I felt good wearing this dress to work until I looked at the pictures I took. The dress has a fitted chest area and sewn in darts. It just looked a little weird - like nipple targets. (Lol) I loved the ruffle on the waist. It was a little short for me, but I still wore this to school.

Shoshanna dresses are feminine & comfortable. I wish that the dress was about an inch longer. The dress isn't short, but I feel weird wearing dresses that hit above the knee to work. 

Rented this for work, and while it was a little shorter than I prefer (about 1-2 inches above the knee), the flattering cut and fun details made up for it! The ruffles give it a feminine flair without being too over the top. Nice material, but not a ton of stretch. Fit is very TTS, so if you're on the fence, I'd recommend sizing up. 

I rented this for work and felt so cute! It was a little tight at the hips, but that's expected for my pear shaped body. It stretched well, so it was fine. The ruffles were such cute accents and the shoulders were a great accent for my zoom meeting! 

Cute dress. Ruffles made it less boring. Felt a little short but overall a comfortable fit.

Loved the fit and look of this dress. Super light too. I didn't love the fabric (thinner than it looks) but once I put it on the color shape and overall look changed my opinion. 

This dress is fitted but professional. It hits a few inches above the knee and is a flattering blue/purple color. The ruffle adds a nice touch. Most Shoshanna dresses are cut to flatter, will rent again! 

Comfortable but pretty basic. The ruffle is cute but halfway into the day I started worrying it looked to French maid ruffle.

I really liked this dress . It was a bit short but with tights was great. I loved the fun ruffles on sleeves and bottom of dress . It was a bit tight around my stomach but nothing I couldn't deal with. Great rental and work outfit 

Great dress. Fits well. Easy to dress up. Very classic but the ruffles give it a fun twist. 

Fits perfectly, and is a conservative enough length, shape, color for a corporate gala dinner but that ruffle kicks it up a notch. 

I really liked this dress. Sizing up resulted in a comfortable work-appropriate fit. This brand consistently delivers (though I often size up in it). Material is thin - not in a cheap way, but in a good for warm weather way.

I loved this dress for work!  It fit really well and worked well for my conservative work environment.  Glad I followed the advice of RTR to go with a 10 versus my normal 8.  One size up fit perfect!!!

Loved it! Perfect fit in chest. Roomy in hips. Ruffle on hip sticks out oddly, but still a winner!!

I rented this for work. I liked the color and the ruffles, but the fit wasn't great. 

It felt a bit oversized (shoulders are poofy on purpose) and was a tad roomy, but the material is thin, without much stretch, so I'm not sure if the 2 would have been better. I think the biggest issue is that the sleeves were too long, but I have short arms...

I was very pleased with this dress, it was perfect for a dressier work event. The fit was great, a little snug on my tummy but not terrible and the fabric was lightweight enough for year-round wear.
