I have never worn a pant suit because I'm not a fan of them but this was an amazing and entirely different take on the pant suit. I rented this for a graduation and was so in love. Normally wear a size 4- but based on the reviews sized up to a 6. Anytime I see the word French I panic. I could've worn a 4... But am not entirely sure how it would fit since I didn't get a back up size. I'm a 34d and had a lot of room in chest and it was smaller in the bottom- but I still had plenty of room. The inner bustier really did some good as well. Food for thought on coloring- No one believed me when I said this outfit was navy.. It is quite dark. You will not be sorry if you rent this. Sad I didn't get a better pic

One of the best dresses I've rented. I put a black top under it to wear to work. Everyone was obsessed. Everyone. Fit so well and was just adorable. Very flattering and a thicker material. Does not run small fit wise like I'm told most Elizabeth and James does. This is my first Elizabeth and James experience and I just rented two more bc I love it so much. The dress was one the shorter size and the hem was falling is my only small complaint. The quality assurance for rent the runway has failed a few times as of late.

Rented this through my unlimited subscription and the small was the only size available. I was hesitant because of reviews but tried it anyways. I'm 5'3" and the shorts came barely over my cheeks. Wasn't a fan of the slit in the sleeves either. But it is made of nice material. I think if I could've gotten a bigger size I would've gone with it.

I picked this dress out for Valentines. It definitely is form fitting and holds you in the right places. When I checked myself in the mirror my boobs were NOT out the way they are in the picture. I was too embarrassed to post the picture on Facebook. But I do wear a 34d and should've known from the other reviews they were gonna show off. But I didn't expect them to fall out because you feel very tucked in everywhere in the dress. So just be aware. This is my first experience with Herve Leger and will likely rent another one.

My boyfriend actually picked this dress out for me. Glad he did! I thought the back would be my favorite part but the high slit was a head turner. Like a lot of girls I was a little worried about wearing this to a wedding.. But it did not push the envelop. Very comfortable and easy to wear. I was able to wear without a bra and the piece on the stomach is very flattering. I wore this to a December wedding and it worked perfectly.

I wish I had a better picture. The fur is SO soft and smelled wonderful (whoever had this before me smelled like heaven)... I wanted to marry this thing!!! I wore this with a black and gold badgley mischka formal mermaid dress (that I obviously rented as well). The event was a military ball in December. The shrug was shorter- I was considering it for a backless dress next weekend and glad I didn't get it for that, because it never would have covered the cut out. This shrug gave such an added glamour and a sort of winter enchantment to my outfit. I'm going to track this down and buy it!! Definitely rent. Fits true to size.

I wore this dress to a military ball in December. I rented a white fur shrug to go over it and I loved the pairing (although it's not pictured here). The dress is shorter and runs small. I'm 5'3.5" and the dress skimmed the ground when I was barefoot. I had no dressy flats to wear with it and it was off the ground with all my heels. I sized up to a 6 and it fit perfectly. The gold embellishment is a little muted in person and does quiet pop the way I though it would. However, this is the most comfortable formal I've ever put on. No trouble walking AT ALL. I felt like I could run a marathon in this. Of course I got lots of compliments (per usual with rtr rentals) and the dress photographs well. I would definitely recommend.

This romper was as I expected, a little short and fit true to size. It almost seemed like it needed a belt or something to it... However id seen the pictures of girls who did this and knew it didn't photograph well that way.. But after seeing it in person I understood why they did this. Bold ring. I rented w the necklace and dress shown in the pic. Didn't end up wearing the dress because it was too big and the ring didn't match my back up dress. These clip ons aren't too heavy and my ears didn't start to bother me till about 5 hours in ( which is significantly longer than I usually last with clip ons). Rented this for my boyfriends basic training graduation. He loved the dress and I think was disappointed it wasn't mine for keeps. I did not have the problem with the back falling that most people did, but I think it's because I wore the smaller size. Note on this, the stomach area looked fine from the front so I wore the smaller size. The print of the dress camouflaged the fact that it was too tight.. So when I saw pictures of me from the side, it was literally the biggest my tummy has looked. So make sure you check all angles. Also, the hem hung a little weird. As others have said, it's a different type of material than you'd expect... Like a pillowcase. Overall, it was a good choice. Photographs very well. You'll love the back.

I rented this for my boyfriends Army family day, which also happened to be my birthday. Hadn't seen my boyfriend in 10 weeks and needed the perfect dress. This did the trick! I didn't have the problem with the straps other people had- but did have a problem with the functionality of the zipper and the dress was semi faded. I normally wear a 4 and sometimes a 2- wore a 2 and it was perfect to keep me in place. Also other people had written about the smallness in the chest- I'm a 34d and was fine. The back, ladies, the back is awesome!!! Paired with silver blingy jewelry. The first thing my bf said to me was "that's a nice dress".. So mission accomplished.. Which it was mine for keeps.
