This one has a nice thick fabric and a conservative cut for work. It is stiff and keeps its shape, but is a beautiful mint color that is not boring. Make sure to order a size up or you won't be able to zip it or lift your arms.

This dress was a delicate mint color and the skirt was cute and fun. Per the reviews I ordered a size up from my typical size and the fit was a bit odd. It did run small in the bust so the size up fit there, but then it was too large in the waist and skirt. 

I wore this to breakfast at the residence of the VP and Second Lady. It was very sophisticated, fun, yet still conservative. The color was perfect for spring and summer. The material is thick and forgiving. I loved it! 

Loved the dress!  Arms were a bit tight but I loved the look.  It was a great dress for my work event.

I like the color and the material. The sleeves were tight - I couldn't lift my arms all the way. I also found the seams drew undesired attention to my post partum stomach. I didn't wear this one 

The fabric is incredible, it is rich and feels good on the skin. The color is heartbreakingly beautiful! I paired it with a black leather moto jacket, black stockings, black knee high boots, and a black Rebecca Minkoff bag. I got so many compliments on this look, it was a lot of fun.

Im 5'9" 150lbs 32B. I usually wear a 4 but based on the comments I ordered a 6. It was still too small across the shoulders! Had to return for a 8. Its a beautiful dress, but at that point it fit in the shoulders, a little too big in the waist. I think this dress is better for petite builds although it was pleasantly long enough on me (with heels). Great color, got lots of compliments. 

I'm typically a 4 and wore a 6. Like others... it is tighter in the arms. Material is structured so keeps it shape. Super cute bottom and felt great in it! Color is a seafoam, mint, green... but on camera comes off as white. 

So many compliments at a conference I went to followed by a reception. Looked great, beautiful color, professional but I feel like something I could wear to a wedding or other event too. 

First, let me say: This dress is so classy and beautiful. The color is a wonderful shade of blue green, and the swingy skirt made my legs look AMAZING. I received compliments all day long. Now for the bad news: I normally wear a 0, but I sized up because some said the arms were tight, and it was no exaggeration. Even in a size 2, I felt like a momma T-Rex. Beautiful, fierce, and stuck with teeny arms that couldn’t do much. 

I wore this to work paired with black boots and a black belt. I also wore that weekend to the horse races with wedges. It worked great for both and I received so many compliments on the color and fit. It was comfortable and when the wind picked up outside the material was heavy enough to where it didn't fly up! 

I loved this so much i bought it! Very flattering fit and a beautiful color. Thick material is forgiving and the darts are fantastic. 

Stunning light aqua color. The fit is slim and the 2 was just right. A 4 would have allowed me to breathe, but the 2 looked great! Many compliments on this dress. It was very pretty with grey suede heels.  

Color looks like a Tiffany Blue. Thick material, very flattering. Would rent again. 

I'd been eyeing this dress for a while and finally got it with unlimited. The color is a pretty icy blue that's perfect for winter. The silhouette isn't the most flattering for my pear shape but it wasn't horrible. The only thing I didn't like about this dress is that the seams seemed to get dirty throughout the day. But it was overall really a great dress to wear for my big presentation day.

Just like other people had said, the arms are tight. 

Got a ton of compliments on this dress despite the fact the material was very thick and I couldn't lift my arms up too high. Would rent again for the color alone and could be dressed up or down for any occasion. 

This dress, as mentioned by others, this dress runs a bit small and the arm holes are not cut for momentum. That being said, it was a great dress for a presentation I was giving. I wear a J. Crew 6 usually, but have a 34 D bust. The 6 in this dress was wouldn't zip up past my ribcage, so I opted for the 8. Also, since the arm holes/sleeves are super narrow, it is difficult to zip yourself - so worth it to enlist a partner or roommate.

LOVED the skirt. The material is really thick. I ended up rolling the sleeves up bc they're super long. Cute dress! 

This dress is a beautiful color and the shape is great. However the chest is too big, at least for smaller cheated people. It sagged in the middle (as you can see in the photo).

This dress was not comfortable at all and hard to move around in, very little mobility in my arms to do my hair or plug in my earpiece for our show. It was super cute though- more of a robin egg blue color on camera than the mint green it looks in person. If you're only wearing on air for a few hours, worth it but probably not for a party. 

This may have been a little much for work but, hey, YOLO! I felt pretty all day and got so many compliments on the dress and how great the color was. Felt good to step out of the normal box of black clothes! 

Unique dress - nice to have a winter dress in a light color for a change.  Body con style and could see undergarments so keep that in mind.

This dress is so fun and flirty! It hugged my curves and looks great if you have a small waist. Beware of the sleeves if you have larger arms - they are slightly tight and I couldn't lift my arms over my head. The color is very pretty - a mint. Super cute! 

I am usually a 2 in Shoshanna but this dress was tight in both my upper arms and chest.  I pulled it off but should have gone with a 4.  Wore it to a horse race- loved the color and esp loved the skirt. 

I love the flirty bottom, the cut and long sleeves (because I'm always cold in the office) and the color is gorgeous in person. I received so many compliments. 
The sleeves are tight which you can see from the rippling and tugging. It was hard to zip because the fabric is restrictive. I like the fit but it's not that comfortable. The lining is nice. Great quality dress. 

Loved this dress, the color is so gorgeous! Only complaint is that the sleeves are very tight, so it was almost impossible to raise your arms very high.

Wore to a bridal shower. Fits true to size. A lot of other reviewers said it was tight in the arms but I didn't notice that... It was fitted throughout the upper body without much stretch so if you're between sizes id go up. Also go up if you're bigger in the chest area

I love the minty green color of this dress and the fit was super fun. I'm either rapidly gaining weight or this dress ran a bit small for me, especially in the arms. So many compliments! I wore it to work and the length was definitely office appropriate. Also think this would be a great dress for a shower. 

Rented for Mother's Day church and brunch.  Pros: form fitting yet modest, great color for spring/summer.  Cons: sleeves were tight, fabric is heavy so a little hot for summer.  Very impressed with RTR customer service!

I rented this as part of my Unlimited subscription as a work outfit. I'm usually a size 4 or sometimes a size 6 as I'm a 34D and need to go up a size for dresses that are very fitted in the chest. I first got this in a size 6 and had to immediately return it. Even the arms are very tight and fitted. The size 8 was wearable, but caused an odd look in the chest area. I've never worn a size 8 ever, which shows how small this dress runs. I really don't recommend this for anyone besides someone who is very thin and it really doesn't work for anyone with a larger chest. The material is unforgiving even with spanx.

This dress was comfortable, light, and the color clean. I definitely would recommend. Perfect for a casual gathering and even bridal shower. I lost a bit of weight so the 10 was a tad loose on me in the arms, however I know my booty wouldn't fit in the 8. I accessorized with Slate and Willow Pastel Bouquet Necklace and Slate and Willow Madame Earrings. I would rent from this brand again! 

I got a TON of compliments on the color of the dress, which basically moved it from three to four stars. The arm hole construction is not right for the size- I could barely lift my arms up. My friend jokingly asked if I was wearing a straight jacket, which is how it felt! And the material does not breathe at all. Definitely recommend only for curvier girls because I think otherwise the shape would not lay right. Didn't hate it, didn't love it- but definitely won't rent again.
