
I wore the dress for Halloween and it fit well, never lost its shape, and the sequin cap sleeves made the dress a fun take on the LBD. I don't have anything negative to say about it.

Subtle sexy
This was a fun dress to wear and men responded well to it. I received several compliments from both friends and strangers. It was easy to wear, the material had a good thickness to feel supported without the heat, and it has a decent amount of stretch so if you are on the fence about sizing you could order a size down easily. I wore the 0 as the sheer sleeves were a better fit with the smaller dress size, than the 2. It photo'd really well when flashes were used too!

The back up dress ended up being the dress I wore. Gorgeous Dress!!
I wore this for a gala and received compliments all night. The pictures do not do it justice; its a pretty navy blue color and the tulle design and texture makes it gorgeous. The lining of the dress was perfect in length wearing the regular with 3inch heels, but the outer tulle layer is a couple inches longer. It required to be lifted when walking or you'll step on it. It was comfortable and fun to wear! My only regret was having to return it :)

I didn't wear it, but it had potential
The event was a Gala to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes (JDRF). I liked the dress and it zipped up just fine, but the torso on the dress was an inch too long for me so it bunched. Since it didn't lay well it didn't have a good "fit look" to it on me. I tried it on with 3 inch heels and it was probably close to an inch too long on me. It has a built in bustier so it doesn't require a bra with it as you feel supported and the dress doesn't shift either.

I tried it on with 3 inch heels and it was probably close to a couple inches too long on me. What is nice is you can wear a regular bra with it depending on bra style.

Perfect LBD!!
I wore this dress while in Vegas and it was a perfect LBD for a night out to a show and dinner. It was very comfortable to wear - note it does have some stretch too. I wore with a strapless bra and all the cut outs were placed appropriately for it. I went basic with the accessories - silver hoops and black booties. The dress was fun enough it didn't need much more. This is another dress I wish I owned.

This was my back up dress and it turned out I didn't need it.
I have always been curious about Herve and although I wasn't in love with this dress I am still willing to try other styles. It was definitely fitted though the hips and chest as it should be, but it squeezed my waist just enough to make me feel uncomfortable in it.

Never too old for sparkle
I wore the dress for a night out in Vegas. The small perfectly and I felt sexy in it. This is a dress I would love to own and have hanging in my closet for the Go-To Beyonce "Freak'em Dress". The best part was I could wear a normal bra with it.

Sparkle, more Sparkle, and Sexy
I wore this for a Black Tie Casino event at a local museum. It fit perfect and wore well. The back of the dress is more open than the picture of the model on the website, but I was ok with it. If it fits well I promise it may feel like it might, but it will not slip off the shoulders! My friend wore a RTR sparkle dress as well and all night long we heard "sparkle" related comments. Men really do get distracted by shiny things haha.

I loved the back of the dress
Other reviews were right in the fact the dress is less dressy in person, but it was perfect to wear to a friend's birthday dinner. The size 0 fit, but was a teeny tight so I wore the size 2 which was a little big but more comfortable. Other than being in between sizes in this dress I have no complaints and it was fun to wear. The cut outs in the back received several compliments through out the night too.

The perfect girlie dress
Although both the 0 and 2 fit, I wore the 2 instead as it had more length in the torso and I preferred it more as it seemed to have a more grown up feel than the 0 did. It fit great and I received compliments all night long. My friends said they felt the dress was made for me (gotta love loyalty). I am normally not a panty hose kind of girl (tights yes, but pantyhose…eck). However I wore jet black sheer panty hose with black patent leather round toe pumps and the Stella and Dot pearl necklace and it gave it just the right classic old hollywood feel I loved. I would recommend this dress!

Any reason to get dressed up....
I wore this dress for a photo shoot to hep out a friend practicing lighting with a new lens (yes I realize I am not a model), but I owed him one. The dress fit perfectly, the color was perfect for Summer, and the lace texture is even better in person. I recommend this dress 100%.

