Fit is a little strange up top but everything else about the dress was PERFECT. I am completely in love with it. Complements from well dressed strangers on the street. 

I usually wear between a 2 and a 4 and chose to wear the 2 in this dress. It was very comfortable, the fabric is thick, which give it good texture. The back is great! I am 5'8" and it was short (but not too short) on me. 

This was by far my favorite rental. I paired it with black open toe shoes and a black clutch with gold and grey jewelry. The open back was my favorite part. 

I wore this to a baby shower and then a graduation party. It was perfect for the weather and SO comfortable. I wore the smaller size and was nervous about the back strap pinching, but it was perf without a bra. I received so many compliments and it was so flattering. The waistline was comfortable and the straps were great. You could wear this to a formal event or a casual one alike! 

I got a ton of compliments on this dress! The back is SUPER cute and the length was perfect. The only downfall was it was only available in 1 size, it turned out to be too big in the chest but I safety pinned it in the back and wore a big necklace to hide the excess fabric. I have a small chest and rib cage so I would say size down if you're in the same boat. Other than that I loved this dress and would totally rent it again!

The dress was a bit small and couldn't be worn with a bra. It was brighter than it appears online, but it was adorable and I loved it!

I rented this for my boyfriends Army family day, which also happened to be my birthday. Hadn't seen my boyfriend in 10 weeks and needed the perfect dress. This did the trick! I didn't have the problem with the straps other people had- but did have a problem with the functionality of the zipper and the dress was semi faded. I normally wear a 4 and sometimes a 2- wore a 2 and it was perfect to keep me in place. Also other people had written about the smallness in the chest- I'm a 34d and was fine. The back, ladies, the back is awesome!!! Paired with silver blingy jewelry. The first thing my bf said to me was "that's a nice dress".. So mission accomplished.. Which it was mine for keeps. 

This dress was made of a pretty thick material, but the pattern made it relatively casual. The pockets were a huge bonus! It was a tiny bit loose on the waist, but overall fit pretty well. 

Awesome dress overall!!  the straps were a little long in the back which cause the top neck line area to stick out a little. Other than that I loved it and received a ton of compliments! 

This dress had so many great things about it. The bright colors, full skirt, POCKETS!!!  I received so many compliments on this dress. 

My only complaint was that the neckline was a little bunchy.  I kept having to play with the straps so it didn't look like I was wearing a kitchen apron. 



Rented this for a brunch wedding and it was perfect! The colors are so vibrant. The only place the dress fit me a little funny was from under my chest up my hips. It seemed to have extra fabric and bunched a little. Besides that I loved it! 

This dress is beautiful.  The material is thick and sturdy, and I love the back.  The top was a little bit long but I'm short waisted.  I had to go without a bra but you couldn't really tell, the material is thick enough to hide anything.  This was my free birthday dress.  Quirky and pretty!

I rented this for a birthday dinner. I received so many compliments because this dress is so unique and stands out. The pockets were a added bonus ! I normally wear a size 2/4 and I rented the 38. It was a tight fit. I am not large in the bust area and it was very tight. Overall I received SO many compliments on the dress! It was so fun!

The picture of the model is pretty accurate.  I would say it was right at my natural waist line.  

I wore this dress for my friend's rehearsal dinner.   I ordered the 38 and 40 but the 38 was way too small and am usually a 0/2 depending on the designer.  I would definitely recommend this dress.  

Did you wear a bra with this dress?  I'm assuming no.  

No, I didn't. While the dress was cotton, it's pretty thick and kind of starchy. You couldn't tell or see a thing. 

Overall it was a pretty great dress.  While I'm petite, I'm curvy, so there was a lot of room for my hips and butt.  My only complaint would be there there was NO room for my chest.  I struggled between picking the size 40 or 42.  Both didn't have enough room for my chest, so I opted for the smaller size because it looked better on my frame, but my chest looked a little bit like pancakes.  It was fine though, i have long hair, that covered that area.  The back of the dress was the show stopper anyway!  

The pattern and skirt portion of the dress are lovely. As many reviewers have mentioned, the bust is unflattering. My fiancé asked if I was wearing a sports bra. Overall, a pretty if not flattering dress. 

