Cool feeling & looking floral & seashell print.
Very comfortable on a summer day, especially pretty moving in the breeze. Very feminine smocked sleeves, sash, simple collar.

GORGEOUS hourglass shape, but print just not "me" & slow to get dressed.
Sorry I didn't take a full-length shot, but you see the shape on RTR. Felt very feminine and I liked the fluttery sleeves, but I'm just too impatient for wrap dresses (keep giving them a try), the neckline was another RIDICULOUS plunge to the navel so needed to get my husband to pin my cleavage & wear a camisole, adding to the time it took to get dressed. Finally, confirmed my hesitancy about the print: I like those spots on a leopard, not on me.

Felt Like a Doll Dressed in Silk
This is a lovely dress. Unfortunately there weren't any Smalls available when I rented it because I on the one hand I swam in the chest and arms (another neckline I needed to pin), though lamentably I observed I need to do some crunches :0!). The pattern is very delicate - rich hued fuchsia flowers & greenery. I'd consider renting the Small, maybe I'll try it again.

Breezy Summer Annapolis Day Perfection
This is a lovely dress. Unfortunately there weren't any Smalls available when I rented it because I think I swam in it a bit, but at least with the sash I could pinch my waist tight. I usually steer clear of linen - I'd rather wear polyester than iron - but this didn't wrinkle too much. I'd consider buying the Small, maybe I'll try it again.

YAY on utility but BOO on wrinkling.
I rented these specifically as it was a month I was working two trade shows, where I'd be running around and want my phone, care key and lipstick on my person and not in an inaccessible purse, and like the structured look of Michael Kors' designs, and love navy, was wearing nothing but blue those weeks for ease. However I evidently had forgotten the nature of satin, because despite 45 minutes of steam ironing in the AM, I felt looked/felt wrinkled all day. If I were MK I'd add a drop of polyester to the recipe. The jacket is also RTR, designer TOCCIN X (I give 5 Stars!).

Crisp, Bright, Color for a Busy Professional Day
Rented this for 2 trade shows where I knew I'd be running around from 6AM-early evening. Comfortable, eye-catching, good staying in place just where it should all those hours without giving a thought to what I'm wearing but focusing on the attendees. The green/navy plaid pants are also RTR, designer WEWOREWHAT.

So many compliments I bought it.
Though it's reversible I only ever wore colored checked houndstooth side out, it made the plain black/white 'stooth seem boring. Definitely is pretty, fun, unique; USEFUL huge pockets. I got a LOT of compliments- "you should buy that!" including from my husband. But I thought how many coats does one person need? Still, at the last minute on 3/17/20 I was packing up the black canvas bag &I left it out to keep. I wore this baby through the coronavirus so it feels like a security blanket now.

Fits perfectly from head to toe. I'm not sure I am crazy about the smocked look - reminds me of Polly Flinders dresses I wore when I was 5 - vs. other Draper James features such as nipped sleeves so they pucker. But I loved the floral print.

Beautiful peach summery dress.
Not my usual style, and I liked that - one of the reasons I RTR (experimenting). Perfect for casual office Fridays, weekend errands, etc. Sleeves are fluttery and graceful; very light fabric good in August heat.

Many compliments; interesting collars you can tuck under or flair out for slightly different looks.
Pretty print and thin fabric good for hot days. And maybe I'm impatient and lazy to say this but I just think wrap dresses aren't for me. It took too long to get the wrap just right each morning, and I added a little brooch at both the chest and upper thigh to render it respectable for the public.

Patriotic perfection for US goverment delegation business trip.
Excellent skirt length and flared enough to swing as you walk. The stars look solid white from a distance, but close-up you see pale blue stipes on some of the stars, so it doesn't look as much like you're wearing the American flag as the RTR listing might suggest.

Excellent for a long flight!
I rented it to wear on a flight to Europe because it was a bonus dress and I had no other plans for it (not my typical style). It was a good choice: very comfortable, nightgown-ish fabric, and enough length you could tuck your legs under it while trying to sleep.

Love the shimmery design and fabric.
The fabric is thicker than you can tell from the RTR listing. It's almost like a thin, quilted texture, which pleasantly didn't make it too hot to wear in August. The hem has almost a wiry, bendable end, which gives it some heft, but it's not a swingy skirt. I found the arm holes a tad lose and gaping; maybe would have done better with a 6. It was quite the compliment magnet, I'll tell you that!

Perfect for a balmy day in Copenhagen, Denmark.
My second (and more fun and colorful) pants rental. I wore them everywhere: work in Wash. DC, errands on the weekend, and a historic cemetery. I did have to roll the waste up 2-3 times to keep the legs from dragging on the ground. I'm sure that (dragging) is the point of the design, but it would have bugged me and gotten dirty. They reminded me of pictures of my mom in 70's bell bottoms. They go well with red, white, navy blue, light blue - flexible.

Love everything about it except given the black, semi-thick fabric, I wish I'd rented it earlier in the year (not 95+ heat and humidity). Quality details such as piping around waist, and elegant subtle swing skirt. Professional length. Definitely rent it!