Overall I am pleased with the dress. I didn't give it 5 stars because it was a little big on me. I added the belt to keep the waist of the dress closer to my waist; otherwise the weight of the skirt dragged it down. I am 5'3" and I wore 3in gold strappy heels and the dress was about 2 inches too long. I would either recommend higher heels or a taller frame. I received several compliments on the dress though and it worked well for an evening wedding.

I wore this dress to a Juvenile Diabetes Gala. Of all the dresses I've worn in my lifetime, there isn't one thing I would change about this dress b/c there wasn't one thing that didn't fit perfectly about it. It fit like a glove and was super easy to wear. I wore the 0Regular with 4in black patent leather peep toe shoes and silver sparkling accessories. I got comments anywhere from I looked like a porcelain doll to I could be a character in the Great Gatsby. I would definitely rent this dress again. My friend also did RentTheRunway for this event and is with me in one of the pictures.

Fun dress to twirl in!!
The dress fit perfectly until I wore the wrong bra. You can wear a regular bra style with this dress, but the straps have to be thin. I wore my thin strap bra, but the cup gives just enough of a lift that I felt the need to tug down the front of the dress on and off throughout the night. But apparently no one noticed as I received several compliments on the dress throughout the night! Other than the bra issue (and that is more a personal preference and not necessarily directed at the dress) the dress fit and felt wonderfully everywhere else. I did tie the tie belt backwards as I liked how the fading looked in front of the dress. I also have a short torso so having the tie in the front with the slight flare of the top made me look a little dumpy - turned it to the back and it was a nice quick fix. Great dress for a Spring/Summer wedding!!

The dress is prettier in pictures and I was unimpressed with the fit.
The fit was weird as the hip area was tight, but the waist was loose. I think the dress looks better in pictures than it does in person. I was unable to wear either size and had to return the dresses unworn.

This was my back up, but given an opportunity I would rent this for event for real.
I typically wear a 0 in dresses and received this dress in size 2 since it was sent as a back up due to order problems on my original back up dress size. However, of course I tried the dress on and realized if I paired it with a belt it worked well and you didn't notice the dress was big. It actually looked very Mad Men. I tried both a thick black belt (which I would have worn with it), but I also tried it with a skinny red belt and it looked VERY 50's wife. I would definitely rent this dress in the future as it was prettier in person than how it appears online.

A fun and simple dress.
I wore this to a wine tasting in November. The fit was perfect to my frame. The length hit at mid-thigh which was a good length to pair with tights as it still kept the appeal. The dress color is more teal in person which was a pleasant surprise as it looks more blue on the RTR website. Overall I recommend this dress and even with the simplicity it was girl and fun!

I felt beautiful and girlie in this dress!! It was so hard to return it!!
I wore this dress to celebrate my birthday. It wonderfully and I loved every second in this dress. I received TONS of compliments from friends and even strangers. The cut of the dress was very feminine and the deep V in the back felt sexy. Since reviews count, if I had to change one thing I wish the top of the dress was an inch shorter. I am 5'3" and most leg so I have a short torso which caused the top of the dress to bunch slightly in the shoulder/shoulder blade area depending on my posture, but it wasn't enough to ruin the experience. The cut and make of the dress made it easy to wear it bra-less and I still felt supported. I would gladly rent this dress again.

The dress fit like it was made for me and the color was so vibrant.
I wore this dress for a Breast Cancer Gala and it was perfect for the event. I received tons of compliments on this dress. Aside from the length of the dress (I am 5'3" so it hit at my knees), it fits and looks like it does on the model from the picture on the website. I typically wear a Size 0, but the dress seemed to run small so I wore the 2. The fit was so perfect that I didn't need to wear a bra with it and I still felt supported. I would recommend this dress.

I wore this dress for an outside southern wedding in 100 degrees in July. Although heat is heat and sweat has to be an option in 100 degrees this dress never showed anything. It wore well, felt breezy, and I received tons of compliments. It was a great choice!!