I don't remember if I wore the size 40 or 42, but one of those fit perfectly! :)  The dress was short but it worked for this fun, casual outdoor wedding! The material is thick with sturdy construction. The strappy back is my favorite part. If you must wear a bra, one of those adhesive, strapless contraptions would do the trick. It was extremely comfortable (pockets!!) and I wore it the entire day, and into the evening. :) 

I am 5'9'', 125 lbs., and found the dress to be a bit short. I wore this to a daytime party and had to be careful about bending over. Otherwise, it was perfect!

I wish I could buy this dress. I would probably want the 42 and then have the straps altered next time. The straps on the 40 were a little long and should have been pinned for the proper fit. The top was also quite tight in my chest area making me wish I had the 42. 

I enjoyed wearing this dress. Unfortunately the weather was cooler than expected so I wore a cardigan over the dress. I will warn that the bottom skirt is larger than it appears in the pictures. For this particular occasion I didn't mind how full the skirt was but did not expect it upon ordering. However I thought the dress was super cute. Those with a smaller chest may find the top part to be a bit big as I am smaller chested and it was a tad loose. Overall I was satisfied with the dress!

I ordered the 40 and the 42 (I'm usually a 40) and ended up wearing a 42 to accommodate my chest and even then I had serious pancake boob. the print of the dress and the back is fantastic so I couldn't help myself and managed somewhat uncomfortably, but anyone with a C cup should size up or skip this dress. 

This dress is definitely eye catching! The colors just pop and the thick texture of the dress was just fine for a summer day but gave the dress a lot of structure. I was concerned about the bust being too large based on the other reviews so I order a size up - but shouldn't have.  The dress was a bit too big in other areas (but a few safety pins saved the day).  Highly recommend this for any occasion!

The bust area was a little tight and you can't wear a bra with it, which might make this dress tricky for anyone with a larger bust. Every other part of the dress fit great, it was fun and flirty!

Fits tight on the rib cage but otherwise beautiful dress!

Very cute dress, however it was too big for me and I was unable to wear it. This was partly because there was no smaller size available at the time I rented so I didn't have a back up size.  I would rent this dress again if I had it in the right size.

Great dress. Fun print and nice sturdy material. The back is also a fabulous detail. Only complaint would be the top is a little large for small busted women - but not a big enough issue to prevent me from renting again.

The thicker fabric made it fit funny up top. Overall cute dress, great pattern and awesome back. 

This dress was beautiful and I was so excited when it came in the mail. Sadly, I could not get it to fit my chest at all. The dress gave me a very flat pancake effect that was really not flattering from the side. This dress was also VERY short in the back. I supposed my body is a bit on the curvier side, but I am a runner and an athlete, and have seldom had a dress fit so poorly in all the wrong places. 

This dress will not work unless you have a small chest. No way to wear a bra with it and the chest area fit pretty awkwardly, it was almost a little baggy up-top and tight where the chest should fit . 
Cool pattern, but it was more dull in person and less vibrant than the pictures showed. 
I didn't end up wearing it due to the fit. 

Used my birthday rental to rent this dress for a wedding. This dress was too large and loose to wear. I wasted my birthday rental and missed the wedding. 

Didn't fit at all. Made for really skinny people with big boobs? Too poofy and short in back, and I'm only 5'1

I wore this for my husband's 30th birthday party and I wish I could have kept it! It was so perfect and summer-y, I felt wonderful in it all night. It's tight in the torso (I have a small chest), so I didn't have to wear a bra or any fashion tape and was so comfortable. I've rented several dresses from RTR, and this is the only one I have seriously considered buying. Love love loved it!

You cannot wear a bra with this one {or a backless bra only}! The fit was pretty true to size; I usually wear a 2 or 4 and rented a 40. The pattern and cut were really fun to wear. Unfortunately,  I didn't end up wearing it to my event because I felt like the top was very unflattering on my small chest and I didn't have a backless bra. I will definitely rent this one again with the right undergarments! 

The back was very original and I received a lot of compliments!

This dress is very pretty but it was a little too "papery" and stiff. The bottom kept poofing up and staying stuck up. It fit everywhere but the straps in the back were big and hung down a little.

It zipped up, but it was literally at the start of my butt...awful dress
